Overpriced not best western standards
You had to do a gymnastic move to be able to shut the bathroom door because the bathroom was so small. Over priced and the room are not comparable with Best Western hotels I have stayed at. Hard bed and the blankets slid off all the time. Thin walls so you could hear your neighbors talk as well as anyone walking by your room. No elevator (I use a cane to walk) for 2 nd floor

Best Western Inn of Chandler - a great experience!
We always appreciate Best Western Inns and this trip was just another example of another good experience! From the customer service to the comfort of the room, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel accomodation - the bonus was the great breakfast in the morning!!

It was cheap for less than $100 before taxes. I liked the outdoor hot spa. The staff was friendly. They tried to give me a room closest to the pool area. The pool is not located close to any of the rooms but I appreciated the effort.

Its basically a motel 6, i had a couple nights booked but after getting there a cancelled the other night which i did get a refund for due to the mold inside the suites jacuzzi tub. But i stayed at the crown royal resort and its wayyyy better! Dont waste your money! I felt like i was on the run at best western lol

We needed a clean quiet room for the night in the Chandler area. This Best Western was perfect. It was nothing fancy. Staff was outstanding. We grabbed some coffee in the morning at checkout and saw they had free breakfast available. Breakfast area was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again if we needed to.

The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable; recently furnished. Within 20-30 minutes' walk were restaurants, shops and the Chanlder Art Center. When our air conditioner stoppped working, the staff responsded immediately with a choice of solutions.

Stayed here twice and satisfied both times
This was our second stay at this property. Both times we were very satisfied with our experience. The rooms are clean, the showers are good, the mattresses are comfortable, and the included breakfast available every morning is a good way to start the day. We did not use the pool but it looked nice.This is not a luxury hotel, but it is great for basic accommodations when in the area.

Pretty bad
The bed was so old or cheap that it kept making a crunching noise as you move and you could feel the springs in it. I travel regularly and was shocked at how bad the mattress was. The guy at the front desk was unbelievably rude and hung up on me twice. It wasn’t easy to find the check in area because instead of going into the regular entrance doors he had a little sign with arrows that take you to a very easy to miss seedy looking side area of the building with an old white phone attached. It is literally the most ridiculous check in area I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t stay there again. I didn’t even stay there the second night of my trip and chose to leave early to avoid sleeping on that crappy bed.

Wonderful place to stay in nice area.
My sister and I flew out last minute for family trip and booked BW for 2 nights. The room was very nice and comfortable and food was very good the next morning in the lobby area.
We got to chat with the owner and staff, such nice people! They have owned this BW for many many years and it shows pride of ownership. Nice safe area to stay and a good part of town. We will be staying here again whenever we come back to visit family.

We paid for 4 nights stay, on the 4th morning, desk clerk contacted us & said we didn't pay for 4 nights, only 3 nights. I showed him on my bank statement that I paid $144 for the 4th night, he said they didn 't have my payment, he spoke with my bank on the phone, but said we still needed to provide another credit card for the total stay of $500 plus the $100 deposit. My statement showed we paid $449 for 3 nights, plus the $100 deposit, plus the $144, he saw it on my phone, but wouldn't accept it. We ended up checking out that morning, with the assurance from Best Western Customer Service that we would get a refund for the $144 and $100 deposit. They contacted the desk clerk, and apologized for our inconvenience and rudeness we had to put up with. I haven't received my refunds yet, since they told me it would take 15 days to show on my account. If it doesn't, I will have to take legal action.

No elevator, not too clean, old fixtures, never cleaned our room even though we stayed 2 days, had to ask for clean towels and garbage not picked up and beds not remade, would not go back!!!!!!

Clean and good location.
Checked in quick and easy even though it was late. Room was clean along with the outside of the hotel. Customer Service was good. Continental breakfast was a bit weak, but if you need to grab and go it was fine.

Booked for 3 nights through Expedia. We left after one night - the hotel was not in an area we felt safe in. The Expedia rate was $216/night plus tax. We were charged $278 by the hotel - plus tax for a total of $310.53. Wouldn't stay there again and won't book with Expedia either. Hotel doesn't stand by their rate.

Outdated, no pen/notepaper available; room temperature was cold and the heater was noisy.
Loud traffic noise, racing cars.
My room was between two others, could hear people talking on both sides. Got no rest, rate excessive for level of accomodation. Not up to Best Western standards.

