Its directly next to an airport runway. The noise makes it impossible to hold a conversation in the rooms, let alone sleep. The key's didn't work, so I went back down stairs and they gave me 2 new ones - which didn't work either! 3rd time was the char, but it took more than 30 minutes and I was in a hurry to attend a meeting. Will not stay there again.

Terrible check in staff. No help to find my rooms. I had two heavy and lugged them around the property. Went back to reception and told that my room was on second floor. Staff couldn’t care less. Wanted to take a bath but water was lukewarm in hottest setting. Two bottles of conditioner but no shampoo. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Just not good

You get what you pay for.
Nothing really wrong, staff was great, very little noise. Bed was uncomfortable, very firm, cheap pillows and faux bathroom tile was failing.

I have stayed here before and ejoyed my stays but this time i stayed in a room that seemed renovated without good use of space (double beds could have been bigger, better living room set up, bigger tv. I could hear people partying in the parking lot in early morning hours

The facility and rooms overall were great. We arrived on Friday around 3 pm. We noticed in the first hour the hot water didn’t work. We called the front desk and they said they’d send someone right away. By 6 o’clock they had still not sent anyone. We had tickets to a show and couldn’t wait. After a 5 hour car ride all we wanted to do was shower and couldn’t. We got back from our show around 10 and noted they had come while we were away and took the knob off the shower, which was odd. We went to bed and called again the next morning at 9. We cancelled morning plans while we waited as we all needed a shower. The finally came at noon to tell us they couldn’t fix it and moved us to another room, which took another hour. We still had a great trip and they staff at the restaurant were fantastic as well as the Frankly Frank show. The inability to take a simple shower for almost a day was just ridiculous. We ended up missing out on things while we waited for them on two different occasions over two days. The facility overall was great but the response and willingness to help is in a timely manner on something significant ruined some of the experience.

Our main issue was really dirty floor since we first entered the room. We asked it to be cleaned many times, and it was never properly cleaned. The second issue is that the property is very large, and rooms in buildings at the back are seriously affected by the airplane noise from the airport. The walls are paper thin, so if you're not disturbed by planes, then other guests will do the job.

New Years Outing.
This hotel was OK. I was not impressed with the conditions within the hotel complex. Outside our door was very gloomy and sorta felt dark. the new look inside the hotel room was ok. I like the new flooring and glad the old carpet was taken out. The bathroom really needs and upgrade and not just painting the existing bath tiles. There also need more water pressure for the shower. The beds were ok with no bugs. Thank God. Hotel clerks at check in were super.

Even though this hotel is older, dated and needs upgrade, it was a pleasant short stay that was very affordable. Beds were great.The pool was nice.

Bed sagged in the center so we rolled to the center while trying to sleep. Bathroom needed maintenance and updating. Floor in the entry was dirty, and we had roaches on our last morning.

Stay away!!!
First initial impression walking in was decent but it all came crashing down as soon as I went into the bathroom the toilet seat was still attached barely by a thread and that was both downstairs and upstairs the shower door was missing a extremely important piece that prevents the heavy glass door from falling off its hinges and the tvs are freaking extremely old/outdated/small a.f. Wonder were the money is going when it comes to upgrading the hotel….. I’d stay away from hotel here until it is extremely remodeled!

This is the worst stay I ever had. When I asked by I was charge a deposit of 475.00 the manager avoided me all day. I have stayed at Hiltons most of my life and I can see 100.00 deposit if the room didn't smell like mildew. I ordered a sweet and was misled there was 3 beds.. there was only 2. I wish I never stayed there. Please don't waste your time

Planes fly overhead very frequently which makes it difficult to sleep if you're sensitive to noise. Additionally, the mini fridge had a constant loud humming noise.
Note: early check-in costs $25.

Separate bedroom, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, great service except the front desk was a little stingy with the coffee. I just wanted 2 more so we could each hatch 2 small cups of coffee in the morning but she made a snide remark that there was coffee in the room. There was one regular and one decaf for 2 people! All Motown show was great and right here in a cozy theater. Hotel is near the airport so planes are coming over constantly.

Was overall really nice for being off the strip. Only complaint was the hot water was hit or miss, was mainly was cold showers for the time we stayed. Would still stay again, they seem smart enough to be able to fix that kind of stuff.

Stop resort fees in the winter!
I dislike, "resort fees" especially when they include pool and pool towels (47 degrees), parking and internet.
So, outside of that **** 4 stars!!!

Lovely loft
I would def recommend this loft / hotel. It was clean, spacious, quiet and right off the strip. Most importantly the staff was wonderful from the front desk down to security and housekeeping. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially since I had locked myself out of my room and had personal drama going on.

We walked into our incredibly out dated room to a floor full of leaves and a smoked marijuana joint. The bathroom housed a very large, wry dead cockroach. When I called the front desk, they kindly waived my resort fees and sent someone out to clean up the “mess”. The lady on the phone giggled when I told her what we were experiencing… that night out heater wouldn’t work so we were freezing cold in our room and couldn’t get much sleep. Add the low flying airplanes coming in for landing overhead and it was pretty much an awful night. I went to the front desk early in the morning and asked for a room change which they happily granted. The guy said often those heaters don’t work because the rooms don’t get used much. Maybe check the heaters before someone stays in the room when it is 38 degrees outside? The photos of room 1 were nothing like photos online so when I asked for a room change I asked for an updated room. Room 2 was much nicer but still not what I would call “nice”. But no joints and no dead roaches so that’s a win. Overall, it was an awful experience and I would never stay there again.

