The Hotel rooms are big and clean. Staffs are good.
Sharing below feedback as information to others.
The beds looks like Full (smaller than queen) beds even though they advertise as Queen. The A/C (heater) was on the top of front door and hence we don't get enough air to the beds. Also, the threomastart was not working (just on/off only working). Also, one important issue is that they charge $45 for car parking (there is one public parking nearby for $15 and we need to walk for 10 min (we went on winter and it was difficult to walk in cold).

Excellent location for airport travelers! The train to the domestic terminal was so convenient and fast.
All the hotel staff with whom we spoke were very efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay there again if flying through Atlanta.

Great location & Outstanding Hotel

Got in late as flight was delayed. Had booked a room that would house my family of 5, upon check in they had given this room away and my family had to be split into two rooms. Not what I booked, very disappointing.

We came in on a red eye flight that had a medical emergency and we were up all night. The staff found us a room that was clean and ready for us at 8 30 am so we could get right to sleep. Thankyou SpringHill Suites đź‘Ź

This hotel was clean and close to domestic terminal. But far from international terminal if you need to get there, stay somewhere else or give yourself lots of time. Also the front desk staff seemed unprepared for all the people checking in late at night. Otherwise was a fine place.

It was great to have a nice mattress that pulls out from the sofa. We are a family of four and were staying in this hotel after the long trip, so it was helpful to have two queen beds, one sofa and one mattress. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open. Also, the faucet was broken. The water comes out, but the faucet was loose. I tried to turn it to position it to the middle of the sink, but it would not. The chair was broken that my husband needed to fix it. Except for the bed situation, we were not too happy with this room. The issues have to be checked by staff and taken care of.

Very convenient when you get in late and have to leave early! Walkable from airport Skytrain. Nice, clean, comfortable. Staff was kind and efficient. The same kind person checked me in at midnight and checked me out at 7:00.

Nice but need better lights
Convenient location, easy to get to via the Skytrain. Front desk staff during both check in and check out were polite, friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was typical for a “breakfast included” offering. They don’t have a restaurant, but neighboring properties are a short walk away. My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom was not bright.

The rooms were nice, but the bathroom could have some maintenance and/or upgrade. The complementary breakfast was ok, in my opinion a shame to use disposable tableware in 2025.

The bed was comfy. The pillows were good. Bedding was nice. Shower was great, along with the Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Complimentary breakfast was good. I have no complaints!

Frustrated and disappointed
Not what I expected from SpringHill. After a long drive I was tired and just wanted to crash. First surprise pay 40 dollars to park or drive a half mile to a parking lot and walk back. Went to parking lot and if someone didn’t help me I wouldn’t know how to get out of the lot. Walked back.
Second surprise, room was very warm and couldn’t turn it down. Tried to call the front desk but couldn’t get through so had to go downstairs to get help. The front desk and house keeping quickly responded. Finally I’m ready to settle down and watch the game and the tv didn’t work. At this point I just went to bed. It was frustrating and disappointing. I will say if it weren’t for the ladies at the front desk who were very gracious I’d have given you a 1

This is a great hotel for spending a night before or after a flight. It's at the base of the middle sky train stop. It's a good value, big rooms and includes a hot breakfast. The rooms were oddly laid out. I wouldn't exactly call them suites, but they function as suites (in a single room).

Great place to stay.
This was our favorite Hotel to stay in out of the 5 we stayed in on this trip. It was beautiful. Our room was large. It had a couch and a desk and the shower had spray jets for your lumbar which was amazing. All of the staff was friendly, and helpful. The front desk lady at night and the morning lady who gave me change for my $100 were very nice and professional. I went to get breakfast but it was shut down because I was past the time. The lady cleaning up the breakfast area was so nice and went and got me a Yogart and a spoon. The parking area had security that you had to us your room key to enter and exit. I would definitely stay here again and again

Great experience start to finish. Easy access from the Sky train, practically step off and your inside. Great customer service, very spacious room, comfortable beds, extra pillows. Overall great stay. If you need to be near the airport in Atlanta then I'd highly recommend staying here.

We had a reservation and They did not have the room for us. They sent us to another hotel around 10 mins drive. If we did not have a car, we would not be able to go to the other hotel because it was too far and late to walk.

We stayed one night after an international flight. Check in was quick and friendly. Room very nice, clean and quiet.
Complimentary breakfast was nice and the lady in charge was very friendly.
When I booked the room I was sure it said there was a shuttle service, when I called after we got in they said no shuttle. You take a shuttle from the international terminal to the domestic terminal and then take a sky train to the hotel. Once we figured that out it was fairly easy. Would stay there again

Wow, very convenient from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The airport exterior train (free) is a short walk away from the baggage claim. Board the train and one stop later, (maybe a 5 minute ride) you’re steps away from the hotel. If you’re looking for low stress hotel options this is it. Plenty of food options surrounding the hotel. The breakfast spread in the morning has many options also.

After lookong at the revirws for hotels in the area, i was juat hoping for the best. I am glad i books with Marriott Spring suits. It was clean and quiet. And there was a free tram from the airport available 24/7. Ans we arrived at midnight....but it was quick and easy to get there!

I liked the convenience of the property's location, easy check-in, and cleanliness. I didn't particularly appreciate that I was unable to get a cup of hot water, the coffee machine that I was told to use, was dirty, the room was not cleaned the next day, couldn't get an extra blanket and the TV gets distorted when the microwave is in use.

The room was fine, but I disliked that there were no trash liners in our room, it had a sliding door you can’t lock for the bathroom (not ideal with young kids) and parking was expensive.
