It was a decent to stay. So noisy all night, the police should have been called for guests disturbing others until 2-3 am. The heater made a racket even time the fan came on. the tv volume was stuck on very loud so we couldn’t watch that without bothering others. There was a hole in the curtains that had to be covered by a pillow to block out our from outside.
Bed was comfortable. Shower and bathroom was great. Continental breakfast was standard fare.

The TV didn't work and the bathroom door would never stay open - had to put a trash can in it just to air out the steam after a shower.

Water Pressure
Horrible horrible water pressure. Would not stay there again because of that reason alone!! Could barely get the soap off your body let alone your hair.

It's a Comfort Inn so average property. A bit smelly. But bed sheets were white and clean. Front desk staff was really friendly and great service from them. A little out of town which I preferred so was quiet.

Shampoo was empty and I couldn’t tell until I was in the shower!
Commode wouldn’t work.
Breakfast one morning lacked muffins, eggs.
Water for tea was warm tap water!! This is the norm for this property.

On their website it shows pictures of a hot tub in this location that’s why I’ve picked it for 175$ but as soon as I arrive there is no hot tub by the pool, my room is empty just a bed, dresser, and tv the curtains are stained to hell and nasty. Not worth the money and very disappointed. Will not be back and neither will my friends or family

The Beds and bedding were very comfortable and gave us a good night sleep. The Breakfast was very good with many choices and it was hot!! The Bathroom was clean and had enough towels for everyone and they were good quality.

We discovered fleas jumping in the sheets. My second night, I slept in my car. I’ve called the hotel and still have no resolve. I’ve contacted the BBB.

The sheets smelled like wet dog, there was a used wash cloth hanging in shower,trash in hallways 2 containers full. The building hallways look like they were underconstruction and there was no construction going on.

The property is near lakes and a spillway before you enter Carbonale and has quite a few restaurants nearby. Comfortable stay.

Very nice property. Beds and bedding are comfortable. Breakfast does have hot breakfast items (sausage, eggs and biscuits and gravy, theee is something for everyone. Pool temp was warm ( but this is my preferance so it worked out). Only downfall is rooms are to be cleaned every other day. We were there for 3 days and room was not cleaned once. We werent there so room didnt need much. Other than this, no complaints at all. We will stay again and highly recommend. Great front counter service (the gentleman in the afternoon was really great!) Plus coffee, water and tea all day! Good for any length of stay!

There was mold and mildew covering the bottom of the shower curtain. People were smoking marijuana in their rooms and apparently the bathroom vents were pushing the smoke and smell to other rooms. I figured out if you ran the bathroom fan continuously, the smoke did not come in to our room.

Overall good for the price. Only thing I didn’t like was that in my room the bottom of the shower curtain had major mold that I didn’t see until after I got out of the shower and the room curtain had holes and stains and needs desperately to be replaced. Other than that everything else was acceptable!

Lots of minuses, some highlights
The staff was nice. The linens and curtains were not clean. There was an old dried up contact lens on the sink in the bathroom. There was no chair for the desk. I asked for a cot with my reservation and there was none. The eggs were not great, the gravy for the biscuits was watery. There was no cream for the coffee, the decaf was cold. There were no towels at the pool and confusion over what time it opened. Wish it was open earlier.
There was also signage for proper use of the spa/hot tub but no hot tub. There was no regular coffee in the room. Waffles were good. Upstairs ice machine was broken.
It's really not nice walking into the lobby with the dumpster nearby. It was very stinky. :(
So overall a lot could've been better. But it was inexpensive, location was good, staff was nice, some of the breakfast was good, and my daughter enjoyed the one hour of swim time she got-even without a towel. It was also nice that we could sign in to Netflix.

Future stay...
Another great stay. The evening desk clerk made a reservation for more then a year out for my twin daughter'sgraduation next spring. I was unable to book that far out on web. No problem at all. It took him less then 2 minutes.

Big rooms, below average breakfast
The room is big. Property appeared clean. The breakfast was rough. The sausage appeared boiled or steamed. The worker was in the room talking to a man about her financial woes and dating. I don’t know why but I just had a worry about cleanliness and food poisoning in the breakfast area.

No chair to go with the furniture.
The room was decently roomy, the furnitures look new but there was no chair to sit. The room could need a single couch chair. The service was good and the breakfast is also good to have in the morning.

The rooms are large and clean, with a nice desk for working with your laptop. The internet connection was fast enough for our family to watch separately movies in our devices. The main problem was that breakfast finished fast and was not refilled. The time was from 6-10, and we were there at 9. There was no coffee, no eggs, but the waffle maker was still there and my girls could use that.

Bring earplugs or noise maker
Need a lot more soundproofing. Can’t blame the hotel for inconsiderate, loud guests though. Front desk was very polite. We’ve stayed here a few times. The prices, and free breakfast are good, and staff is always helpful. Just wish you couldn’t hear every little noise.

Liked it even better this time!
We ended up checking in for a second night. This time we asked for a room away from the parking lot lights and the room was dark enough to be confortable. Breakfast was great again. It’s clear their chef really cares. Will stay again.

