very happy on the cleanliness and that it had a mini fridge and microwave. There are restaurants and gas station near by. I will return and stay here again. Thank you!

Staff was nice. Room was very dirty, there was candy stuck to the bedding when I showed up and potato chips on the floor. “Breakfast” was a bowl of pre packaged muffins and mini bottled water.

Not a great place
This place was not somewhere I would ever stay again. The sheets looked like someone stepped on them with dirty feet. They had black stains on them, the curtains were hanging, like they had been torn down and tried to put them back on but they were missing hooks so they just hung there with some missing hooks, it looked trashy, the train goes by all night long and it’s loud. The wall and floor in the bathroom were disgusting. It was a large room but that is the only good thing about this place.

If you have an ESA animal Stay Away!!!
First our stay was awesome. The lady who check me in asked if I had a pet and I declared my husband has an ESA animal. He just got out of Post Op Care and has had her with him the entire time. As we were leaving in the morning another lady asked about our dog and I said she is a ESA support animal and she was so mad, told me she was charging me. I explained the law allow ESA pet for no charge. All I know she was rude and totally ruined what was a nice stay.

Never use them again when I come back to visit.
It was terrible. This place was run down. Someone dropped their foods across from my room and it was not clean up and I had a lady being loud and pounding the door across from me as well. They do not have any extra towels that we asked for due to 5 people in my room with only 2 towels. The juice machine is broken and it is nothing to eat beside store bought muffins, fruit cups, tiny juice boxes and etc. I am surprised there is no cereals or milks at all. That is not even close to what other hotels provided. And you can not access to any door with your card they gave you. You must use front door to get in. So inconvenient when you have to park your car other side of the building.

Overall below average stay
There was no hot water, no coffee or coffee machines in room which is expected from super 8 hotels. Also there was muffin and small juice packs for breakfast, they did. Ot even think on what diabetics people are suppose to eat, no milk. Not much toiletries in bathroom. Would not recommend anyone to book room in this property

Ancient proporty horribly maintained. It feels like housekeeping doesn’t really exist. Toilet was not cleaned. Sheets were plied and almost about to tear. The carpets were awfully dirty.
I’ll neither go there again nor recommend it to anyone visiting.

The hotel is decent for a budget stop. The hired staff are friendly and helpful but the couple who apparently own the place are very difficult to work with and seem to make up things to be stubborn about. Why wouldn’t need to fill out a credit card authorization form for a room booked in my name! And I had go to the front desk for towel exchange when housekeeping didn’t restock on the second day.

Great staff, terrible room conditions
Hotels.com did not provide the business that we booked a room for 5, the hotel upgraded us to a room that was able to accommodate our numbers. Front desk staff was very courteous. In the room, the furniture was noticeably filthy. There was a strange smell, like vomit that permeated the air.

While I was getting ready for my late start of a day, since my 4 yr old niece was with me, around 10:30 am on Saturday morning housekeeping was making there rounds. With me staying two nights at this facility I informed the knocker at my door that services were not needed. Thank you. Well two seconds later I hear the rage in a specific houskeers voice using excessive profanity and vulgar language while knocking on the room diagonal from mine. I though for sure it couldnt be the staff yelling down the hallways at 10:30am. I cant be the only one staying another night. I looked the the peep hole to discover a short haired blonde lady with a staff uniform. At this point I openned my room door asking her to watch her mouth as I have a 4 yr old with ne. The lady looked at me rolled her eyes and continued knocking on the next door yelling, "housekeeping." As I was leaving I made it apoint to just leave the property without checking out as I dont want an encounter with other staff on site.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was mold in the room growing around the air conditioning unit there was P in the bathtub and shower. The carpets were absolutely filthy and I woke up with bites on my arm. I hope I’m not taking bedbugs home. I am sick and disgusted and mad when I looked at reviews they said that this was right at 3.5 out of five for cleanliness and the guest comments were that they love the clean rooms it was absolutely filthy and disgusting. This place needs to be shut down!

On a family trip and needed a place to stay. All other super 8 were nice so stayed. 1 room toilet didnt flush, 2nd room was dirty, everything covered in thick layer of dust. Shower wasnt washed and a/c had food in it and smelt bad. Bedding was dirty with food stuck to it. The breakfast that was included was water bottle, juice box and fruit cup.

There was nothing unique about this place. Let's just say... clean the room all the way. The carpet needs replaced, smelled terrible. Shower was dirty. All the corners in the room and bathroom had old dirt in them. Also....the 1970s called, they want their style back.😡😡😡😡

NEVER AGAIN!!!
I stayed there for two weeks and they changed the sheets ONCE! Rarely did they even change towels or take out the trash. I got bed bug bites all over my torso and even when I asked the maid to change my sheets, she didn't.
I left one day early and neither Hotels.com nor the hotel would give me a refund for the night I didn't stay.
You couldn't pay me to stay there again and they should remove the "Super" from their name!!!!!

