I booked 2 rooms - one for me and another for my friends. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. I got to use the gym which was cleaned and every tonight was in its place. The property is a few minute drive away from the mall and cinema if that’s something you’ll want to do. However, my friends and I hated the faucet in the bathroom. The pipe was too close to the sink so it made handwashing difficult. The toilet flush was a bit weak and so was the television signal. My friends also had a leak under the sink in their room. Various breakfasts option was provided and I love the location for what we were doing. However, not sure I would stay here again.

The only bad thing I have to say about our stay is the sink in the bathroom… whoever thought to put the faucet to the side; Terrible idea! Couldn’t wash my face like I normally do and even washing my hands was not like normal. Other than that, we loved our stay. Beds were comfortable, too was spacious, staff was Amazing and Courteous!

Check in was easy. Breakfast was nicely appointed. Dining area was spacious. Room/bathroom was clean. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.
(Only complaint - Room 308 A/C was noisy, like something needed to be tightened - rattling.)

Stayed for a full week and felt the hotel was great. The breakfast each morning had a good variety. Parking was plentiful. Only suggestion is to change the configuration of the bathroom sink. Literally no space to properly wash your hands under the faucet. Our hands were always up against the back of the sink.

Apopka gem
Had to stay because carpets were being cleaned. Never new we had such a lovely hotel in our town. Hampton Inn never disappoints. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good. Room was lovely. Only complaint was the pillows. Didn't seem to be the usual Hampton pillows. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms are drab and uncomfortable. Only color in room was the entry door. Not well furnished. Lobby is frozen in the 1990’s. Staff tried to be helpful. We reserved and paid for a suite and then asked to be downgraded as first room resembled a medical waiting room. Pool was green and dirty. Rooms were clean. Can not recommend.

The hotel has an excellent location, it is clean and very well maintained, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is spacious and good and is included in the price, the room is beautiful and comfortable, it just doesn't have
clothes ironing utensils and they put a hold on my debit card for 150, due to hotel policies, which I hope they will return to me because they don't give you any signed proof of it, but in summary I thought it was excellent.

I am very thankful for Ali. My daughter and I were traveling from different places to meet here. I was not going to get there until much later and I called to ask if she could check in and get our room so she could rest. Ali took care of us and I was very thankful. The room was clean and comfortable. This will be our go to place from now on when up there for horse shows at Clarcona Horseman’s Park. Thank you!

The check in was very easy and the staff was extremely friendly. There was a rather lengthy line of individuals checking in, with the couple in front of us giving her a hard time. She remained professional with attempts to satisfy them while also working quickly to get the line taken care of. She offered us free bottles water. The room was clean and comfortable. The only "complaint" i have is nearly a non-issue: the coffee pot is on a rather high shelf and cannot be moved. Being a short person, it was difficult for me to brew my morning cup. Otherwise, very happy with our stay

Great experience, clean, great breakfast, lots of coffee options, very accommodating, welcoming of our dogs, great customers service, no complaints about the room. Only complaint would be that the card readers to the outside doors sometimes didn’t work when we went to bring our dogs outside and we had had to walk around to the next door to get in, or had to try multiples times to get the key to unlock the room door…noticed an attendant trying to get into the laundry room and she was also having issues getting in to that room. Seems like the system needs to be updated.

Rooms were good sized and clean. Bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was good. I had barking dogs across the hall from me and the staff fixed the situation right away. Will stay here again next time we are in the area.

I loved that everytng was super clean.
The staff was excellent from the front desk to the kitchen staff every one was eagered to help and make our stay a memorable one. Hampton Inn has always been our favorite but this particular one in Apopka was outstanding. Also very centralized to all the springs we wanted to visit.

Very appropriate for families. Very clean rooms and common areas. Breakfast extremely convenient and good. The highlight of my trip were the two receptionists on the evening shift. I truly need to recognize Mr. Farshid and Mr. Ali. They went above and beyond to assist with providing good dining in the surrounding area and were so professional and pleasant. They truly represent the hotel in such an excellent way!! All staff were so friendly but these two gentlemen stood out. This hotel is close to many stores to include a Publix that’s walking distance. I would Definitely stay again when in the area.