Lots of good things about this hotel. Check in was smooth. Front desk staff excellent. Room large and comfortable. Large bathroom. Breakfast was impressive. Hot and fresh with many options.
But. The a/c heater never turns off. It blows air even in off position. Too noisy. We had to pull the plug to sleep. The blackout curtains were inadequate and a bit short. We clipped curtains together but still had too much bright light coming in at sides and bottom. It was hard to sleep with that much light. Overall, though, it was worth the price and we will stay again.

Most of the stay was fine. The room lacked a towel bar for us to reuse our towels (we ended up hanging on the shower rod but then had to try to keep them dry when there our second day). The night of checkin the smell of marijauna was overpowering in the halls so that was frustrating when I was specifically told at check in that it was a non smoking facility.

Overall was great place other than we were just down hall from front desk and there were people in room next to us were either having a party or just rude people being loud and waking me up at 3 am. I finally went into hallway and told them they were loud and after awhile it got quiet but really as close as we were front desk should have handled it before then

The staff and outside of the facility was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was also very good. Just a little bit noisy and the inside needs many repairs. The light blocking curtains had holes in them that let in the street light into the room. I was also concerned as a woman traveling alone, that I could be seen from the street. Otherwise, the stay was very good

Not ideal
The service was nice, Jeff at the front desk was pleasant. However, our room door was open when we got to the room, we walked in and the room smelled musty. As the night went on we discovered the bathroom was not clean and the towels provided had hair on them. The noise from the clock in the room kept us up as well as the refrigerator vibrating against the cabinet. We were there for a college tour and soccer camp. Not the ideal sleep that we needed. I would definitely not pick this hotel until they clean it up.

Comfortable beds. Clean. Good breakfast, eggs, sausages, waffles, breads, fruits, juices, coffee. Property needs some upgrading. Back parking lot has very bright lights that point into the rooms, so it’s hard to get a fully dark room at night. Room didn’t get clean during our 5 night stay. Last night a loud party was going on in an empty room across from our room, with approximately 15 people, we had to ask them to keep it down, but they didn’t until close to 11pm.

The property was clean and updated. However, the digital clock would occasionally make a loud noise like a toaster oven heating up, actually waking us up. And the refrigerator made a constant knocking sound which could not be ignored. I had to turn on the TV to drown out the noise.

I loved the friendly front counter attendant. He was very helpful and brought things to the room promptly. The rooms were clean and conveniently located. I am handicapped and they made sure I had all that I needed to meet my need including coming to the room to show us how to work the stopper for the jacuzzi.
My problems with the room are the toilet is loose and when you sit down it rattles against the wall. Also the shower hose needs to be longer so it will reach to the bench better. My biggest complaint is that the bed is 3 feet off the floor! Why do you have beds so high that even a normal sized person needs a footstool to climb in it? The bed was nice and firm but also with the pillowtop it was comfortable. Otherwise my stay was very pleasant including the breakfast. It was a full spread and was still hot. I will most likely stay here again but will most likely have to bring my stool which is taller than 4" so I can get into the 3' bed.

The check in staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Breakfast was basic but good. I would recommend for the price point. We even (first time since start of Covid) has room service with cleaning the room and fresh towels! Absolutely recommend.

The lobby ws very nice.
The breakfast was disappointing. No forks for 2 days.
No eggs the second day.
The hot tub was broken. We were told the pool was fine. It was not! The water was murky and disgusting.
The airconditioning was soo louud you couldn't hear the T.V.
The T.V. in the lobby and the breakfast room did not work.

We had a lovely visit, 2 adults and 1 child (7). Check-in was easy, and all of the staff was super-friendly. The room was large and even had a closet (not just a foyer with a rod). Our daughter spent as much of her free time as she could in the pool and the rest of her free time enjoying breakfast. Plenty of options that included, eggs, sausage, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. All in all, very pleasant.

Not the Usual Comfort Suites
First problem was the entry road was closed off with no advance notice or marked detour. Excellent front desk staff. SCREAMING children in pool area so loud we could barely hear the front desk clerk. Problems with physical conditions were unbelievable. Elevator beeped like an alarm going off. First room...a/c didn't work. Moved us to another room. No coffee maker in room...just the supplies. Bathroom light didn't work. A/C was nicely cold but had rust and flaking paint over window where it dripped ftom above. Some ceiling and wall repairs that were so poorly done, I could have done a better job. There were fleas in bed. Husband and I both woke up feeling bites. I caught one and took it to front desk. The comforter was torn and stained. All issues were reported to staff. Breakfast wasnt too bad but not refilled. Coffee was "less than wonderful" and only powdered creamers available. Big heavy glass pitcher of juice was really challenging to lift from refrigerator. I would never stay thete again.

The room looked like it was under construction. The hotel was sold out or I would have left. No security lock, baseboards, toilet paper holder, remote, coffee maker, blow dryer. The toilet was loose from the floor and so was the seat. The only good things was the staff was friendly and the bed was actually comfortable. That’s it.

Bright flickering light shown into room all night!
We actually left the hotel at 2 am because there was no way that we could sleep. There is a flickering light that shines directly into room 328. The curtains could not be closed, so, the room was like it was daylight. no way to sleep in a room that was so brightly lit up (and, of course there was the constant flickering). How anyone who runs this establishment would think that is appropriate is beyond me. Room was not worth $.10, let alone $113. Will not return.
