Thank you to the staff who truly made this last minute stay impeccable. Unfortunately the person who serviced me (Saul) was clocked in on his final day, but his customer service skills was amazing and evident that he cared.
In short:
- they have pickup from airport drop off at airport
- have car parking available with stay
- food/kitchen you can purchase hot and cold food/snacks from (a vegetarian option also)
- a bar downstairs for drinks made on the spot.
- I worked remote and had no issues with WiFi.
Things to Note:
- I wish the showers/bathrooms were more clean, looked rusty and simply wiped down rather than deep cleaned.
- no walkable place near by, but when you have a car rental it is close enough everywhere.

It sounded like a whole party on the third floor all night long. No respect for others barely slept at all that night before an early flight. Also paid for breakfast only for it to be closed.

The hotel is conveniently close to the metro line. It's on a fairly busy road which was a little noisy at times. A room on the opposite side of the hotel from mine would have been quieter I think. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent.

The safe did not work which I specifically asked for a safe. We had to change rooms because the shower did not work. No discount was offered because I booked thru Hotels.com

My boyfriend enjoyed the gym. We enjoyed the lobby with the bar, pool table and other games. Allows you to mingle with other guests.

Poorly insulated, very noisy
Stayed one night because close to airport and had shuttle. Nice, clean room. Very poor insulation, could hear everything in hallway and guest above walked around a lot late into night and early in the morning. I hardly got any sleep.

Aloft - 5* review!
Great stay at the aloft Phoenix. A really comfortable bed, a very clean hotel and super convenient for the airport. Also very handy to transit to downtown and Tempe and Mesa!

Disappointing
Room in disrepair. Broken air conditioner grille. Damaged wall. No airport shuttle before 6am. Flights cross country are early. Not disclosed during reservation. I had to get a Lyft instead at a cost I was not counting on.🙁

Comfortable, Stylish, Access to Airport
Very stylish with a pool table, bar, and outside patio pool area. Comfortable beds. Airport shuttle doesn’t start until 6am, but front desk staff set up a complimentary Uber pick up.

Front desk was always friendly and helpful.
The airport shuttle stops service at 9 30 PM so if your flight arrives late or after 9 30 you have to grab a taxi or Uber to the hotel other than that it's really a comfortable hotel.

The service when arrive from very late flights to leaving out early morning is non-existent. The front desk staff merely takes your payment and provides your keys. Charges, amenities, and housekeeping are not explained to you. Our room was left unserviced daily until the final day of our stay was I informed that housekeeping was upon request. The lobby was always dirty. The room was a/c was extremely loud and faulty. The location is great in proximity to the airport. It’s very loud outside the hotel you can hear all movements outside the window (cars, shuttle, skylink, and people) so it’s hard to get good rest.

The bar tender could be a little nicer she has a real chip in her shoulder that honestly could upset anyone. She did her job well enough but she could have a lesson in being warmer. Lighting is awful! Throughout the whole hotel! Otherwise good enough for a bite stay.

Location was so/so. Questionable stuff going on outside the hotel homeless etc. not much in walking distance. My flight came in late at night and there was no shuttle but that was never mentioned until I walked to the shuttle pick up. Rooms are extremely small. The lobby gets very loud and kinda ghetto at night. There was a fight in the lobby I could hear from my room one night then the next morning as I was waiting on a Uber I’m assuming the same ladies somehow reappeared and started fighting again until getting put out by security.

Bad smell coming from front desk of hotel
The room was nice but i’m not too sure what they were burning or the smell coming from the main area of hotel , but that smell was not very pleasant and every time we entered the hotel to catch the elevator the smell was very unpleasant and made us nauseous

I would recommend this Hotel. I needed the shuttle service to and from the airportwhen I called the Hotel to be pìcked up from the airport their shuttle service was unable so they provided an Uber for us and they arrived within q0 minutes The staff were courteous and helpful. It was a comfortable stay.

Great staff, very loud, not much sleep
The staff was great. It sounded like jets were taking off in the parking lot and drag races were happening on the road outside. We did not get much sleep at all even with sleep noise in our room. The fan in our room would not stay on so that did not help with the noise.

