Staff were incredibly polite and helpful in looking up places to eat, despite the late hour. Free coffee to go in the morning as a great start to my day. Comfy bed, hot shower, nice desk to get work done, blackout curtains, comfy couches in the lobby, less than 10 mins walk to World Trade Center. Lots of nice restaurants, pubs and breakfast places nearby. Really good value for money. Would absolutely stay again.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It's very close to One World Trade Center & The Oculus but still very quiet. I could walk to the train in just a few minutes. The room was very nice, the bed comfortable. The only downside I experienced was that the bathroom floor was very cold, but next time I'll pack slippers! And I will definitely be back!

Very simple hotel. The rooms has a tiny fridge, room has a good size, but is very basic. I was on the second floor, and it was so near the street !

The hotel average, I would say I got what I paid for. The pros of this hotel was the view on the 20th floor and how quick the elevators were. The cons of this hotel in my opinion was that the seal for the shower on the floor was loose so water kept leaking. Additionally, no space to be in front of the bathroom sink so I had to wash my hands on the side. Furthermore, I asked front desk to help with chromecast because it was not working and a lady said she’ll send maintenance up but no one ever came throughout our 3 nights we were there.

I stayed at Club Quarters for the third time this year, nyc will always be my stop. This location has lots of shopping, the staff is professional and the best features are the hotel, living room and lobby, free coffee, hot water and the rooftop bar on the 20th floor. Take advantage of the outdoor scene on a beautiful day. This hotel is my favourite place bc the house staff make it so pleasant.
If you are looking for a specific room type, call the hotel and ask them about the rooms. Expedia does not do a good job in listing the right pictures for the hotel rooms
Be patient with hotel staff and always be polite.

I have not stayed in hotels much lately and quite enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters. Very functions, simple, and comfortable. Loved having a small fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine in a standard room. They had chilled water and refillable water bottles available for guests.
My only complaint is that there was a thermostat control screen mounted right next to one of the beds and at 7am, it lighted up and woke me up. I did not know how to turn it off. I hope somebody in the hotel figures out how to prevent this from happening.

The one plus about this place is that the hotel room itself was spacious for NYC, I requested in advance a room with a view of the 9/11 memorial which I did not get it. This hotel is initially difficult to locate if you're taking the subway and then on foot. It's tucked away in an obscure location. I had to ask several people for help with directions before I finally found it. Very nerve-racking. A suggestion is to look for The Cloud One Hotel which is clearly marked and cross the street and walk through the small park or along the sidewalk parallel to the park and you will see Morton's Steakhouse and the hotel is next door. Lastly, when I went to retrieve my luggage which was being held as a I had a later flight out of JFK, the porter somehow learned I was in the restroom and yelled into the restroom that he was leaving my suitcase in the bathroom. Very bizarre and disconcerting. I have written to the management about this situation. NO TIP for this guy.

Had a very bad experience. On check in the key cards provided didn’t work so had to go and get new key cards again. Then in the room the phones weren’t working either.
Lastly they didn’t have any towels put out in the toilet or room either. Worst experience ever. Won’t stay here again. No resolution provided either

The property is located on the south end of Manhattan island right next to the 9/11 memorial. Wall Street is just steps away. To get to anything else is a cab ride or public transportation. That’s fine, we bought Metro cards and used the subway…a lot. The staff are friendly and accommodating and try their best to deal with you in a speedy manner but the front desk is always busy so be patient. There is free tea and coffee, which is nice, but no breakfast. Go next door to Bill’s for that. Or try one of the food trucks that are always about. The room was clean and comfortable but the cleaning staff did not come in for our entire stay. If you want clean towels you have to ask for them. They arrive in just a few minutes. Overall we would stay here again but next time we’ll choose something closer to Uptown.

