Staff took great care of us. Just miss the welcome reception we enjoyed there at our last stay. Overnite desk mgr ordered us a Lyft driver because their hotel shuttle driver did not show up for work. That’s the kind of service I look for when we travel. Our overnite stay was only for the shuttle service to PHX so glad they could come thru for us.

We always love Homewood Suites......nice to have our own roomy apartment with full kitchen......airport shuttle is always appreciated and you can't beat the wonderful evening meal and full breakfast........the saddest part is checking out......

Ok, but the basics are overlooked.
The front-desk professional started our stay off right - we got in late and she was very quick and friendly. We went to sleep, but when we got up in the morning - once already in the shower it was discovered that the big bottles of shampoo and conditioner mounted to the wall were totally empty - that had to have taken more than just a day to happen. Alos, there were not enough towels which required another trip to the front desk. On a time crunch I couldn't reshower so it was not great. We just wanted the bare minimum on our short stay and these little, but very big misses, really made for a stressful morning.

Our room had no hot water! My kids and I had to shower with freezing water because the hotel could not fix it. We were not moved to another room because they were all booked. I would like a refund because not having hot water is unacceptable.

This is a fantastic property for families, especially those with young children, as the bedroom has its own door (so baby can go to sleep early than the parents). The room itself is amazing, almost like a studio or 1-bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen (with dishes/utensils), small dining table and full tub and shower in the bathroom. It's clean, modern and cozy inside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast runs until 10 a.m. and is great. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Short stay.
Short trip with late check-in and early departure. Phoned ahead of time about late check-in, no problem upon arrival. When I arrived, I arranged for shuttle to airport for the next morning - no problem. Staff was friendly and professional. Would stay there again.

Stayed overnite for an early flight next day. Found out shuttle van was broke down but front desk clerk had already booked us a Lyft ride which was on time for us. Very nice welcome salad and snack bar with complimentary wine and beer. Stayed open a few minutes longer for us to take advantage of it. Clean and well maintained. Would use this property again. Caution is there is not much available to eat nearby

One night stay, but very friendly staff! Lisa was especially nice! She actually went out of her way to get a snack for my kids for no reason at all but by the kindness of her heart. That meant a lot!! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Room was clean and spacious!

This was a great property for our brief stay near the airport. They must have great management, very professional and friendly and spotlessly clean. Shuttle was convenient from airport, and they even took us to dinner and paid for our Lyft back to the airport when the shuttle was busy with another guest drop off. Very clean spacious suite with kitchen. Pool area was clean and towels available. Breakfast was very convenient. There are a few eating places next door but not much else around. Urban Bricks was a great lunch spot. We were hoping to have a pharmacy or grocery store nearby but closest we came to finding a place to buy travel stuff was a local Dollar Tree. Overall, highly recommend.

What a wonderful hotel experience! Three women of a certain age came together for a Phoenix mini-vacation and we lucked out choosing this place. The room (134) was spacious, with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, a table for card playing, a huge bathroom, 2 TVs. Everything was very clean. The free breakfast was a plus and served in a huge room with many seating options that overlooked the pool patio. The Wednesday night happy hour was delightful. The pool area and patio were secluded and well-maintained. Every single employee was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Maybe the best feature? A 24-hour free shuttle service that transported us not only to SkyHarbor and back but also to and from dinner every night, stopping to let us shop for snacks and beverages on the way back to the hotel. We didn't take advantage of the fitness room or the desktop computers and printers but they were available. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is great. I came in at 5:30 pm and was told my room was not ready. I had to keep insisting that as check in was 3:00 and I was well after that it was not acceptable. Finally after several tries I was given a different room than the one I had previously been assigned. Should have been obvious to do this for me.

I got there late thinking all was well. The room was not ready and I had to wait 2 hours. Then at 830 pm I got my room and was frustrated to have to pay full price for a room that was not even ready. I can’t imagine how frustrating it could have been if I showed up earlier

Second time staying here. Property is located just far enough from ASU campus to not be terribly crowded but less than 10 minute drive to campus. The suites are very spacious and comfortable. I love the full kitchen, full sized fridge, and the suite bathroom is enormous with huge shower and whirlpool tub. Nice touches in the room are full sets of silverware, plates, glasses, a dishwasher as well, even the liquid dish soap and dishwasher soap is provided. Nice 2 cup coffee maker provided as well. The amenities are great, nice pool and huge hot tub/jacuzzi. The breakfast bar is very nice, lots of things to choose from including waffles, eggs, sausages, juices, bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereals, etc.