Comfortable stay !
For starters I had to go around the block TWICE in order to find the UMNARKED entrance. The lobby area VERY nice, but once the elevator door opened on floor 2 i was aghast!!! How DEPRESSING the horrible DARK color choice for the hallways. This is NOT a color on the Arizona color wheel!!! DEPRESSING for sure. The room was comfortable, but would be nice to place a ledge or place for one to have their bar soap and shampoo rather than having to place on the floor., also with 2 persons occupying the room anothe towel bar would be thoughtful.
Now, the question is would I book a room for a future trip to Phoenix...hell yeah!

The shuttle to the airport was the big attraction for this hotel. The room was clean and bright. Downside was that the bed was too firm and the door to the bathroom wasn’t really a door. It was a large mirror that sides across.

Check in was great. Staff member was friendly and efficient. He accommodated my room request and gave me water.
Room was covered in dust and the bed / bedding uncomfortable.
Noise - we had little sleep due to person upstairs clomping for hrs and then from 5:30AM -7:30AM (bad sound proofing), plus the AC racket, people talking in corridor at all hrs, road noise, train horns, plans, blowers, plus other random clicking that sounded like someone trying to enter room.
I generally get unsafe in the parking area around the back with the people hanging about.

Unfortunately, it appeared they were understaffed and therefore unresponsive to a request I had. The room had no iron and when I called for one the gentleman told me he would look and bring one. He never called back or showed up, so I called again. At that time he told me they were mostly broken and had not been replaced so he was having trouble locating one. He said if he could find one he could bring it in the morning. When he asked me what time I would need it by, he said that wasn’t possible. He couldn’t bring it by 6 a.m. The bathroom was dirty especially the floors and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. I would choose to stay somewhere else in the future.

When I arrived I asked the gentleman at the front desk for recommendations for take out and he referred me to postmates which felt very dismissive. I would have preferred he tell me he did not have any good recommendations. Honestly, it colored my whole relationship to the hotel and made me feel like it was only a bed for the night and nothing more.

Hotel located on a busy highway. Unfortunately the room was on the same side as the highway. Area around the hotel felt unsafe due to the activity/observation of a few individuals. The room was either hot or cold and ac was incredibly loud when on as well.

The Hotel staff was great except first night no bar no food!! No experienced bartender 3rd night! 2 things available on menu we ordered pizza from out!!! Not great. What was great was Maria shuttle driver was wonderful she took my brother to get him a belt because he forgot his recommended restaurant took us anywhere within 3.6 miles we needed to go!! You have to hang onto that employee!!! The desk people were good!

The property and rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. I did however was annoyed with the a.c. turning on and off, but we got used to it. We were there for only 2 nights, and really were there to sleep. There were a few transients or druggies in the surrounding areas, but not on the property itself. The airport was super close.

I believed the hype!
We chose this facility based on the reviews.
Unfortunately we didn’t get the experience as the most recent guest or at least ones that chose to write a review.
Both rooms were unkept that we were given. The first one had ketchup or whatever else splattered on the wall that was adjacent to the bed (I’m not sure how housekeeping missed that). The floor had obvious pieces of paper, wrappers and leftover food particles near the desk and in between the beds.
The second room had dried up splattered coffee on the mirror, coffee pot and sink ( again, I’m clueless as to how the housekeeper) missed this. The trash was still full and there were makeup stains in and around the sink area.
The room had a modern look and feel.
Very friendly staff.
It would have been nice to enjoy my stay.

The hotel was clean and modern. Right across the street from Pre-flight airport parking so super convenient. The area is not great but it's down by the airport and not a place you would walk around. Felt safe though. Dining available in bar area which was convenient. I would stay again.

The hotel is close to the airport, and nearby public transit makes getting to downtown Phoenix convenient. Also, there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We love the undated look and the reasonable price. Small cute pool, lounge and pool table along with snacks for sale, free water and coffee. Staff was nice and the location was about 5 mins from airport. Public transportation rigjt out front to center city area. Small eateries near by. Only down fall was 2 abandoned properties next door. Homeless and drug addicts to near property. Otherwise a great place and perfect location.

Good location when traveling to/from the airport & rental car center. The staff were great. The rooms are larger than pics can show. The A/C was great. The pool & gym are well maintained. Walking distance to good eateries. Metro is nearby but I'd avoid it if traveling alone, especially outside of daylight hours. Plenty of parking.
