Super friendly staff, especially the morning kitchen staff. My wife uses a walker and they put us downstairs in a handicap accessible room, where we could park, 5' from our room door. However the laminate floor was a bit dirty and needed either a wet swiffer or mop done and many of the TV channels weren't working due to snow and ice on the satellite dish I was told. Nevertheless, we will gladly stay there again soon.

Nice, clean, friendly staff easy to find. My wife has trouble walking and it's hard for her to walk very far to the room. all in all good and i would stay here again.

The rooms should get rid of the carpeting and get flooring.
Larger TVS would be better.
Fan in the bathroom would be helpful.
Enclose around bottom of the bed.

This property was inexpensive so I was expecting a less than appealing hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Huge shower which seems newly renovated with nice touches. Coffee pods available, fridge, internet, huge television. Very clean and modern. I'd stay there again and would recommend it as well.

Clean, comfortable and pet friendly!
We have been staying at this hotel several times a year for the past 3-4 years. The hotel is very pet friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the doggie area is close to the rooms for guests with pets.
The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful.
We have always enjoyed our stay here and will continue to stay here every year.

Nice hotel. You can’t beat Best Western’s pillows and mattresses. Very comfy. This hotel appeared to be updated nicely but did have some mold along the caulk line in parts of the shower area. It’s weird because it all looks pretty new!

There was an unexpected issue with keys when we checked in - no one could use their keys. The manager was able to work quickly with IT to get it fixed within 25 minutes. Meanwhile, they used master key to let us in our room and came back with usable keys. Very friendly.

This is an amazing property with such nice people. It was so clean and quiet. We only stayed for one night and wanted to grab bfast in the morning. I always expect to just see bagels and waffles but they had a great spread to include eggs biscuits and gravy and lots of other options. We will be back !

Great Value For Money
This was one of our favourite stop overs and the hotel staff were brilliant - very helpful, informative and well humoured; Kingman is a one street town and a great contrast to Vegas; check out the Rickety Cricket microbrewery and pizza bar for an uncomplicated treat with great easy going atmosphere; The hotel is a typical overnight stopover made special by the staff on duty; Add in a good breakfast and decent laundry facilities and it was ideal for us.

Nice layout with elevator for second floor. Room was spacious, breakfast selection was impressive. Just note that a drive to the historic ling man district for food options takes another 5-10 mins (not walkable).

Clean and comfortable and felt safe.
The breakfast buffet was great and very much appreciated since we had to get going. The breakfast staff was professional, helpful and very very nice and I was glad to see they had a gratuity jar...they most definitely deserved every dollar that was in there! The room had a great fridge with a separate large freezer which was appreciated to refreeze our blue ice for our next leg of our journey. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back when traveling through again.

Staff was very courteous. Restaurants were across the street from the hotel. Big plus, coffee maker worked. Breakfast was good. Funny story on one of the employees who was working the breakfast on several occasions told everyone to clean up their dishes, wanted to know who put bread in the toaster and didn’t eat it. Felt like I was in grade school again. Needless to say we cleaned out table.

The Best Western plus was the best hotel experience we have had in the last two weeks of staying in hotels (total of 6). Friendly staff, environment was clean and beyond expectation with style, we were given a last minute handicap room that was beautiful (loved the natural stone tiles), great selection of free continental breakfast. Only downside was that our neighbors were smokers and so we inhaled cigarette smoke often when we left our room.

Common area is lovely. Rooms were dated (mine had a musty odor and some mold), but they were large and the bed was comfortable. The family suite with three queen beds was perfect for our group. Front desk staff was excellent!

Overall nice stay, except our room, pillow, and bed spread smelt very strongly of someones pet. Not something I wanted to sleep with. Hopefully in the future the hotel will do a better job cleaning the room, Or at least only using these rooms for other pet lovers.

Excellent hotel. Gorgeous property. Beautiful clean and spacious room. Gated and locked outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. 😊 Directly on Route 66 so easy to get back on and keep traveling. Love this place highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Whenever we drive from California to Colorado, this is the first stop we make. The Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn and Suites is very pet friendly and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We always have a great stay at this hotel.

If I could give this hotel an 11, I would. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom linens and soap bars nice and thick. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Two kinds of sausages and scrambled eggs. Highly recommend.
