Front desk staff always friendly. Good breakfast options. Unfortunately the pool isn't heated so no one used the pool. The washing machine needed the change emptied to use but it took a few hours for them to do and they didn't notify us like they said they would.

Not a great hotel
Pros: staff was incredibly friendly and did their best to be helpful.
Cons: fire alarm kept going off for no reason throughout our stay. They had ZERO gluten free and/or vegan options for breakfast. Every time I used the elevator i was afraid it would break and we’d be stuck. Beds were very small and sheets/covers pitiful. Overall it was not great. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because the staff was so nice.

Liked that it was close to Fl turnpike. Food close. Good not great breakfast no bacon just eggs sausage etc much better than just continental. Toilet seat loose. Small ants on floor in bathroom. Friendly staff

Comfort and Cleanliness
I recently stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Homestead Miami, where cleanliness and comfort stood out. The room was well-maintained, and the bathroom spotless. Don’t think twice.. just book it.
Verrrry very clean! Good breakfast and amazing staff. We went to bury my father at Graceland. The staff put on a very quiet floor (2). Will return again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Had trouble with verifying stay using the Hilton app ; front desk guy had to fix it his end before we could use the digital key . Room large and so clean . Breakfast disappointing so didn’t use .Carpets looked dirty in hallways .

Liked that room had no carpet. Disappointed with mattress, very hard and cheap pillows. A/C not working properly. Temperature was not able to regulate.

This property is lovely. Newly renovated. Amazing pool. My biggest issue was that I asked the front desk if they have different pillows than I had in the room. His first answer, "NO." So I said, just one that is not as chunky... mine felt old, like it had big individual marshmallows in it. Awful. They again he said, "NO." I asked, "can you check an empty room." He said, "we're sold out." Sooo I went online, they were absolutely NOT sold out. Irritating. This was on Sept 8.

The hote was great. However I believe our lock was broken but we were so tired we just went to bed and used the latch lock. The shampoo and conditioner by zero was the bomb. I would love to have some of it to use.

Hampton Inn Homestead
Second time staying here, overall it is a nice stay nothing too special. Some of the keycard readers for the doors inside the building are broken and this has not been fixed for a few months. Room was spacious, nobody cleaned the room though which i thought was a little weird and we stayed for several days. There are a family of ducks in the surrounding area so be mindful to watch for mama and her babies!!

Tub clogged with hair.
The tub was clogged hair in the drain. It would puddle up with water. Nasty!!! You need more options on creamer only had half and half with sugar packs. Breakfast was huh only plain cereal, eggs were dry. Other hotels have a bigger variety of food and I have stayed at many Hampton Inn and one of the worst ones. Don’t think I will be back.

Two night stay
As much as we want/wish to have a perfect stay at any hotel, resort or property, there are always disappointments. We had our Saturday and Sunday schedule planned out away from HI&S hence we did not bring it up...so lets get on with it....the door to the room had to be pressed hard to close and important of all the room did not have an ice bucket and even better the front desk did not have an ice bucket to give us.

The property overall was as expected, pretty and clean.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room however was less than desirable. Toilet would not flush (had to remove the lid to flush) the mattress was worn out and you sank into the middle of it and there wasn’t even a mini fridge in the room.

Great stay with hard laminate, clean flooring and nice layout. Beds a little hard but comfy enough. Alicia at Front Desk helped get a document printed and replied quickly. Coffee and tea always hot in lobby.

If the bed matters
If you are seeking a good bed with decent pillows, do not stay here. First night the bed was awful, as if a 1,000 lb. person slept there and the pillows were like 2 feathers in a bag. Since we were there another night, i ask to be moved. Next room the bed was ok, but not good and the pillows were slightly better. Other than cell reception being poor, the rest of the hotel seemed typical for this chain. Staff all very nice and helpful.

Good central location for visiting national parks. What we didn't like was that the hotel staff could not provide us a controller to close the curtains, so we had lights shining into our room all night. We had to ask for an ice bucket as well. Otherwise, safe, clean, good hotel.

Breakfast is free - but very very low quality - even the youhurt is not real, but produced based on chemicals and etc. If you eat this type of “food” every day, you will get fat and might get other diseases as well. Friendly staff, clean and a nice pool.

My default Homestead hotel
A bit more expensive than I'd like, as I am a budget traveller. However, after an abominable stay at the Homestead Baymont, this is now my default for my frequent visits to Homestead.
The staff are friendly, the place seems safe, parking is a bit tight but capable, and shower was wonderful. Breakfast could use some work but all in all it's a great place.

Very nice hotel but the pool closed at 7 pm. I picked this hotel because the pool reviews were very good but the hours turned out to be a great problem for us and other guests who would like to swim in the evening. The hotel next doors pool was open til 10pm wish I would have stayed there.

I just checked in after a long day flying into Miami and was given a really crappy room. No fridge, no microwave; no light or internet connection on the desk and only two lights in the small room.
I paid nearly $200. For this substandard room and would complain and get it changed if I weren’t do tired. I’m 82 and have been up since 6am…

Very clean room. Big comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, juices and coffee. Free onsite parking. Close to restaurants (walking distance). And a Starbucks in the same parking lot.
