The room was very spacious and convenient for parking and access to the locations we were in town to visit. We made separate accommodations from a larger group and had no trouble getting together with them while there. A great feature for us was the covered parking; it was always easy to access and we always found a space AND kept dry when rain came.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable; cozy setting. However, I was there on business and spent several our at the desk. The lighting is horrible; not an ideal work environment.

Unsafe … do you believe that they don’t security cameras around and inside the property … I was with family and my room was knocked by strangers 3 times and when I asked the front desk , he said in casual way that no cameras ..

Disappointing, poor value
The hotel is located in a commercial zone with parking limited to their parking deck. I didn’t realize until after the stay that they charge $6.23 per night, plus tax, for you to park your car. Felt it was kind of a petty add on charge, plus, it would have been nice if the desk clerk had mentioned it. As for the condition and cleanliness, the hotel is in generally good condition, but our bathroom was not very clean. There was a used bar of soap complete with hair stuck to it in the shower, and the toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all (we are talking urine and fecal matter stuck to the bowl). The toilet seat was a poor replacement and didn’t fit the toilet. The remote for the TV didn’t seem to be for that model TV and only had limited usable features. The volume stayed loud because it could not be adjusted, and changing channels was a process. Most functions didn’t work. The elevators were very slow and the free breakfast was limited with nowhere to sit (crowded). We’ve stayed at several Spring Hill Suites, and have had great stays, but this one was a big disappointment. For the price point, find another hotel. I wish we had.

Accommodations disappointing
Room/Suite was quite large and very clean. Bed was above average in comfort. TV could not be rotated adequately for viewing in sitting area and bedroom area. Coffee pot did not work in outlet provided in kitchen nook. Had to move it to another outlet on desk. Coffee made with tap water had bad taste because of bad tasting tap water. Had to use bottled water. Bath and shower were adequate. Breakfast presentation was awkward and frustrating. Furniture was the most unappealing and uncomfortable in my experience with other Marriott hotels. No impressed.

We requested housekeeping we needed the trash towels and toilet paper taken care of , I was told the staff was too busy and I could take care of it. I suffer from heart failure small tasks that may seem meaningless to others are harder for me. I did not appreciate that

Found almonds on the floor in room. There was a stain on the carpet, the elevator were slow. Long wait for elevator after breakfast. Only 3 kleenex in the box. There was not a chair for the desk, called front desk and they brought one up, room was ready on time check in and out were easy pool area eas clean breakfast was good

The staff was friendly when greeted. The gentleman at the front even got us extra pillows and blankets for our kids. The breakfast was good. Parking garage conviently located right there. The pool was nice a little on the small side, but clean. The room was clean and comfortable. Was nice having the extra little living room space for the kids. Would definelty recommend.

We loved our girls weekend!
My stay at SpringHill Suites was amazing! It was so relaxing and spacious! We loved the room and the space for sleeping, all three of us were able to have separate beds with the sofa sleeper. The pool was also so nice, clean and private!

My room felt like it was a sauna, I was told that was just the way it is. After five days, not once was my room cleaned, even after asking to have it cleaned. I was told 'someone had cancelled my room service!?
Not a pleasant experience.

Horrible experience at hotel, big difference from when we visited a year and a half ago. Toilet broken, safe broken, elevator in poor shape, pool hours limited, staff unattentive and and delays in our requests, worse service ever, will not come back again to this property.

Exceptional Stay!
Came for a quick family shopping weekend and this hotel was top notch. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Nice quiet and safe atmosphere close to shopping stores and restaurants. Parking was great!

The extra cost for parking is dumb for a hotel like this in the suburbs. There is no mass transit and you aren’t walking there from anywhere.
The elevators take 5 minutes after you call one. The elevators alone are reason enough not to use this hotel. They service the room once every 7 days, so if you aren’t staying there more than a week, your room will not get service. Get real.

My wife and I needed to stay at a hotel (relatively) near to our DC airport. This modest Marriott did the job nicely. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, the staff friendly, the parking close. Breakfast is simple but its availability at 6:30 am was appreciated as we had an early departure. Recommended.

Good for a business trip
Good place to stay a night or two for a business trip. I had a spacious room with desk and couch. I like the open-your-room-with-your-phone feature! Nice to have the option to buy a snack and drinks 24 hours a day, though stuff is not cheap (1/2 bottle Lohr Cab about $20). But still more reasonable than in a restaurant.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Breakfast was terrible , took one bite and threw it away. Be aware, they charge for parking. Staff was really friendly but under trained/experienced. I Would not stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean. The only complaint is breakfast. The scrambled eggs seem to be made from dehydrated powder that water was added to. It had the consistency of cornmeal.

Worth it!
We had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was very clean and the whole premises was beautiful. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Waffles, muffins and other pastries, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, coffee and all types of juices were well stocked. We would definitely stay again!

Desk clerk with an attitude
Check-in was not a very pleasant experience. The front desk clerk was not at all friendly. In fact, she was a little bit rude. She did not great us with a friendly greeting, barely spoke to us. Just gave commands and when she handed us the keys I asked what room and she said it’s on it. Room was nice and beds were comfortable. One outlet plate needs repair.

Best hotel for dogs
Clean large comfortable rooms. Bed was super comfy! Breakfast great with many choices to accommodate all. Dog friendly with plenty of outdoor area for them around the facility. Friendly staff.
