Awesome staff! So nice! Wonderful check-in. Cleam and basic. We just stayed at a 5 star inn and this is no comparison but the atmosphere for sleeping is not good at all. The seemingly drug and alcohol induced clientele next to us is loud and annoying. My family can hear them having sex and banging all night. It is almost 3 am as I write this, It’s so disturbing we cannot sleep.

Room was really clean. Staff was very friendly. We arrived at 10pm so it was difficult to find a place to eat and have a cocktail. There is a McDonald’s across the street if you’re really hungry. The hotel bar closed at 10. We took an Uber and it was under $20. The Airport Shuttle was on time and really convenient. Would stay again.

There was NO place to park when I was checking in and I had to haul my luggage over rough terrain to get inside the hotel!!! I'm short & smaller & a senior!! Felt very unsafe and I wasn't parked legally. I had NO CHOICE as there was a private party at hotel and therefore no parking for overnite guests! Also breakfast was nearly all CARBS ! I am diabetic and this made it difficult to eat anything as the only meat/protein was eg/sausage Mcmuffin thing. I ate the egg and tiny sausage patty. I can't do fruit (sugars) cereal, waffles, donuts, bagels, toast,pastries etc as they are loaded with carbs!!! I stay at other hotels (La Quinta) & they have fresh scrambled eggs & pans of bacon. I selected BWP Grosvenor as "breakfast" was included!

No water in the room to make my coffee like they had before. Phone lines don't work and the kitchen is always closed and we are forced to eat why they make outside on a barbecu ugh!!

The entrance was very pleasant and comfortable. Staff were kind and very friendly and professional I very much enjoyed my stay. The parking lot can be full but they will let you know you can go across the street to Sees candy parking lot until 8am the next day.

Closing the dining and having a bbq is a seriously bad idea. The smoke came into my window for hours. This really sucked because breathing is much more important than you saving some bucks. If anyone ever asks about taking a trip in your direction, I will make sure they do not choose you

I was uncertain given the price and location. What a treasure I found! Highly recommend if you are using SFO. It’s not a tourist location but a great value for business in the area or staying before flying out.

Provided feedback on what Uber cost should be. When Uber costs were high they ordered us a taxi for 3:30am pick up to airport. Their shuttle only starts at 5pm.

The hotel was very comfortable and our room was spacious, clean, with full toiletries and towels. The staff on the desk when we checked in and out were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The barman, Ken, was very friendly and attentive, served us efficiently, and gave excellent advice for our trip around San Francisco.

Clean, well stocked room. Close to airport with a shuttle.
Breakfast: From 4-6 am. grab and go bags. If they ran out before you got there you were out of luck. Actual breakfast started at 7am Since we were headed to the airport at 6:30, we didnt have much of a breakfast The grab-and-go consisted of a smashed sweet roll, a granola bar, a water, and a sad apple.

Easy access to freeway
Best Western So SF is a great location and parking rate is the best price. The breakfast wasn’t as other Best Western’s because they had a kitchen fire. Hopefully, the kitchen will be repaired before our next stay.

The kitchen had a fire recently and so every night the property featured a cookout to feed the clientele. The food was outstanding and the cooks were very friendly and helpful. You could order food from 3 different spots and they would bring it to you wherever you sat. A very smart move on their part.

Time for the exterminator! There was a roach in the bathroom. But clean sheets, clean towels, nice firm beds, nice park and fly option. The shuttle took a very long time to come and pick us up at the airport.

Staff extremely helpful, efficient and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Had an end Queen room which felt quaint. Pool and kitchen weren’t in service but eating options were presented and offered well, but no fresh eggs, bacon or sausage at breakfast. Can hear some airport noise, outside traffic and parking lot noise. Was great for a one night stay.

The staff was very friendly, but we had a problem with our room airconditioner. It was noisy, and there was no opportunity to move rooms after the first of three nights. On the third day, they said they would move us, but by that time, we were engaged to a family wedding, and it made no sense. We had to purchase earplugs to get some sleep.

Old hotel and needs to be painted, stains on the ceiling, chipped paint, and seriously as a guest, we had to pay a $9 parking fee. I am the guest. Ridiculous. No plans to ever be there again. Beat Western used to be a great hotel but not this one.

False advertising
First, I picked this hotel since it advertised that they had a oniste restauarant with room service. My wife was coming in late from Europe and she requested a meal when she got in. I found out after I checked in, when I visited the restaurant, that it was closed due to a fire. I then requested some minor compensation, the did not comp a thing. So the advertisement for the hotel was inaccurate and the staff when I checked in did not disclose that one oof the advertised amenities was not available.

I booked this hotel as a last minute work trip to San Francisco and it was much better than I expected. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to get me an early checkin, and the room was extremely clean. Only took 25 min. to get into downtown SF. Would recommend for an airport hotel.

When I was staying the kitchen had had a fire and there was a limited BBQ option served outdoors from 4pm, with nothing healthy to eat on the menu (salad, etc.). The breakfast was equally limited--no hot food. The website says that there is a hotel shuttle bus, but did not mention that it operates only in the morning and evening. When my family and I arrived at SFO at mid-day after a long international flight we waited for 45 minutes at the shuttle stop before it became clear that there would be no service. This should have been made clear upfront. The hotel is conveniently located but there are no places to eat nearby and it is too far to walk from the airport.

This hotel was modern, clean & very nice and quite reasonable for the money. If you have no car, not a lot can be walked to for restaurants, but this place is ideal for a stay-over to just fly out of SFO airport.

The hotel did not smell good and felt dirty. The night and day front desk however were super nice despite the fact that they were super busy. There was a tour group checking in and checking out at the same time. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a big plus.

I have always stayed at this hotel but this time I found the service upon arrival very unprofessional. the bathroom very dirty. the breakfast, which used to be very good, is now very bad, they removed the eggs and other things and the quality dropped a lot, there were homeless people walking around in the breakfast area asking for the room number we were in to be able to have breakfast. I will never stay at this hotel again and I do not recommend it.

A night at the hotel by SFO
The hotel was a bit old but alright, friendly front desk staff. There was water dripping noise in my toilet all night, and the housekeeper knocked on my door at 7:30am asking me what time I was checking out. It’s Sunday morning, so I wanted to sleep in a bit but got waking up by the housekeeper.

The hotel offered airport pick up. After I reserved the hotel, I received and e-mail mentioning the pick up runs on selected hours. They mentioned the latest pick up was at 10.45 I was out waiting for the bus at 10 and I called them and the told me I missed the last bus.
The rooms are old they need urgen remodelation.
The elevator was not working. I need to use the escalators.
Mu recommendation, pay more and stay in a better hotel.