The property has some positive features. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The shelf above the toilet makes it a little cumbersome to use and you only get a remote for the Cable/Interactive services so you can't use the TV to connect to your laptop. There is tea and coffee for free in the lobby and in the room but they have only creamer and not milk (not good for tea drinkers.) Our main complaint about the hotel was the service. You had to ask for a full room clean and staff assumed we wanted an "express clean" because we didn't specifically ask for it. Not surprising as we didn't know what is was. The TV also had the wrong time of 10.30 am not 9.30 am to clean the room. We were given a $200 dollar credit at the end of our stay as an apology, however we heard a staff member state "I can't believe they got so much" and that they were "gaslighting housekeeping." I spoke to the manager about it and while I can't prove it was about us, it would be unacceptable to speak about any guest that way.

Well my stay was ruined by I booked for two nights. We checked in on November 12. We only stood there a couple hours because I ended up getting food poisoning from the restaurant next door called Morton's steakhouse. Anyways I left to go back home to my apartment because I was so I'll so I only ended up staying a couple of hours instead of the two nights. I requested to the hotel that maybe we could have some sort of refund because I got so I'll and I didn't even stay the two nights, well they refused to refund me anything at all. Horrible service and stay

The kiosk to check-in is useless. We waited over an hour and a half for the text or email notification which never came. The front desk clerk quickly rectified the situation and apologized for the error which wasn't a humans fault. The name of the game is hospitality which should always include a human element upon arrival to greet patrons entering your establishment which the clerk was perfectly suited for. Computer check-in is lazy and a cold welcome which is for underachievers.

Stayed here for a weekend trip. If you’re comfortable with public transportation then this is a great spot as I loved the ease of accessing the trains to go uptown or to New Jersey when we went to hockey games. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and our room was comfortable.
One of my favorite features they had was a water bottle filling station with complimentary empty bottles you could take to fill up, super nice after a day out walking around the city.

World Trade Center location, corporate experience
Located next to World Trade Center/Ground Zero/Oculus. My “Superior” room had great view of One WTC. Corporate, busy and bland. Major problems with TV missing channels/no reception. Could improve shower and remove plastic water bottles. Watch out for mis-plumbed tap with hot/cold reversed! Very expensive.

Traveling to New York 🗽 is never for the hotel experience as most hotels only offer somewhere to sleep. Get outside and explore the city and return to your cramped hotel room exhausted so you won’t notice that you are in a little box.

A very welcoming hotel.
I was on vacation with two cousins who were staying in their RV. The location was perfect. We loved the many welcoming lobbies with 24 hour complimentary coffee and filtered water. The nearness to the World Trade reflection fountains allowed me to visit every day. And the room was lovely

The hotel cancelled my reservation even after I called TWICE to inform them I was going to be a late check-in. They did not find me another room
Or hotel to stay in. I waited in lobby for an “early check in” the next morning. I was having luggage delivered there from the airline, otherwise I would have not stayed there AT ALL. Great views. Clean. But horrible service. There was 5 other reservations they did the same thing too that I witness while I waited in the lobby that night.

Good but let's be honest...
Our stay has been good overall.
But here's the truth:
We booked a king size bedroom as a couple for a 3 days stay.
We arrived at 9PM, not only the room wasn't ready, but we got a double bed room! not cool when you want to share a bed with your girlfriend.
The following days were the same...
Apparently if you believe the person at the front desk: "it's normal".
No partial refund.
Well, if it's "normal" in 2023, here's my "normal" evaluation for you.

Nice helpful staff, but the property was worn, the sheets had black marks on them and some hair, no breakfast, the fresh coffee machine was out of order and the pre-brewed was cold. Nice location but lots of building work at front of building. Wouldn't recommend to friends.

The hotel is located by the World Trade Center, great location, great view from hotel room, walking distance to some attractions. The room is spacious considering Manhattan standards. The only thing was service speed in the evening: we need bedding to use the sofa bed while it took over 40 min to have it delivered to our room. Other than that, everything is perfect, will like to stay again in future.

Club Quarters staff was very professional every time we encountered them!! Only tiny issue was getting extra towels. It took 2 days and 3 requests.
Hotel was very clean! Bed was very comfortable. A/C was perfect.
Water pressure sould be a little better but not major.
Definitely recommend this beauty!!

