I feel this hotel was overpriced for what you get. We were stuck and needed a room as it was getting late. They wouldn’t show us a room without booking it. It was quiet but very outdated. There are no microwaves and bathroom sink is outside shower/toilet area. We didn’t like that at all. There is no where In bathroom to put your shower items down. @expedia.com I’m disappointed.

The hot breakfasts are over the top ! Hot and menu changed daily. Lovely pool area but we had hoped it would be heated. The ladies at the desk were fabulous! This hotel was one of the best we have encountered!

Bring an extension cord
I thought it was a new building until I got to our room. It was fine, but nothing special. Worn and weird in terms of floorplan and functionality. It had almost no outlets! Why?

Terrible hotel, embarrassment to brand
This hotel is disgusting. Roaches in the bathroom. Bathroom exhaust caked with crud. The only light in the bathroom flickers. Stained carpet in the room. Every piece of furniture dinged up. Peeling wallpaper and frayed carpets in the common areas. Usually Hyatt Place hotels are pretty nice. This one is awful. Was very happy to leave after a three-night stay.

Enjoyable Hotel
A great hotel to stay it in the Fort Myers area. My king room was very comfortable with a full living room set up. The staff was friendly and professional with breakfast included. If I'm in the area in the future I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel
We stayed for 1 week waiting to close on our house. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. The shampoo/conditioner and body wash they provide smell horrid. No biggie though- we had our own stuff. Breakfast was fabulous! All staff that we interacted with were friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend and we'd stay again without hesitation.

This hotel was very nice and located close to the medical facility we were visiting. A primary feature for us was the sectional sofa in the room since a neck injury has prevented me from lying down so we were able to modify w/multiple pillows in the corner so that I could sleep comfortably semi-reclined while seeking treatment for my injury. The price was good and the breakfast was much nicer than most free breakfasts at comparable hotels. We would have liked for the bed to be made each day even if sheets aren’t changed.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay. Our room was available before the 3pm check in time. We were very thankful to check in a little early because we had driven all night. We checked out early at 1am to get back on the road. Only negative was there was no hand soap in the room.

This was a horrible experience. I have never booked a Hyatt and it be this dirty. We had to be moved twice because the tubs had hair in them, the pillow cases were brown and the wash clothes and towels were old rags with strings hanging. We could not believe it. We were there for a funeral and didn't not feel like going through canceling and trying to find somewhere else to stay. The need to invest in new wash clothes and towels as well as a new housekeeping staff. One day we had the do not disturb on the door and housekeeping came in anyway. The next day we didn't have it on the door and when we returned, it was not cleaned (go figure). On the last day, at 9am we get a knock on the door then they attempted to open it before we could answer. I love Hyatt hotels but I will not be returning to this one ever!!!!

Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Mia was exceptional! 🙂. Breakfast included almost everything- waffles, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, donuts, sausage, yogurt, etc.. Coffee and tea were also available- but only at breakfast. No microwave in the room but one available in lobby. Cleaning staff put trash bags on trash cans but not in… not sure why. Exterior parking lots lights were not on the last two nights… a little concerning for safety and security. Overall hotel was quiet and conveniently located. Would stay again.

Staff members were highly competent and friendly. The room was extremely noisy. The bathroom ceiling has a very large ceiling exhaust vent that had no shut-off. Even with the bathroom door closed the room remained noisy.

The shower had a poor water flow. Took much longer to wash my hair. One of the bed mattresses was old, soft, & uncomfortable.

It was ok, it had good and bad! Good room setup, tv swivels from living room to bedroom area in the suite. It had really good breakfast, and because we used Hotels.com to get our room, we received 2 free waters daily. Bad things, No Microwave in the room, they sold snacks down stairs, the cupcakes were the same ones all week. They didn’t come in and clean the room properly, they only fixed the bed. It was just okay, not a Wow!!!

The physical property and location were fine.
We were charged 75 dollars for pet fee for a property advertising as "pet friendly" without prior notice. Usual fees are 25 dollars for pets.
We were told the breakfast is over at 9 oclock although it was Labor day and on weekends the breakfast is until 10 AM. The manager does not consider Kabor Day a long weekend. Lots of folks complaining.

I paid extra for a double bed due to being with a MALE coworkers. I brought it up at check in. It was confirmed by the clerk. I got a king, went back down to be told the hotel was out of doubles. I am extremely upset. This goes against my morals to share a bed with a man while unmarried. Not happy. Want money back or another room credit. I will not be staying at this hotel again

Hyatt place is the best
Mia, erin, Dianne and all the rest of the front desk staff, are absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond to make sure that you have a wonderful stay. The hotel house keepers are absolutely wonderful and so helpful, they, will literally stop what there doing to help you out.

There needs to be more drawers in the room to store clothes and personal items. Closet was super small. Didnt like that every morning we had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned. It used to be standard practice to clean every occupied room every day of their stay.