Terrible keycards that hardly ever work
The name and photos might make you think this is a "resort" but really it's a very big motel, looks like it was converted from a complex of bachelor type apartments, and still obvious what it used to be. Biggest gripe is their room keys work very poorly. They either got demagnetized easily, or they just didn't seem to work at all. Yet somehow their maintenance people can make the keycard work. We checked in and upon arrival to room keycards didn't work. Went back to front desk to get them re-keyed. Still didn't work after multiple tries. Had to have maintenance crew come to room, then only one key worked. We were standing outside our room with all our luggage and bags for more than 15 minutes just trying to make the card work. Very frustrating. Please Alexis Park, just replace your key system because they are terrible.

Stayed here for convention. A little older/dated but clean & rooms are big. Front desk was very helpful & friendly. We stayed in the 1 bedroom w king bed & separate living area. Comfortable & confident. $12-$15 Lyft ride to the strip. I would recommend this if your looking off the strip

There was someone else’s blood on the sheets. There was Starbucks trash in the bathroom trashcan. Our key would not work, we had to go to the front desk six times and eventually use security to let us in our room.

My room was really far in the back of the property. The ac was on but it was too cold so I turned it off with the remote however, it never turned off. The bathroom tub was filled with some blue gel stuff by the faucet and drain. There was also hair left around the tub and dirt. It was never cleaned.

The property was clean and maintained well. The carpet, however, was a bunch of squares stuck together that were coming apart in several places. The heat was not very strong for a bigger 2 room unit and even though there was one heater in each room, it took quite awhile to heat up. Otherwise, the unit was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

The room itself was big, felt like a little apartment but the bathroom was really dated. The shower and bathtub were so dirty that we didn’t want to use them. The bed was so unbelievably hard and uncomfortable. I can usually sleep anywhere but it felt like we were sleeping on concrete. The ice machines are in the pool areas so after 9pm you can’t get ice or water. At least none that we could find.

Highly recommend for an off-the-Strip stay
I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Alexis Park All Suite Resort. It was close to the Formula 1 course (which was why I was there), and I had a very good stay. The staff was very nice and everything was in great condition.

The key cards took several attempts before they opened the door, very inconvenient.
AC/Heat was not easy to use old remotes, maintenence came to help stayed 11/10-12 it was a cold weekend and the room was as cold as a refrigerator, I checked in at 1am, they had from 4pm to have turned on the heat room temperature at minimum. Room was very clean but furniture/couches outdated very small TV, thank God the beds were comfortable and cleaning crew were very pleasant.

The facility uses indoor A/C units. The two units in my room didn't respond to commands from the remote control. The temp in the room was around 65 degrees and was too cold for my liking. The place reminds me of a motel 6.

This property was a huge disappointment. The reception person charged a deposit of $150 (weren't aware of this fee) plus a resort fee of $75. I booked a room (and preid for it!) with two beds (my husband was there with my daughter -- taking her to a concert in Vegas) and the person at the counter tried to give them a room with only one bed. The room was not inviting at all (I have pictures). The surfaces were dirty, fabric on the desk chair was torn up. Everything was cheap and out dated. The main pool which was the nicer one, was closed.

Overall, a nice stay. The pools that were open were a bit dirty, but cleaned the next day and the following days onwards (although, my husband and I seemed to be the only ones using them). They did not accommodate when we told them our flight was delayed 4x THEN canceled and we were unable to credit the night we couldn't stay (they stated we would be a "no show" therefor ineligible for creit for 1 night when we couldn't control being in an entirely different state, so we're attempting to contact our airlines which are equally as unforgiving for things outside our control, and their fault). Overall, nice service, took a while to get checked in for some reason. Lobby snack/pantry area closes EARLY daily, so keep that in mind.

Nice hotel for the price, it is 20 minutes by Uber from the Strip and 40 minutes walking.
It has several food options around the hotel and you can walk in 3 minutes. Excellent service and the people who work there are very friendly and help you with whatever you need 😊

It was very nice but a bit dated with scratches on the walls and peeling paint in our rooms. Overall quite clean however there were a couple VERY large bugs in our room that came running out from underneath the curtains.

The room keys did not work. Security and engineering broke into the room with a large screw driver and what looked like a large bent metal clothes hangar. The door then did not lock all the way from the inside. On our first day housekeeping came into our room twice unannounced and used the phone in our room.
Less than desirable but is Conveniently located to sketchy 7/11, Dunkin Donuts and airport flight path.

Great, very comfortable stay with lots available for the price!! Multiple pools, relaxing pretty garden between the buildings, clean rooms and very available staff!!
They did however perform "room checks" around 7 am both days we were there, knocking and waking us up. I never understood the purpose of these as we would open the door and they would say ok and leave.
Overall, would 100% book again for business or leisure!

Unfortunately Expedia neglected to put my booking in the hotels system. So my booking didn't exist, even though i booked and paid for my room a month and a half before check in. There was a couple dealing with the exact same problem with Expedia at the same time. I will say, the staff at Alexis Park, and the manager, Wil, who was helping us were very patient and accommodating. We spent 2 hours on the phone with Expedia customer service, who could barely speak English
Management at Alexis Park got on the phone with the customer service rep multiple times to help is resolve the issue. Im glad the staff at Alexis Park understood our issue, and didn't treat us like it was our fault. No one raised their voices, and we felt heard from the manager Wil, who was extremely patient and kind. He respected us, therefore we respected him.

Confused on how to rate this inn due to have had run into an issue with payment and cleanliness. We always check our hotels and inns wherever we stay. It does not matter where we go, even if it’s a five star hotel. The room overall was clean until we got into the restroom. The tub was really dirty and seemed like a cloth was passed through. We told the front staff about it and where really nice to send someone over. Besides that, this inn was a nice stay.

This hotel is a bit dated, but very clean and neat. Our room was huge, the property was very pretty, the parking was plentiful, easy and close (and free), and we could walk to the strip. I’d stay here again!
