The room was fairly clean, and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. The property itself is a little run down, and I made sure to keep all locks on the doors, as the area was a little questionable, but I didn't have any safety issues. I did have a very noisy neighbor that woke me up at 3am, so i called the office and they came out to bang on their door and tell them to be quiet. This happened again an hour later and finally they were quiet. But the noisy neighbor wasn't the motel's fault. I just wanted a cheap room and that's what I got, but i probably wouldn't stay here again.

Dirty floors in rooms
Motel 6 all of them do not clean the floors. Buy better mops or teach housekeeper how mop. The need to power wash the sidewalks on all motel 6 locations

The have a Drill sergeant That will bang on door at checkout lol foreal so if you rebook at the property make sure you go sign b4 check because if you Dont you might irritated because its a jungle of chaos

Wasnt a bad hotel. Staff were pretty friendly but the beds were not something you could get a good night sleep on. Super hard i think sleeping on the floor would have been better but overall, friendly staff and even when there was alot of people they helped everyone fast

The night attended when we arrived was very friendly . The next day we left for the day we came back to are room and we couldn't get in with the key had go down to the office to have the card reset.when we open the room it smell bad like marijuana so we had to leave the door open to air the room out

This place is not safe. There was cigareete burns in the sheets, a bullet hole in the wall and the door was at some point kicked in.
0/10 avoid this place. Hotels.com ended up moving us to a safer hotel.

You get what you pay for
I got a room for a down and out friend, it was inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Pillows thin, sheets stained, crappy cable and stained carpets. The front desk girl was very sweet though, she was wonderful!!!

DO NOT STAY! BEDBUGS!!!
My experience with the motel 6 Mesa North was very disappointing and upsetting, due to not just one but two, different rooms on opposite sides of the property. Both having bed bugs, the manager did not deal with it! Nor did management handle my complaint professionally. I was not refunded my money and was told to leave property because I woke him and I was trying to get one over on the property!

Stayed in a room that was clearly marked as non-smoking and when we walked in the smell was terrible . The bathroom had burn marks on the tub and towel rack was just about falling off the wall.

Would you stay?
From the cigarette burns on the tub to the loud noise outside. The door seal was bad could see straight outside through it. Price was decent for this time of year. Beds way too soft

Staff was not friendly at all. Cigarette burns on everything! Dirty floors in room. Roaches in room! Noisy people next door on both sides all night long. Loud vehicles in and out all night long. No heat, just cold air. Not at all worth the $200 per night!!

No way, no how, not even if free
An absolute dump. Reserved a non smoking room. Got put in a smoking room with NO AIR CONDITIONING. Really? In Arizona. Said to open windows for air. In this neighborhood. No thanks. Uber driver the next day said free housing and govt vouchers is this area. For another $50 bucks a night, find something else.

Not Worth It
For $170 /nite was absolutely not worth it. Absolutely ridiculous. Everything was very dirty from inside to the outside balcony/ walkway. Hairs in tub & sink, bits of trash around room, ZERO A/C, only blew hot air, sink faucet was coming off, and around 8am , during mid/showers, the water turned off in the building with NO NOTICE. Zero greetings from hotel staff.

Not bougie but beneficial
Our stay was ok. There was not any air conditioning throughout the building. During the colder months, the owner(s) opt to turn it off. We were not happy about that considering we keep our home exceptionally cold. We made due with some fans bought right up the street.
We made our concerns know (very close to Karen standards). The entire staff remained very professional, understanding and polite.
Sheila was awesome. Offered some compensation and we accepted.
Now, after she left our room we discussed how great she was. As a customer (whining Karen) you want to feel heard. Lol
We went down to the office to find they were providing further compensation, 3 wonderful ladies behind the counter and a realization that while the world is full of unconcerned, irrational a-holes, there is still hope for mankind
The room was comfortable & clean. It was exactly what we needed. It had entertainment (tv), a comfy place to lay our heads, a bathroom and safety (onsite security).

I am usually satisfied and happy with my trip when I come to Motel 6 I never have any issues or problems the staff is always very friendly the rooms are always clean except for this time I had to move three times because of the roaches and there was bed bugs in one of them and they didn't try to compensate me on any of our stays here and I've been here for almost 2 weeks so I was very dissatisfied with those three times that I had to move in three different rooms so would I recommend staying here again will that depends on if you take care of the situation cuz I'm a loyal customer for years with your Motel 6

Our stay was very disappointing. We had a nonsmoking room which smelled like old cigarettes and had numerous burns. The sheets are scratchy and the room was noisy. The sink and the tub need to be replaced. The cleaner cleaned well, but they are so old and damaged, we did not want to use them. There is no breakfast. We paid a lot for this because we were desperate to rest after a long drive. I would advise you to plan ahead and not book here. We asked for some compensation and were told no, then that the manager would be in at 9am, but we had to leave at 8am.

