An OK Stay
Stay was good. The room was clean but a little outdated. The sink was stopped up and you have to jiggle the gandle to stop the toilet from running or take the tank lid off to move the mechanism to get the tank to fill up. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall an ok stay.

Meh at best
1. Please, please, please stop advertising full beds as queen beds. It’s really obvious to literally, well, everyone and it just makes people frustrated.
2. The staff really tried hard and were very kind.
3. You can hear noise down the road *all* night if you are in the front building of the hotel.
It’ll do in a pinch but that’s about it.

Kind of hard to find and the roads are confusing as well as how the shopping areas are laid out. But the property and rooms are well maintained. As usual their breakfast is the best. Staff are nice and friendly, one even called me ( an old man) HONEY.

Old, dirty, and in SERIOUS need of updating! The worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. However, the gentleman who checked me in was very kind and the breakfast was decent.

The man at the check-in desk was kind and helpful. The rooms have been updated recently. But this is definitely a motel. I'm glad I brought my silicon ear plugs as you could hear traffic on the street as well as footsteps in the rooms above. The free breakfast was super average although the woman helping in the breakfast area was polite and nice. If I'd paid like $150/night and realized I was getting a motel, I'd be totally fine with it. (Instead I paid more and i guess I didn't look at photos of the outside of the property well enough before booking.)

Beds were comfortable and furnishings were updated and clean, but the motel itself felt dated. The front desk staff was especially helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was very good, though on our last day, several of the choices were empty and hadn't been restocked. There's not much shopping/dining within easy walking distance, so it's helpful to have a car. All around, it was good and suited our travel needs.

Check in was quick and easy. 2nd floor room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I come up to Prescott in May for an overnight golf trip. This is the 3rd year using this Best Western and it has been very worthwhile.

I was in Prescott for a softball tournament. It was pricey for the stay. Around $250 for one night. The staff was not willing to offer much in the way of a discount. I feel like I could get more for the money elsewhere.

Breakfast on weekend pretty good with fresh fruit. That deteriorated on Sunday and weekdays to canned fruit cocktail, hard cinnamon rolls (supposedly their specialty) that seemed leftover. The do have scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. and of course cereal and waffles.The room was pleasant with a slider and back door that looked over a valley. No cleaning at all the three days we were there. We could have used clean towels.

Hotel is old and not even close to what the pics show (like always) we were sent to the very back of the hotel, I mean, the VERY back; with the promise that it had a wonderful view... of the mechanical room and equipment storage of the hotel! Not worth the price... for sure.

The room was not ready when we first got there but we only had to wait for 30 minutes before we were able to check-in. The hot water in the shower was very disappointing as bad as being at camp. The free breakfast was a good surprise but some thing cook have been a little hotter inside of just luke warm. The Ice machine was locate a distance from the room and with the patches of ice every where was not advised to go get. I would rate the overall experience an 7.5

Nice hotel! Large room, clean bathroom, comfy bed, fridge, coffee maker, good breakfast, friendly staff, reasonably priced, close to Yavapai College Performing Center. (No elevator to 2nd floor rooms, so if you have knee or health issues climbing, ask for 1st floor room).

As a woman traveling alone, parts of the property did not feel safe - had to change my room to be closer to the check in / dining area. The sheets on the bed were visibly dirty (not just stains). I had to request that they be changed. The breakfast was excellent and most of the staff were very pleasant.

Room was clean and overall very nice! The free breakfast was also excellent. The only “complaint” I had is that they do not have an elevator, which was tough on someone with bad knees. We will definitely be back and now I know to request a ground floor room in advance!

The hotel itself is older, but still well maintained. My family felt safe. The employees were amazing. Very warm and friendly. The morning breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel, mainly because of the staff. They were Great!

The staff were accommodating, the property and rooms were clean, and I plan on returning. The location was at the 69/89 interchange, so quite easy to go any way needed, and only a few miles from family that we were visiting. The lobby was decorated for fall, and Mike was informative at check in. Breakfast was enough, but the cinnamon rolls were dry. The two gentleman that I met at breakfast were always helpful and enjoyed their job. We were greeted each morning with a smile. I also stopped by the front desk to check out and got a smile, which always goes a long way. The hotel and employees take the time to make you feel welcome. Thank you .

the lodge was okay, but they put working guys staying there all week and they get up at 4 o'clock to go to work and we hear all of this next door on each side. There is no maid service. If you want anything, then you have to hunt for a cleaning person. convenient for downtown though.

We couldn't get internet & they had us call technical support & that person said the front desk was too busy. We went to front desk and there were no guests there so not truthful. There was a pillar outside our room & we could get internet in front of pillar. Other guests had wi-fi. We spent 2 stressful hours and never got wi-fi.

The desk clerk was helpful and polite, he even called our room half an hour after we checked in to be sure all was well.
The problem with our stay was the lack of effective air conditioning; the fan provided very little air movement so even if the AC chilled the air, we didn’t benefit. We didn’t realize this until we were trying to sleep, so didn’t request a different room.
The room was very clean, the hot water was hot, and the complimentary breakfast was nice.