Great hotel for visiting springs and the amphitheater. My only pain point was needing a late checkout and no one would answer the front desk calls. Right at 11, we had someone from housekeeping literally banging on our door telling us that checkout was at 11 ( we knew that ). It scared us really bad and made us feel very unwelcome. I finally was able to call the front desk by dialing out and calling directly.

We checked in and immediately checked out. This is not a four star property. I was a travel agent for twenty years. This is a 2 star hotel. The room was clean but smelled really bad. It was tired and need to be refurbished. The pool was so cloudy it was disgusting. There was no way I was staying there. Wasted my money on paying in advance. Never again. If your looking for a nice place to stay this is not it.

The Hampton Inn &Suites Palm Coast is a typical Hampton. It was clean and comfortable. My only gripe was that the room thermostat was kept at 77 degrees when we arrived and took a while to cool down. The bed was also not very comfortable (which is unusual for Hampton).

Let me start this by saying it was a horrible experience dealing with both hotels.com and this hotel. My mother passed away the day before I was supposed to check in. I of course could not make the booking. I called hotels.com who informed me that it would be up to the hotel to refund me. I spoke to the hotel who said it would be up to hotels.com since I booked through them. After much back and forth I was told I would NOT be refunded. I even asked if I could move my booking to another date which was also denied. It is sad that neither company has any sympathy for the loss of a loved one. Will never ever use hotels.com again. Or stay at this hotel.

Well my sister and kids bathroom did not flush. Flushing system was broken this is something I feel should be taken care of before you place someone in the room. They did nonetheless accomodate her right away but away from my husband and I, we booked on same floor to be hands on with kids. The only availability was now on 4th flr when we were on the 2nd. My husband and I room had blood splatter on first sofa bed couch as you walk in right bottom. But overall the concierge girl was very nice and helpful. Our suite was nice and roomy for us and our dogs. Breakfast was good. Kitchen and dinning area were nice and clean.

Specific to Room 403. The mattress needs to be replaced. It is terribly lopsided. The bathroom tub grout and caulking need to be refreshed. The carpet is torn and not covered under the threshold properly. The arms of the chair were very dirty. Otherwise, I enjoy Hsmoton Inns as a whole. Breakfast is good. The stationary bathroom supplies were very nice-soap, gel, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.

Our room didn't have adequate water pressure. The toilet would not properly flush. When we told the front desk they gave us a plunger to no avail. The toilet wasn't clogged the toilet simply had no pressure to flush. My family and I had to use the bathroom in the lobby that morning. The shower also had no water pressure and it backed up with sanding water. The towels we were given had holes in them. I have also been charged twice with two different charges. I've tried calling to speak to management and no one will return my calls.

Lovely hotel!
Our home air condition broke and a repairman could not come til the next day. Our house was 90 degrees. So this stay was a last minute stay. 1 mile down the street. Check in clerk upgraded our room without charge. It was a beautiful quite very spacious and clean and comfortable room The breakfast was very yummy. Great food selection. Breakfast room was beautiful. Thank you for accommodating us at a somewhat stressful time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any type of traveler or perspective guest.

Overnight stay. Hotel is up to Hampton Inn standards. Room was as advertised. First problem was the ac was not working but was fixed before bedtime. Second problem was I had to join Hilton Rewards to get free wifi, a major fail. I know of no other hotel chain that does this, and without being a member the cost was $5 per day for wifi. I used a bogus email and phone number.
Breakfast was great as it should be with fresh fruit, omelets, and sausage with the other usual options.

The main floor was pleasing and nice the rooms were a little outdated and description was incorrect Said should have had 2 Queen beds and got Double beds instead. Extra blankets and pull out sofa was really dingy. Shower leaked/dripped constantly.

This hotel was clean and the staff was great. Breakfast was always fresh and the food is quite good. My only complaint would be that the room was not very comfortable. My room had one outdated office type chair which I just couldn't get comfortable in. The bed was fine but there just weren't many ways to relax in the room other than just laying down.

Great staff, clean spacous room.While I didn't spend any time in the pool I did see it was maintained and working as I saw others using it. The location seems okay but when you see graffiti on the sign next to the hotel it makes you wonder. The staff also had use put a parking pass in the window which made me wonder a bit about what problems the area might have to warrent needing that.
Overall I was satisified with the stay and can't say enough good things about the staff.
