The hotel was outdated, the TV did not work well, breakfast wasn’t that great and there were noisy party people outside my room at midnight. The adjoining rooms did not feel safe at all, I felt like I had to whisper just so I wouldn’t bother the neighbors. The front desk agent kept speaking loudly to her co worker while checking me in, not cool at all in any job! I don’t think I’ll be back.

I like the price and the fact it is with 10 miles of family. I don't particularly like the housing area around the hotel and the construction going on. The pungent smell of cleaning products when when first entered the room was a bit over powering.

Think Twice! Not Safe!
Staff was friendly, the hotel grounds are disgusting! There is dog poop everywhere! Homeless people wandering around. Outside smoking and drinking parties in the parking lot. The onsite bar was blasting music until midnight. No longer a safe place to go!

Room overall was bad. Door could see the outside all the way around the door. Could see light thru the AC wall hole. Court yard was a no go for us. Just felt run down not maintained. Food in the attached bar was horrible.

Frustrating experience
Checked in late and there was only 1 employee. Moved the car and walked to our rooms, but only 3 of the 4 keys worked. Walked back to the front desk, and was given a new room. This key worked, but when I left and tried to re-enter, the key didn't work again. At this point, 2 of the other 3 room keys stopped working also. There was also a beeping smoke alarm in the room where the key was working, and one room didn't have a working air conditioner. I walked back to the front desk and we were given 2 new rooms and a key that would open all of the rooms. I walked back and again had trouble with one of the keys, but the door eventually opened. At this point, we left doors open because there was no way we were going to trust those stupid keys to work, and I didn't want to walk to the front desk again! Such a frustrating experience. We will definitely never stay here again.

It was a reasonable nice place, however the second night there were people in the next room who were very loud until after 1am. Very hard to sleep.

Very nice place to stay for baseball Spring Training in Goodyear. A bit expensive, but entirely comparable with other places in same area during Spring Training pricing.

Staff was moderately friendly, breakfast was best western standard.
Hotel advertises a gym facility which is no longer open. Rooms are a decent size. The card reader on my door was extremely faulty, I had to have 6 cards replaced in 3d before maintenance was sent to clean it, after which it was hit or miss if it read the card in the first 3 tries of using it (desk clerk stated they knew it needed replacing) TV remote was faulty and again needed replacing.
This hotel is ‘motel style’ however it lacks updated security. Doors only had a chain lock as additional security and you could see daylight around the edges of the door. There was a connecting room to mine which again had only an additional chain lock. Rooms had a big sliding glass door on one wall that opened up to a parking lot and a short fence to the houses next door. Parking lot was next to a business park and was very isolated & unsafe feeling if you were returning after dark.
Attached restaurant/bar was very dingy and kitchen closed at 10.

What A Dump
what a dump! No hot water, fan in the bathroom didn't work. In room coffee maker without a place to plug it into. Drain in the shower didn't drain. Walls are paper thin so you here everything next door!!! Mini fridge compressor was going out so when its turns on it will wake the dead. Ceiling in the room is in need of repair. The owner should be ashamed to ask for the room rate.

Same dirt was in the corners of the bathroom our complete stay. Had to ask for towels, Shampoo, etc various times. Room needing updating. Breakfast and employee taking care of breakfast were excellent and staff friendly.

The check-in line was awfully long and took forever per person. My room keys were not activated correctly and were told to wait in line again. It took me two hours from my arrival time to when I finally made it into my room. I had to wait in line twice for room key issues. It was very frustrating.

It did the job for a place to stay for a few days. Breakfast was ok Im not sure that was real bacon& it was paper thin you could see throught it lol, super cheap sausage patties and The breakfast lady nice and helped with waffles. Pool area was dirty the whole time and never had towels had to continously ask for towels. The maintenance door was open with many tools,chemicals accesible for kids. The hallway was never Vacuumed the 4 days i was there. Housekeeping took all day to get to our room. The AC in the room was super loud the whole time.. Location is good lots of near by places to eat and shop.

This property was in a convenient location. It's an older property, but they have been doing upgrades, painting, etc. It was perfect for what we needed for our weekend trip. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was included.

Worst Best Western ever
It was 114⁰ outside and the AC wasn't even on to cool the room before i arrived. It was also broken. I stayed 2 days and the temperature didnt go below 82⁰ with the AC all the way down. They wouldn't switch me to another room and i didnt have money to just go get a room somewhere else. Worst Best Western I've ever stayed at. Avoid this location at all costs. A roach motel would have been better.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. The only critique was that the AC unit was a little rickety and worn. I had a little trouble with the control panel, but after a little finessing I was able to get to set and blow cold air. Overall great stay.

The hotel is old! There are cracks in the walls, paint coming off the walls in bathroom and the toilet sat so lie to the ground that it felt like you was going to fall before you ever sat down on the seat! Also, thus ya a safety issue. There was NO SPRINKLER SYSTEM in the room! Music was VERY LOUD until 10:30pm while people sat in their cars? We did not feel safe as this hotel! The desk clerk how ever was very nice

Terrible experience
This was the worst stay at any hotel I have ever experienced and do not recommend it to anyone. The bed had stains and the sheets and covers appears dirty. The worst part is that my wife found bugs in the bed and the front desk simply shrugged it off like it was no big deal or concern and expressed that I would still have to pay for the room. As a result my trip was cut short and I left home the same night as I could make make arrangements anywhere else in the local area.

Conveniently located. Premises were pretty sad and worn.
The air conditioner was so loud and inefficient that it was not useable.
TV remote did not work but quickly fixed when reported to the front.

NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AFTER I SPENT ALMOST $300.00 FOR ONE NIGHT OF REST IN THIS HOTEL. THIS IS A VERY, VERY NOISY PROPERTY BECAUSE OF ITS LOCATION NEAR AIRPORTS AND AN AIR FORCE BASE.
THE ROOM WAS EXCELLENT - WELL-APPOINTED AND CLEAN.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.

I had a room on the 2nd floor. The birds had left their pooh on both hand railings and on the steps. It was a total mess and now where to hold on for balance. It appears that something needs to be place to deter them for hanging around this area.

Staff was great! We thought our cat got out of our room and the front desk asked housekeeping to keep an eye out for it. We later found out he was hiding under the bed. We had to scoot the night stands up against the top of the bed to keep him from going under again. Maybe somehow put something all around the bed to keep pets from getting under? Or just take the sides around the bottom off to be able to see underneath? This was our second time staying at this hotel. Will stay there again too.

Property is showing its age- lots of wear and tear. Examples: inoperative bathtub stopper causing very slow drainage. Handle missing from one of the dresser drawers.
Also, tissues were like sandpaper. Probably a “2” instead of a “3”…

The owner needs to update the shower knobs to ones that work correctly.
Trying to figure out how to maintain warm water I literally wasted 10 minutes of my time and water. The faucet leaked after turning it off.

Friendly staff but the rooms are old and they use A LOT of air freshener to cover up something. At $130/night I would think they could put a little money in to the place. Carpets were dirty, beds were ok. Sheets and towels were clean