Worst hotel ever in 40 years of travel
What a filthy dive. There was spit or worse running down the side of the bed. They didn’t even try to hide the bedbug activity all over the mattresses. At the front desk they were completely apathetic. So we left and will never darken the door of a Super 8 again. The owners/management should be absolutely embarrassed to expect people to stay in such filth.

Needs LOTS of maintenance. I took a photo of a huge hole in the carpet near my bed. Washer & dryer “permanently out of order.” Extra $15 fee for pet not mentioned until I checked in. Definitely NOT up to Expedia standards!

Trash in trash cans in room. Table tops were sprayed with cleaner but not wiped so wet. Hallways needed vacuuming, exterior trash everywhere. Pool was packed with non residence at night and not cleaned next morning. Breakfast good but staff was just sitting around eating a drinking the stuff for guest. Poorly kept property. Food and food containers scattered about the outside area. Pot holes in the parking. Published breakfast was take-away packaged cup of fruit, packaged small muffin, a small apple juice container, all three served from two small baskets at the check-in counter.
The room did not have the typical chair that Super *'s have. The mattress must have been from the 1960's or 1970's. Could feel the coil springs.

Soap left in the bath tub, therefore I know it wasn’t cleaned properly. Shower head was about to come out of the wall, water and tea bags left in coffee pot. Tv was so small you could barely see it from the bed.

Overall, a great place to stay for the Price!
The prices were decent. The staff was great! I would like to give a shout out to Lisa the desk clerk. I am going through a tough personal issue. Lisa was very comforting. When my soon to be ex showed up, she knew the situation and handled it right on the spot!
My only complaint is the bathroom. It was clean, but needs some maintenance and work. I was able to overloik this. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

Pretty good for the price
Overall would recommend for someone looking for a cheap but decent hotel stay.
Pros:
-Front office person was friendly but not too chatty
-Pillows were pretty fluffy and soft
-Bed was not the best but also a bit better than I expected for the price
-There were plenty of parking spaces (although we did have to park in the back)
-The room was Very Spacious! This was a big pro for us after driving in the car all day. We booked a regular two queen bed room and it was about twice as big as expected. We had way more room than we needed
-Even though we booked just a two queen room the room we got had a couch with a pull out bed
Cons
-There was no bedding on or for the pull out bed (was available upon request but it just felt really weird that there was not even a sheet- very minor thing though and admittedly probably wouldn’t bother most
-Some hairs around the room and a beer bottle cap on the floor
-The continental breakfast was about the most disappointing I’ve ever seen. It was kid juice boxes, prepackaged fruit cups, and prepackaged muffins that only took about two bites to finish.
You get what you pay for.

Covid quarantine is over
We were there around 11pm they had cancel the reservation but were able to get us our room for $20 more than what it was supposed to be. We were tiresome I didn’t mi e the inconvenience of the $20 more. Sleep pretty good. It was clean and quiet but when it came to the supposed breakfast we got ti y muffins, juice boxes and fruit cup and coffee. 😡Covid quarantine is over, there is no excuse to keep giving that miserable breakfast.

Even though policy states it consders anyone on property an adult it will not let you stay if you are under 21. It was almost midnight when I was refused at checkin and had to find other accommodations. Also, person at front desk was very rude when requesting a refund when I called and hung up on me. After arguing all day with reservation services and emailing the manager repeatedly I was finally approved a refund.

The room is listed on Expedia for 6 adults but only 2 queen beds, so I called the hotel to verify, the lady told me they have one room with a sofa bed. We arrived but the man at the counter told us that because we booked thru Expedia, they wouldn’t give me that room, he said that I should have booked it directly with them. CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. We were tired and managed to accommodate all 6 of us in two beds and a sleeping bag we were carrying. Placed was mediocre all around, but then again : it is a Motel 8

Carpet was new. Beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. The HVAC was very quiet and effective. The window curtain was torn above the HVAC. The toilet flapper valve needed attention. The housekeeper needs to detail edges of bathroom, especially behind the bathroom door. "Breakfast" consisted of a fruit cup. There was no baggage cart available. Staff were courteous.

The receptionist woman didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. She kept giggling and saying she didn’t know when it came to terms of paying for the room online and through Apple Pay. Though she was kind and helped out a bit she gave off the impression that she didn’t truly know what she was doing and didn’t seem all to trustworthy. Not only that but the bed was hard as a rock, above the shower had dark spots. The bath tube didn’t seem to clean and the shower head was definitely not clean it had white stuff growing on it, and the place had a bit of a smell. Plus the pillow cases had stains on them that didn’t seem to wash out in their last wash. Overall the place isn’t exactly the best to stop at especially after a twelve hour drive. The sleep was horrible just cause of the bed, and it just wasn’t very comfortable. Definitely not stopping by again, though the receptionist in the morning (different girl) was very kind at check out.