We were there for 3 days it was a nightmare! Even though it was requested we had no housekeeping. I had to go to the desk & complain. The bar waiter took 30 min. to give us our drink & when they did finally come, they werent the right ones. When we complained to him, he just smiled & left our table. No contenential breakfast just coffee. Our room was small, even though it was listed as a suite!
Was like a big closet. My friends were very upset & my plans were ruined. I was so disappointed.
The only good thing was the beautiful view of the twin towers. Spent alot of $$ on the hotel, only to go home very disappointed.

El hotel está muy bien. Los cuartos podrían estar mejor. Muy buena la terraza, aunque la mejor vista se tiene donde está el bar y no pueden comer allí. Le falta opciones de comida. Es bueno el servicio de café y agua fría que te brindan todo el tiempo. Ideal para llevarse al recorrido por la ciudad. Me gustó mucho la zona, es segura y tienes todo al alcance, ya que por ahí pasan todas las líneas del metro. Hay muchas opciones de compras cercanas. Lo volvería a elegir.

The best choice in lower Manhattan for me!
Club Quarters World Trade Center is my favorite hotel in the Wall Street area of Manhattan! All hotels have their strengths and problems but in the balance Club Quarters’ positive attributes outweigh any of the negatives.
With four elevators one doesn’t have to wait a long time from a high floor to and from the lobby.
My room was spacious, as clean as expected, excellent HVAC which is quiet and easy to control, lucky bonus to have a balcony, ample size refrigerator, high-end microwave and a two-burner cooktop.
Since my work duties’ hours require a swing-shift schedule my breakfast is at 1:00pm and dinner is at 10:00pm. (Lunch is at Whole Foods buffet), having my own cooking facilities, makes life so much easier.
As is typical in any hotel, the overall comfort is two a great degree determined by the neighbors in the adjacent rooms. Sometimes they’re quiet and sometimes they’re not. This last trip was some of each. I don’t expect the hotel to be interviewing their clients as to how noisy they’re going to be at Club Quarters they get some of the worst and some of the best.
I will continue to stay at Club Quarters every time I’m in lower Manhattan!

An Excellent Hotel in Lower NYC
My wife and I have long enjoyed the unpretentious hospitality of this hotel that stands literally on the edge of the tragic WTC (the 20th story observation deck literally overlooks the twin reflecting pools that commemorate the site of the twin towers). Close to a wealth of attractions and subway lines. One particularly thoughtful feature: free purified water and plastic bottles on every floor.

There was an individual who stood outside the hotel door screaming obscenities while my kids and I walked into the hotel. There didn’t seem to be a staff member who monitored guest arrival and departure outside the main entrance who could have managed or prevented this kind of situation.

This was a lovely boutique hotel a few blocks from the World Trade Center. It was a little hard to find because it is on an out of the way street. Although I am very familiar with that part of the City I had no idea this street even existed. However it is very close to the Fulton Center subway station. Once we figured out where it was it was ver y convenient. Lovely 20th floor bar and roof deck with fabulous views. Coffee, tea and expresso service all day. The room was small, but very comfortable with very comfortable beds. Great shower. Not a place for a long stay, but for a few days it was perfect. Staff was great.

Highly recommended. The hotel is very flexible and checked in us in the morning before 11am since one of our rooms was ready. I also very appreciated that they kept the luggage after we checked out so we could enjoy more of the last day.
The location is pretty close to the metro stations within 5 minutes of walking. I enjoyed a morning jogging to the river, which is leas than 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
Of course it is NYC a big city, it could be crowded sometimes.

This hotel is located off the R train and the 1 train in the Financial District, it is relatively convenient but the area is very touristy and so the food options aren't great unless you are willing to walk a bit. The rooms are clean and a good size for the city. My room also had a mini-fridge and microwave which was great. The noise was an issue, however, and I could hear people very distinctly in the hallway from my room, as well as street-level noise, and it was sometimes hard to sleep. The service at check-in was not particularly warm.