Find something better.
Cockroaches in room, visible stains on bed sheets. During a 3 day stay, room service never cleaned our room or re-supplied our used towels. Our room keys became deactivated everyday we were out and had to go to the desk every night for re-activation. Climate control for room never worked.

DISGUSTING! There was cigarette burns on the sheets, the curtains, the shower curtain. The hotel was pretty run down. Worst of all is there was ROACHES in the room. NEVER again.

My boyfriend and I grew up in Mesa so we've always known what Motel 6's were like before ever even staying at one, especially the sketchy area itself. But we still choose to book with them because it's one of the most affordable and the staff is always really nice, and they do care about their property and who walks on it regardless of what someone may think. This is probably our 3rd time staying at this location and the only downside each time is not having any shampoo or blowdryers for hair but it's no extreme bother. The area soeaks for itself so we always just try to do everything in the morning and get back before check in when people show up and definitely try not to be outside at night. Overall we will come back again soon, there's always funny scenery at Motel 6 Lol.

This hotel is of a cheaper class, and the first a lot of people live there. There is a lot of noise, drinking loud music. The rooms are clean but tiny. There are no amenities such as shampoo and coffee

A very uncomfortable stay
Too many bugs and roaches, they were crawling in the beds. Looked like there were some plumbing issues, the toilet was leaking and the room smelt bad. We had absolutely zero sleep due to the uncleanliness and loud noises.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Manager is also very friendly and pleasant. Cleaning staff came off very rude and unfriendly. Front desk made extending my reservation an easy and quick process which I appreciated. Located in a somewhat rough area so I was surprised that there were some disturbances throughout the night. The first few nights of my stay the people in the room next to mine were up yelling, fighting, and constantly slamming their door. However once I couldn't stand it anymore and called the front desk they informed me they would put security on it and the disturbances stopped entirely. All and all the staff make this motel 6 great. Anywhere else they're lacking in, the helpful and friendly manager and front desk completely make up for! Because of this I will stay here again.

Very dirty, burn marks in tub, room smells like smoke, homeless people and drug addicts hanging around on property and in the vending area sitting with dogs and one of the strange people lurking around came into my room. Will never stay here again. Only positive was its across the street from a water park but nothing good about the place itself.

True Test of Service
It's not difficult (for most) to provide a good customer experience under normal circumstances. In my opinion, when there is an issue, that's when you separate the good providers from the not-so-good ones. This Motel 6 handled my issue promptly and courteously, without attitude. It was a +110 degree day and after I checked in and got toy room, it was miserably hot, despite the AC at its highest settings. The office attendant (I apologize for not knowing her name) acknowledged that the AC was a problem on that part of the property and they have been working to get it resolved. Without any fuss, she started listing off alternative rooms and have me my choice. She even got the keys and had me go into the room to make sure I was satisfied with it's temperature before logging me into the new room. You can't ask for anything more than that. I recommend this location without hesitation!

Horrible stay for horrible price
It was a horrible stay!! 8 in a half months pregnant and the air-conditioning never worked. Holes in walls drains didn't drain. Neighbors were loud and smoking marijuana.

It was horrible. The whe worst 100$ ive spent in verry long time. Ive stayed here. Alot through out the the last 2 years but never was is so miserable. The air was broke so they switched us rooms at 10 pm no big deal only to get yet another room with no air. No air and az heat make for a miserable nighy. My daughter was exhaisted and fell asleep. I went and informed front deak and i was even upset at this point. But i adked fir a fan and was toled "were all fanned out". Never was i askes if id like a partial refund or any kind of compinsation for the 103 $ i spent on a room only to sweat to .death. They said i can move you again. i declined wthat would have been the point only to move to yet another room with no air. It was cooloer outside that night then in that room. However can sleep with the door open due to strange drug addictband homeless wandering property all hours of the night. It was horrible and doubt ill be returning.

The room was not up to par which I guess has to do with location.
Our room did not have working heat, when we asked for a new room the receptionist gave us an attitude and stated she needed to call her supervisor. She told me that she’d give me a call back, but never did.

I chose a non smoking room but it stank like cigarette smoke so much through the AC vents. I will not be staying at this property in the future as I have children that complained about the smell during my 3 day stay. This is very uncomfortable and unhealthy. If u promote non smoking, male sure it doesnt smell like it either.

The room smelled like smoke. The room key stopped working on two separate days. The last time it stopped working the people in front of me at the lobby desk were there for the same reason. It is an "ok" place to stay.

It was the worse stay I ever had.
It was very run down and dirty.
We asked for a no smoking room when we walked in there it smelled like an ashtray.
It was terrible. When I called to tell them it smelled like cigarettes they said they couldn’t do anything about it except send someone to spray they room to mask the smell.
The room had a hole on the ceiling where it’s missing the smoke alarm. They refused to change me rooms because they were sold out.
Will never stay there!!! Do not recommend!

Wouldn’t let us stay because my wife did have her passport. There was no help from the staff, luckily they didn’t charge us a fee, but would never recommend this motel.
