Great hotel! Was staying here out of town for a wedding. There was a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue. Front desk Syed was nice and helpful! Enjoyed our stay!

The room was smelly and filthy. The door didn’t lock properly. But most of all, someone deliberately keyed my car in the parking lot and the manager said there was no camera recording…! The only camera they had was for the main entrance. So whatever happens in the parking lots, no one will notice And it’s your own risks.

At check-in front was unable to locate my reservation. Called Hotels.com to have it emailed to him. Finally, after about 20 min my reservation was confirmed. However, my cc was charged 2 additional times for reservations that were not mine. Called Hotels.com and was told they didn't make the charges. Called my cc CS dept to ensure my card hadn't been compromised. My cc CS confirmed the charges but said they had been reverse. Finally, I was very surprised that the breakfast had no bacon, sausage, nor fruits. They only had powered eggs, biscuits, and cream. There was no orange juices. Much less serving than what Homewood has provided in the past.

Business travel staple stay.
Homewood Suites by Hilton is my go-to hotel. Only once over the years did I have an issue and it was corrected immediately. I usually travel with multiple employees, all get our own room, and everyone always loves the place. Good breakfast too!

The property is ok….it was clean but it was the little things. The phone wasn’t plugged in so I had to search for that plug. No cups in the bathroom. I only stayed 2 nights so I didn’t have the room cleaned - that was my choice.

We stayed here while visiting the city. The hotel is very well taken care of, the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, and, with a family of seven, the room was a great size and out of the way from bothering others. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful, and the housekeeping did a great job!
I would recommend to anyone, but especially families.
The only downside was it being so far from DC, but that’s not their fault.

Our toilet flooded and would not flush on our first night or next morning before we had to attend a graduation. Staff would not credit us a night. Would not give us a free night. Terrible customer service. Do not stay here.

Great stay!
Very clean hotel and very friendly employees. My husband is disabled and we were placed on an emergency in case there was an emergency. We stayed with our service dog (she’s a big girl) and we’re treated very well. They have an animal relief area complete with a picnic table and waste station. Breakfast was good with many options.
My only issue was the back door leading into the hotel was very fickle. You use your room key to gain entry. This door liked our room keys sometimes but usually did not. When you are disabled in a wheelchair, this is not very easy to deal with as going around the entire hotel to the front doors is the only other option. And the front doors lock at specific time.
I did report this to the front desk who said he would have maintenance look at it, but since people slam the door often, it probably won’t get fixed, or stay fixed. (Not exact words).
Overall, very clean, friendly and a great stay!

General manager is atrocious. She had a tantrum in from of me and her own staff . Night before she yelled at the staff making them cry over the phone. They have a new system and the GM wasnt willing to admit there are issues including not registering charges made by debit/credit on their pay systems. Rooms are clean. Bedding is ok. Hard mattresses and you can hear people in room above.

Perfect Stay!
My family had a fantastic stay at Homewood Suites. My only regret is that we only stayed for one night. The hotel was conveniently located only 10 minutes from the event we were attending, and only 5 minutes from tons of restaurants. The staff were friensly amd welcoming. They also had a thorough knowledge of the area. The complimentary breakfast was actually full, quality meal. 10/10 will stay here again.

This hotel was ok. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms feel outdated. Mine had an odd smell in it. The sheets were extremely thin and not very comfortable. I like staying in Hilton's but I would not choose to stay at this particular location again.

Perfect! (except dumbbells only went to 15 lbs.)
Very nice hotel! My wife and I were very satisfied. I have one constructive criticism: It is great that the workout room has dumb bells. However, they only went up to 15 lbs. Therefore, they were worthless to me. And, I am not exactly Arnold Schwarzenegger -- just a 68-year old guy who likes to stay in decent shape.

Overall, very good stay.
Room: they only had 2 queen bed accessible suite left so I had to book that one. The room was quite clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious but the toilet flush had some issues so had to be careful with it.
Wi-Fi: they have installed router in the room which makes the signal pretty strong so no issues with it and I even worked for a few days.
Breakfast: it was meh and very basic, waffles was the only thing reasonable there and they seem to struggle with refilling some items quick enough.
Area: The area around is good with lots of stores within 5 minutes drive. Leesburg town is within 10 minutes drive.
Gym: there is gym but it’s small and very basic so didn’t get to use it much
Pool: didn’t get a chance to use it but it seemed clean and decent
A bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area but it seems this is the best option around here.

We travel with a toddler and always use the sofa bed for her. I gave to say it was the most comfortable one I ever had in a hotel.
The room was spacious, clean and was great for our one night stay. I would stay there again.

Hotel rooms looked aged, tile cracked, chair at desk had leather falling off of it. Carpet was worn in areas. Hot water was very poor. I did mention that to the front desk and she wrote down the room number but not sure anything was done. For the cost I was expecting more.

Overall this property was quite nice but I didn't feel completely safe~ Love that it is dog-friendly and conveniently located in Leesburg, VA. The beds are extremely comfortable but housekeeping service was very limited while we were here. Their evening reception with snacks, beer and wine was a nice surprise but they only offer it Mon-Thursday. That said, when walking my dog near by, the surrounding neighborhood did not feel completely safe. I also left my bag of groceries/dinner outside of my door one afternoon on the fourth floor while I went to get a new key (electronic keys had to be replaced multiple times during our two week stay) and returned to find all of my items gone. Couldn't believe it since our full trash cans could sit outside of our door for multiple days before being emptied. Not sure if another guest took them or if housekeeping did but this was very disappointing as you could tell everything in the bags was brand new and never opened. Due to the neighborhood location and my food getting taken from my door (in less than ten minutes), I most likely would not stay here again.

We stayed at Homewood Suites last weekend for a 3-night show at BChord. Clean and comfortable, my only gripe would be their 'free' breakfast--cold cereal, yogurt or a sketchy western omelet. So no big deal - we explored and found other great places for food. Totally would stay here again!

Great for a Staycation
My apartment flooded and I had to go to surgery. This hotel took care of me and my needs from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They extended my stay and were very considerate of my situation. The suite is wonderful with the separate bedroom and the kitchen is enough to make food comfortably. They have food covered for breakfast and dinner with snacks always available. The staff was exceptional in their hospitality. I recommend this hotel highly.

Pet friendly is ok. Clean quarters. But when the guests next to us locked their medium to large dog in the bathroom around 9a.m. and exited their room that was over the line. We looked forward to sleeping in after a difficult week at work. Complaining was a waste of time...75 minutes later the barking and whining stopped. My whining has not. Back to guest oriented Best Western for our wine (not whine) country visits.

We only stayed for one night, but loved it! Our suite was clean and had a small kitchen, large fridge, and tons of space. I loved how the bedroom was a separate room from the living room and kitchen, so I could close the door and work while my wife slept. Also it's close to everything fun in the area. 10/10 would recommend!

Our stay at this Hilton exceeded expectations. I reserved a large suite for my sister for a small bachelorette night-away, and the room was clean, elegant, and had plenty of space. Beds were extremely comfortable and the in-room temperature control made it easy to set the room to a comfortable temperature. The staff were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The firepit outside by the pool was a great place to sit and enjoy take-out dinner outdoors. Great proximity to Old Town Leesburg with restaurants & a local Cidery. Thank you to the staff for a great stay. Breakfast was good too.
