Room was good disappointed while checking in was provided a room smaller than what I booked for … was advised by staff sorry someone has been in the room assigned for you for the past 3 days…. I had to request to be accommodated for what I originally booked for and I was after a manager was called but I had to request that!

No animals allowed in lobby and that is where elevator was located. My room was at far corner and I had to pack everything up and down stairs with no gutters over stairs while we got wet. We're in our 70's.

Average motel, friendly check-in clerk
This hotel, which should actually be considered a motel due to the exterior entry doors, is dated. Some improvements have been made inside the room, but there was a very big snag in the carpet, and the bathroom area is very old-school. The chair and ottoman were nice and clean and seemed newer. The remote control for the TV was difficulty to use, and NBC, a standard TV channel, displayed a message that the contract had expired. Very strange. The really bad part of the stay was that the train is so close that it seems like it’s running right outside the window pretty much all night long.

Spontaneous stay was satisfying
We booked this room spontaneously on a holiday road trip to the Grand Canyon. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Lobby was pleasant with items to purchase to enhance our stay. I had expected the room be more like a suite,per the description on the site. It wasn't. But that's ok, we still had enough beds for the four of us. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the nondairy items available. Parking was sufficient.

Check in was very fast and girl at desk was very friendly. Our room was very clean and well stocked with towels, coffee and tea. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Nice experience overall. Did not have heated pool in winter though. Two bedroom suite did not have a kitchen either. Rooms were pricey but all together it was a good hotel.

We really needed a place to stop for the night on our way to Phoenix and thanks to Hotels.com's discount and the 8.8/10 customer rating we booked here. It was a good place to stay! Room was clean - except for some good wear on the tub - inviting, and cozy. The front desk put me on hold for a long time time, but they were busy checking people in and very accommodating when I talked to them in person. The layout of the hotel worried me - the kind where all the room doors are facing the outside - but it was not that kind of sketchy "am I going to be murdered or get a disease tonight?" feeling AT ALL. Breakfast was lovely. Just a pleasant stay!

Saturday there was no water to half the hotel. Staff said they would call with an update and never did. Would not find another hotel for us to stay at.

floor not properly cleaned
the floor had not been cleaned, maybe swept, but not cleaned or disinfected. the bottoms of our feet were quite filthy after an evening walking around on the floor and we had to wash our feet before we got in the bed. a bit shocking an disappointing. there were small crumbs under the suitcase stand and a few coins in a corner of the room and on floor of the vanity area.
something you would think would be top priority.

It smells terrible! Toilet leaking, stained carpet, under sized pillows. I could go on and on! DO NOT STAY AT THE BEST WESTERN IN KINGMAN. We are exhausted from the Grand Canyon and have our boys with us. If we checked in under any other circumstance, I’d demand a refund and find anything better.

The room was fine for a very unremarkable place to stay. I hated the bathroom set up with the sink outside the bathroom and a very tiny room for the toilet and shower. Very uncomfortable. Nothing horrible, just underwhelming. The breakfast had very few healthy options.

My wife & I stayed a Friday & Saturday, we really enjoyed the hotel, the pool the clean rooms & the 24 hrs open coffee & juice bar.. their breakfast was also very good… but really enjoyed was the convenience of the Mexican restaurant literally feet away.. overall our stay was great, we will come back again. Thank you BEST WESTERN PLUS

Every hotel or motel can't be "newly remodeled" and Best Western Plus King's Inn & Suites in Kingman, AZ is no exception. It's not a bad facility but the rooms do show their age. It was good place to spend the night. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The continental breakfast was off the charts. Very, very good breakfast. I'd stay there again without issue.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The tub faucets should have been wiped clean.
The cost was way too expensive when compared to the area 3-star hotels at the same cost.
Very disappointed.

It was ok. Nothing great about it. Less quality than the one in Arizona, for sure. Breakfast is only from 6-8:30am. Really short compared to other Best Western Plus that we have stayed in. Also, there is a pet fee that i have never had before.

The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk workers were really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best I'd had in a long time. There was a guest laundry which I used. The soap dispenser was broken, but I was told you could buy it at the front desk which was close by. I brought my own detergent and dryer sheets so it wasn't a problem for me. There wasn't a folding table which seemed odd. The motel faced Rt. 66, but did not seem too noisy.

What a nice hotel! First, the staff, including the front desk, house keepers & breakfast chefs & attendants, were all wonderful. They were all very friendly & helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi & fitness room were all clean, inviting & in good working conditions. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Kingman!

I would have thought you Expedia would have notified your customers that the property was having renovations. As a result we were forced to bring what we could carry back to our room. (FREE breakfast) No dinning room. And the nerve to charge $188.00 for one night

we drove 4 hours to get there. we were all tired looking forward to swimmg eat and get a good nites sleep. but we didnt. everytime the air conditioner came on it made a VERY loud noise the thermostat.ALL nite long no one sleep. it was so loud we tried turning it off but it got hot we are in az. i mentioned it to the desk she said thxs for the info. the breakfast was great. but we didn't eat. everyone was tired and cranky. now we got a 4 hour drive tired hungry and mad. 72553303688876

Everything was great aside from the manufacturer plastic on the sofa mattress we were told not to remove. It was thick and loud and very uncomfortable even under sheets. When we expressed our discomfort we were told nothing could be done

Drove through the desert at 95 degrees and went to the pool thinking to cool off but it was freezing…lol…the hot tub made up for it. Lol and I did see a family in the pool later so maybe was just chilly me🤗

Really friendly and welcoming staff - we had no issues with a late check-in. We stayed in a Junior Suite with 2 Queen Beds (non-smoking) which was a great size, clean and quiet. It was a very convenient stop on our road trip enroute to Las Vegas.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! The included breakfast was always delicious and had a different variety of items each day, alongside the staples (waffle station, oatmeal station, juice station, etc.). Check in/out was so fast and easy, and most importantly everything was CLEAN. The only complaint we have was the creaking in the ceiling at night. We thought it was odd considering we were on the second story of a 2 story hotel, meaning no one was above us. Otherwise, we will definitely be staying here for all our future Kingman visits.

A little disappointed that the room I reserved was not actually available, which meant I was given a downgrade without warning. While the room was adequate, I missed out on the amenities that I originally desired. Had I known it was not available, I would have booked elsewhere.
