Stay was ok
We waited at the front desk for check in for about 10 minutes before someone showed up.
Honestly the rugs in the halls and elevators were not very clean
The room was nice enough.
The bowls were ridiculously small and dishes were left in the dishwasher. And kitchen floor was sticky.

The hotel is in excellent condition. I only issue I have is they only clean your room every other day. So, you will have dirty towels in a pile on the floor.

Great value for extended stay clean roomy
Older property in decent shape, may need a refresh in a few years. Clean, good sized rooms and public spaces, convenient garage parking, excellent service and attitudes among the staff.

I enjoyed the double room suite! It was clean and quiet. The staff was nice, and the check in and out process was easy. I enjoyed the location because it was close to where we needed to be, and close to shopping! Thank you!

Clean and spacious.
Great place, can't really think of anything negative to say about it. Also, the hotel is next to shopping plaza with many places to eat next to it. We did not mind driving 15-30 mins to downtown Washington so it worked well for us.

Just Don’t Bring Your Dogs
When traveling we seek out Residence Inns when we have our two dogs. This would have been an awesome stay had it not been for the lack of outside dog area. The area that was available was all small stones with the available bags for clean up. This area was full of dog waste and you could not even walk into it. No grass. I would recommend this hotel but not if you are bringing your dog. The hotel was clean, amenities were good and staff was friendly.

Room was spacious, location very convenient.
Wish the desk staff had said that parking incurred a fee when he asked if I needed to park a car.
WiFi didn't work when got up in the morning. Front desk called IT support quickly and IT support called me, but could not fix the problem. WiFi came back on later.

Great place to stay...
Really enjoyed my stay at this location. Had a small issue upon arrival of my tv not working. Someone cane up immediately to reset it and that problem was resolved. Hotel is kept up very well. Dont understand why we as customers have to pay to park on their grounds though. The per night rate should cover that. Otherwise would definitely stay again.

Ability to watch on demand (Showtime included with the room, YouTube and other available apps) impeded by poor internet connectivity (in more than one room and floor, as we had a family member also staying at this hotel and we witnessed same issue as in our room). Issues included slow to load or failure to load apps on the TV, freezing of video and loss of connectivity, requiring power cycling the TV a few times to get app to open again.
Staff were amazing. Beds very comfortable. Rooms very clean. We would stay here again, but will use our own data and device to stream movies and shows since their offering is subpar.

Just one night
The stay was fine, very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful king bed. Used the coffee maker and fridge, all good. The tv remote in 305 was poor. Low batteries or the buttons have been depressed too many times. Difficult to operate. Like the property. Would stay again.

The room was not updated as shown on the website. Had some leftover garbage that was in the room and the floors and table were sticky. Light burnt out above the table.
Bar was closed on Saturday night. Bold Starbucks coffee is way too strong with way too much caffeine (I had some medical issues from it but was able to manage those on my own. Someone not medical would have had an ER visit after drinking it) Need to add female hygiene items to your store.
Overall, not a bad hotel. Would consider staying again.

Very nice but place. Only downsides are the hotel bar closes to early for people who travel. And wall are kinda thin I could here a lot of outside noise from interstate. Breakfast in the morning was very nice but was a very short window of service needs to be lengthened

Property was OK but the shower dripped nonstop and the room was RIGHT above one of the busiest and loudest roads ever. My rest was broken each night and, unfortunately, front desk was unable to accommodate me with a different room due to the hotel being booked up.

Nice room. Friendly checkin. Be forewarned that they charge $10 for parking which seems exorbitant and unnecessary as the hotel is not located in a busy urban center. Additionally the HVAC system was very noisy and made the room feel like we were in a wind tunnel.

Had an early checkin of 11, got there at 12 and was told to come back at 2:00. So we left and came back at 2:30 and they told us the room still was not ready!! We decided to wait in the lobby the front desk finally called us over to checkin. During the check in process the colleague said 0 words to me, and gossiped with her colleague about now having to have a supervisor and she isn’t used to that (which was very clear). She handed us our room key with 0 direction as to wear the elevators were or our room! Worst interaction I’ve ever had at a Marriott. The room was very nice, but impossible to sleep at night being night next to the road. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The sheets were dirty on our bed when we arrived. We informed the front desk and were told they would be changed by the time we returned from going out for a few hours. The sheets still were not changed after 4 hours of being out. We had to find housekeeping ourselves and asked them personally to change our sheets. The room is also out dated and the hotel is surrounded by abandoned buildings. This hotel was very disappointing!

WiFi security doesn't exist here - no password, leaving any account accesses where my private password is required open to hacking.
Otherwise, very comfortable with minimal noise, a good night's sleep and a hor shower in the morning. Could recommend, would stay again.

Room, not very clean, cable not connected, off for hours, internet down, internet slow, extremely load traffic noise in room. Pic of room showed an oven in room, but just a stove top. We brought a prime rib to cook, needless to say. Christmas dinner a total disappointment and this stay. Never again

Disappointed that the pool was closed. That was a major reason for my choice. Breakfast items were hot breakfast sandwiches (just okay) and packaged sugar waffles. Baked goods and breakfast items very pedestrian.

Overall checkin experience was great - but parking was a $10 a night which wasn’t disclosed when booking. When I got into my room - I found a baby roach within minutes of getting settled. I went back to the front desk and they quickly found me another room. It was acceptable, although the inside shelves of the fridge were held together by tape which was a little unsettling. It was quiet and had everything else that I needed. They include breakfast, but when going downstairs they didn’t have any milk or juice as the machine was not operational the entire visit I was there. Overall it was an ok experience, but I am not sure it was worth the money.

Won't stay here again, sadly...
Your website does not contain the fact that parking is not free, but costs $10 per night. We were surprised, since we have stayed before and it was free. That being said: There is no excuse for paying this kind of money when one is receiving NO housekeeping service (make your own bed! You're only paying $170 a night!) and the internet is totally unusable.

The suite itself was small, yet clean. I was very unhappy overall! After checking in I was told the pool was closed. Traveling with little ones the hotel pool is an added incentive when away from home. The pool being closed should be displayed on the actual website.

A very pleasant experience.
Wonderful hotel. We were greeted warmly and respectfully by the concierge. When we asked for dinner recommendations within walking distance, we were walked out of the hotel and directed to assure we would not get lost. We appreciated the thoughtfulness.

My new favorite place to get away
This place is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Anything you need is within walking distance from restaurants to grocery stores. From check in to check out, everything was so nice I even opted to stay an extra night. I will definitely be back 😊

Pet cleaning
The room was wonderful. Stayed with my dogs. Dogs are well trained and are no shed breed.
Would like to know how Marriot justifies a $150 cleaning. No Oder left behind. No hair. There is no justification for such an outrageous charge.