This hotel located in Cotton Center, is a very quiet and well kept and manicured Hotel. Although there were some repair spots in the ceiling of the lobby, it did not interfere with the classiness of the entry. The rooms are large and very comfortable and with two rooms with a pull out loveseat allowed my 11 year old a very restful night. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was a great size and was very clean. We all fit nicely. The issue was hot water when it was time to shower. Some had hot water fine and others either had to take cold showers or had varying degrees of water temperature throughout the shower. Not ideal. The breakfast was good and the staff was very accommodating.

Easy layout but there was no sign for the elevators. Got lost but quickly found them. The only reason that gave it a disappointing review was the bathroom wasn’t completely clean. The small shelf in the shower that has the shampoo and conditioner was dirty. There were another persons hairs both facial and pubic left in that area.

Great for business trips!
Being a Hilton Honors member, I love staying at Homewood Suites. I get a bottle of water when I check in. There is breakfast in the mornings and a social event in the evenings with appetizers or a light dinner. This is great if I don't have time to run out and grab food. I stayed for a week and I stopped at the local grocery store up the road and picked up fresh fruit to keep in my room. Theres a full sized fridge, stop top, and microwave in the room along with everything a little kitchenette needs (silverware, cooking utensils, etc.). The living room with the desk and multiple outlets make this my go-to place for staying for business because I can relax and work at the same time.

Satisfied with our stay with the hotel but we were not happy with hotel.com. We book a room for 4 adults 2 queen or double beds and got a king bed and a hideabed. Two adults in a hideabed, not comfortable at all! The hotel said they could not change the reservation, it was booked through hotels.com.

Best moderate-priced stay yet, close to Sky Harbor
We have stayed at several hotels providing close proximity to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and this night’s stay was very enjoyable. Plenty of choices close by for dinner, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room for superlative. Great stay for business folks, couples, and families (hallway was large enough for a father and son to toss a nerfball in the evening).

I spent $300+ on my room and the wifi did not even work in one of the rooms while it worked perfectly fine in the living space. It is extremely disappointing for a Hilton Hotel that focuses on business clients. I do not recommend this location.

This is a really pleasant hotel. Our room was clean and fresh smelling, as well as quite large. There was excellent water pressure in the shower. The room was never too hot or too cold. The pool and hot tub were empty both times we were in them, which was surprising because it was HOT and they were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, even the coffee. I appreciated that there was greek yogurt, not yoplait in little containers. When we checked in the two gentlemen at the front desk were efficient and nice. They set a good tone for the whole of our stay.

For the price I expected more. The airport shuttle was not available to pick me up from the airport so I took a cab and they reimbursed me. The bed was lumpy and pillow was flat. Maybe I'm just spoiled by my memory foam bed and pillow, but definitely didn't sleep well.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites due to it's proximity to the airport. We had an early flight out the next morning. Upon checking in we were informed of the hotel shuttle service. What a life saver that was!! The man staffing the front desk suggested we return our rental car that night using the shuttle to save the time and hassle the next morning. Yay, what a GREAT idea that was!! The next morning we used the same shuttle which took us directly to departures.
Our room was beautiful, CLEAN and 1/3 of the cost of our hotel in Vegas! Couldn't have picked a better place to stay!!

Good place if you have a car
We only stayed one night but it was very pleasant. Nice to be served free dinner but the chicken fingers were hard and cold. Breakfast was better but lacked variety. The room was very nice but the rest of the hotel is new and tidy yet completely lacks character. The highlight for me was the young African-American woman on the front desk. She was cheerful and fun. She clearly likes her job, and that is very refreshing to see. The neighborhood doesn't exist. Nothing walking distance.

Hot In Tempe
Hotel and room were very nice. It was June in Tempe and the AC kept us cool the whole time. Beds were comfortable and we were able to hook up our DVD player and watch movies. Living area gave us space to eat in and play games as a family. The 2 bedroom suites are very secluded at either end of a long hall bordering the stairwell and the exterior wall. It was quiet and peaceful. You can only hear the airplanes if you really listen. Loved the breakfast the pool and hot tub. My husband forgot his swim suit and had to drive 15 miles to get a store that would sell one. There are several quick service and fast food restaurants and a circle K but no where to buy clothes for miles and miles. Area very industrial. Views are of the industrial complex. The hotel was nearly empty which was great for use of the facilities.