Dated property and charging rates that are a little stiff for the amenities. No laundry and sharing a parking lot with a McDonalds that has “colorful marketing folks” playing loud music at night along with older beds/furniture and a refrigerator compressor that kept perfect 4/4 time hammering away all night. Good in a pinch but at the pricing we paid lots of better options in East Phoenix.

3 rooms in all, AC did not work in one, TV did not work in anther, missing remote in the third. Front desk staff were not friendly, front desk had a giant plexiglass shield like a bank and the neighborhood was rife with liquor stores and tattoo parlors. Door to my room looked as if it was broken into and hastily fixed - it felt creepy and did not match the description on hotels.com. We had come to Phoenix for the Waste Management Open which was 30 miles north of the hotel (Super Bowl in Phoenix that week too). For that, the daily rate for 3 days was more than $800 per night. I chose the pay when I left option on hotels.com, yet they still billed my card multiple times during my stay with random amounts. The final bil, however, was correct in the end. I would NOT recommend this place or the neighborhood in which it resides.

Fairly noisy motel. Pull-out bed was very uncomfortable for my younger daughter (who can sleep just about anywhere). Breakfast was stale and unappetizing entirely.

Not a bad stay
The facility is dated but being maintained in a usable condition. The room was comfortable and quiet but the sink/shower area needs maintenance. They were usable but the sink didn't drain well and the shower had low flow.
Our room was serviced daily, which was a welcome service.
There was minimal breakfast in the morning, the biscuits were hard as a rock. I even tried microwaving them but they were way too stale. Sausage gravy was thin and with little flavor.
You can make your own waffles, which were good but I think the scrambled eggs were reconstituted powdered eggs and were barely edible.
There were packaged hard boiled eggs that were good (in the cooler). There is a juice/coffee bar (both were not fresh, but reconstituted in the machine).
Parking was plentiful and seemed safe at night.
Not a bad stay for the price but I wouldn't stay more than a day.

I liked this property a lot. It’s close to everything you’d want and need. It was clean. The front desk worker that checked me in (around 12 am) was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no lotion provided in the room. I didn’t have my own and it would have come in handy.

we asked for a non smoking room. Right when we walked in . our noses filled up with the smell of smoke. We tried to change rooms but there were no other room. All night we smelled smoke. our clothes smelled like smoke. We left the door open. We bought air fresheners . It was the worst smell . The next night they did switch us room and it was a lot better. They should have refunded our money for the one night. or at least a discount. That smell was unacceptable. They should charge the last guest that smoked in it and give us a huge discount. It was so bad we would have went to a different hotel but there was a big golf thing going on and the hotels were full.

Toilet was dirty: groin hair on rim, poop spatter in bowl. We were so tired once we checked in it was easier to clean it myself with a sanitizing wipe . We couldn’t turn on the heat, so pulled up the brown top decorative bedsheet, it was smelly, dusty & dirty. We couldn’t keep it up around the upper parts of our body as you could smell the grime. Although the hotel wasn’t full, we were placed in a room on the side of the building facing a MacDonalds 24 hour Drive Thru. It was so very noisy. Breakfast was good but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The entrance to the property did not look as the picture on the site shows. It was darker and not what I expected. The room was ok but the bed mattress was an older spring type and when you sat on the edge...you could feel the thing collapse. Just an over used one. The room was quite and the breakfast was just ok. The eggs were very watery but the sausage was awesome. The rest was very good for an included breakfast. I feel that the price was way over what I felt was fare but in PHX areas the winter and early spring are usually much higher.

We booked this room last minute due to a family emergency. The room was okay and served its purpose but was overpriced for what you get. We tried to extend our stay one more night and were asked for $280 for one more night. We are not from the area but found a nicer hotel/suite for half the price. I wish I would have found the other place before we booked this place for two nights.

It's an old hotel and the price was exorbitant for what we got. Tiny bathroom that the door almost hit the tube when opened.
No real reason to stay there other than the pictures and info on the website looked better than the actuallity.

There was the sound of a compressor running all night long. This was accompanied by an intermittent high pitched whine.
We got in late from a performance and just were too tired to change rooms. The noise is still going as I write this at 6:30 am.

The stay was good for a couple of nights. The room was clean, but the continental breakfast was gone when we went down to eat, it was barely 8:00 AM. That was the only drawback.
