I stay here alot so the staff is great. I just wish they would put a tub stopper in the tub so i can take a bath. This visit, there was no hot water, just luke warm. And the tv remote batteries were dying and i coudlnt change the channel

This property is perfectly located, easy commute to all wonderful locations including DC, Tysons area, and Winchester. The property could use some sprucing. The door squeaked, the shelve in the shower was not screwed in completely. Also using the stairwell daily i niticed it was never cleaned. All in all I would stay there again but purely for the location.

Sheets were stained and I made the front desk aware and they could careless. The lady’s comment to me was “did you need anything else”. Disgusting, they should have gave me some credit for my nights I stayed. They gave me nothing and when I discovered this issue I had to go get new sheets and change them myself. Totally disappointed in the customer service.

Two recent visits with a different atmosphere.
I stayed twice in the last two weeks while visiting a sick family member. The first visit was amazing, and everything was quiet and comfortable. The second visit was a bit more rambunctious. There were kids and teens running around the hotel all evening and in the middle of the night making so much noise. Apparently, one night someone was cooking in their room and the fire alarms went off briefly. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable with plenty of space. Housekeeping was very attentive. The breakfast options are fine, and the coffee was great!

Room was very clean. But had a slight wet dog odor. Breakfast not as good as other SpringHill hotels we've stayed in. One elevator out of order. Staff didn't know what to do to keep guests safe while a possible tornado was heading our way. Fortunately, only wind and rain...no tornado.

All the entrance doors are open all the times.
The locks are not working, Anyone can go in or out at any point without key card.
It should be one standard everywhere for Marriote hotels but I felt this was not up to standard compare to other Marriote experiences.
The Ac and the fridge is so loud.

It was a roomy and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and areas in the hotel seem to be well maintained. Although their elevators need a little TLC. It’s also close to Top Golf, iFly, and shopping/food center called One Loudoun.

This property is ageing. There does not seem to be much effort made to keep it clean - dirty rugs in halls, and dingy rugs in rooms. Front desk is not always staffed. Pool is closed (as it was when we stayed there a month ago.) Overall, below what you would expect for the pricing.

Roll-In Shower
As an amputee I’m always looking for a play to stay that has a ‘roll-in’ shower.

Weekend Getaway

Very disappointed
I’ve never had issues like this at a hotel where that did absolutely nothing to accommodate.
The hotel had no hot water the entire weekend. We were unable to shower and when asked about a refund or some sort of compensation, they stated they can’t do anything because I booked through a third party.
So basically paid full price to stay somewhere for two nights and not be able to shower.

Best Place to Stay, business or personal travel
I absolutely love staying at the Springhill Suites. It's not just another small room to sleep in, it's a comfortable living space with a living room area and bedroom. The split bathroom layout is also a huge benefit when traveling with multiple members sharing the room. I definitely felt relaxed there.

Need some serious cleaning!!! DIRTY Furniture. Bath tubs do NOT drain! Tub fills up with water immediately after turning on shower head. Dirty rugs in hallways. Room had a terrible smell probably from the carpet in the room!! Room freezing cold in December. WILL NOT RECOMMEND

Hotel definitely older and could use upgrades. Tv went in and out, clearly short-staffed as had to wait 30 minutes in line to check in, gave people wrong room types all over, 2 people had to return saying they gave them a room someone was already in and gave double bed rooms instead of king as reserved/paid for.

Great Value at a Great Price
We stayed in this hotel on our way to Virginia, and liked it so much that we stayed on our return trip back home. Everything was very clean, and the morning breakfast had everything your could want. I'd definitely return.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The pool was TINY. It looks big at the photo but it is really small. The pool was quite a disappointment. The check out was very pleasing. The check in however was quite the opposite. The check in guys were totally indifferent to us. I requested an accessible room in advance but we got the regular one.

Overall everything was with the hotel was fine but the condition of the room wasn’t up to our expectations. The carpet wasn’t cleaned well and one bed pillow smelled so bad it couldn’t be used.

Initially, it was not good. It seemed to me that the man working the counter hated his job. I was not made to feel welcome, he didn't even acknowledge my presence much, other than asking for my credit card an ID, then asking how many room keys. That was it.

Mattress on pullout was hugely stained. Asked for replacement, did not get one. Asked the the pullout be pulled out and vacuumed behind since there were dead bugs on the stained mattress. Don't believe they did it. Main beds had stained sheets. One bar tiny bar of soap for three people. No warning on duck down pillows. OK after I tossed in the closet and slept on a towel and sweatshirt due to allergies. Overall state of room and hotel was shabby. Needs upgrades and replacement for stained items. Room needs to cleaned properly. Big gooey stain next to main bed and nightstand. Needs to be scrubbed. If no daily cleaning (which is fine) then leave enough towels so guests don't have to go begging at the front desk. Breakfast buffet food was ok and staff for buffet was very friendly.

This is a very nice hotel located in a quiet yet convenient location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed a new iron in my room and the staff brought a new iron to me instead of asking me to come to the front desk, which was very much appreciated. The rooms also feature a lot of great amenities.

Clean, comfortable and delicious!
I loved this place. I felt very welcomed at check in. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I love the layout and amenities of SpringHill Suites rooms in general. What really made my stay great though were the seemingly homemade and very fresh jalapeño muffins at the complimentary breakfast. I wish I had those in my life daily!

Upon checking in we discovered we did not receive the room we had booked. We booked a king suite and received a double. When we asked the front desk with proof of the room we booked they informed us there’s nothing they can do because we booked through hotels.com and not them. They then said they were sold out of king rooms. When I looked online they were indeed not sold out of king rooms and I could’ve booked one right then for that night on their website. When we contacted hotels.com we were told there was not really anything they can do because we were already checked in. I was given the option of checking out and working with the hotel directly for a refund but it was not guaranteed. My second option was for a $6 coupon from hotels.com and a free snack from the hotel. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told I would be called back within an hour. I have still yet to be contacted by the manager from hotels.com. Not only did we not receive the correct room that we booked, the hotel
Was not clean. There was pieces of garbage in the hallway of the hotel the remained on the floor our entire stay, even with housekeeping in the same hallway waiting for rooms to be cleaned. There were only two wash cloths in the room, one in the shower area and one in the toilet room. The one in the toilet area was so stained and discolored it was disgusting. The heater would only blow cold air no matter what setting it was on.

Good location and hotel seems brand new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very modest, room was standard size with a regular queen size bed. No luxuries but price was good. Great for families.

You keep showing this beautiful pool and it was closed! We were depending on that pool! Also a little disappointed in the breakfast choices. Other than that, rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was very nice.

The check-in was smooth and the hotel was very clean. Very relaxing pool available as well. The only thing was the WiFi went out early evening and we had to sit in silence. Hard to sleep with a loud snorer in one of the neighboring rooms. Usually this place is excellent.

I had stayed here previously and found it nice. This trip was not acceptable. Room was not clean , no Coffee available , TVs were not working all three days as we were told a couple of hours each time we asked, The check in staff were less than friendly . Not happy with this stay .

My stay was very pleasant, however I will not use nor do I recommend using hotels.com. They advertise double rewards but make it so difficult to claim the extra reward that I just gave up. Book through another agency is my strong recommendation.

This was a disappointing stay. I know I overpaid because I was there for a wedding and family was staying for a cheaper rate. I found a broken used hairbrush and there was dirt smattered all over the shower. The door didn't close properly, the desk lamp had no bulb, the sink didn't drain. When I talked to the front desk about it she said she told management and they were sorry but because I booked through expedia there was nothing they could do. Third party booking sites have been around long enough that they could come up with a work around if they really wanted to. Management just wanted to take the easy way out. Big let down.

The room was nice. The staff was not warm and friendly.
I found the complimentary breakfast unsatisfying. There wasn't a way to cut a bagel so it could be toasted. When I mentioned it to a staff person, she said there were wrapped plastic knives to do the job. I tried to use them without success. I mentioned it didn't work. She said she was sorry. I said - I thought you were part of the hospitality industry and would think, if the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, guests would be given the necessary tools so they could actually use the service. Generally speaking, I find these complimentary breakfasts unsatisfying. The fruit offered is without exception hard as a rock. Many times the offerings are high calorie sugar filled gummy muffins, sugar cereal and few alternatives. Almost always containers are used that are not eco friendly. I would suggest that hotels that offer these services like Springhill Suites by Marriott, they offer eco friendly containers and utensils and offer food that is not filled with sugar and eliminate the plastic utensils. We are after all living in the 21st century and climate change is real. I would hope to the extent that organizations that offer these properties would be able to influence the properties that use your service.

The service was great. A message was left on my phone that there was a fire outside my room and that my room may smell s bit smoky. When I went into my room, there were holes in the wall with sheet rock and insulation all over the place, to include on my bed and clothing. I was moved to another room but all of my belongings smelled like smoke. The next day I had to wear clothing that smelled like smoke. I understand the fire was not the fault of the hotel. I did not ask for any type of compensation, such as a cleaning service for my clothing, but none was offered either. Knowing this was not a typical situation, I do not hold it against the hotel, just thinking that an offer to help clean up my stuff would have been reasonable.

Poor breakfast
The room was nice and ck In was easy. But dissatisfied with breakfast. Only one slice of ham. No bananas or oranges. Very few donuts and that was at 7:10. It is hard to believe most everything gone in 10 minutes. I believe management just put almost nothing out

I like the rooms, but the breakfast was lacking. The only thing hot on the menu was the coffee and tea. We ran to the starbucks, which was close by. We needed a plunger and when I tried repeatedly to call the front desk I got a busy signal. I had to physically go to the front desk to ask for a plunger. Other than that our stay was fine.
