We have stayed in this Residence Inn multiple times. The rooms are generally clean and quiet. A small irritation is that over time nobody seems to pay attention to the dishes and pots/skillets. Instead of the usual 4, there are maybe 2 glasses or 3 cups--some badly chipped. The pans are too big or small and often in bad shape. The decor is functional, but depressing. The whole ambience is giving the customer the very minimum, but still trying to check all the boxes. We will continue to stay here because it is convenient to the places we need to go, but we don't like it all that much.

I appreciate the cleanliness of this property. The staff are always professional and informative. The hotel is quite and tucked away, but still conveniently located close to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. It has been my go to spot when visiting St. Louis.

Great room with modern kitchen, comfortable bed and indoor pool. Good location near St Louis near stores and beautiful, upscale neighborhoods. Safe place to stay near the highway but we did not have any noise from traffic. We highly recommend this hotel.

I liked that there was a kitchenette. This was really nice to have even though we ate out most of the time. It was nice to have plates, glasses and cutlery. The room was very large with a sofa, kitchen and a large TV. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure was not very strong at all. Otherwise we had a great stay. The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was also very good.

About 15 minutes from the St Louis airport. Very clean and very nice staff. There’s lots of shopping and dining very close and even a movie theater right around the corner!! The breakfast was very good. Several options.

Lovely new property. Minor issues: Walls at bed side too thin. Guy next door snoring kept me up 2 nights. No channel guide in workout room tvs. Please get rid of Fox propaganda channel….really sad to see that play in your otherwise great facility

Our Room #107 had only one window that faced a stone wall connected to a utility courtyard. We couldn't see out anywhere at all, and our room was very dark and depressing. In addition, the lighting in the sitting area was very minimal and made the room gloomy. The actual room was otherwise clean, nice and modern. Being on the first floor is a plus since there are many close exits to various parking areas. The breakfast was adequate, but repetitive. I would stay there again if I had a better room. Be sure to bring your own hand soap, softer toilet paper, and bathroom night light. If you have room in your car, consider bringing a floor lamp too.

Loved the convenience of the kitchen since this was a longer stay. Room had a distinct pet smell. Ottoman had a broken leg that came off if moved. Loved the roomy walk-in shower

This hotel is perfect when my husband and I visit St. Louis. It is close to family, very easy to get anywhere. We had an event the city and it was close to all highways. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will be back. My only con for this hotel is that parking is scarce.

Best 2 nights at a hotel in a very long time!
I will definitely be staying here again! The hotel is beautiful and as soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by Sam. He was upbeat, cheerful, respectful and made sure I had everything I needed. The studio room was amazing! Full kitchen, couch, refrigerator, cozy king size bed and great bathroom. The breakfast was amazing!

A great stay while in St. Louis
It was a great stay for a weekend getaway for St. Louis. The staff were exceptional and the daily breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is rather new and in a great area. I would definitely recommend and would stay again the next time I am in St. Louis.

Did NOT get any sleep because a loud hum coming from possible air conditioning unit. Sound made window rattle. Open the window and sound got louder.

I normally book our hotels but due to working I was unable to and allowed my fiancée to plan our weekend getaway. He did an amazing job and picked an amazing hotel. Let me tell you the service from front desk was amazing. The hotel it’s self was pretty. The location was in like a business area so traffic was low and outside noises was hard to hear. The room itself was spacious. It comes with a kitchenette although we didn’t use it much. It was still nice to have. The couch was okay on comfort. The bathroom was large and the large walk-in in shower was amazing. I really Enjoyed it.
The only bad thing that I have to say is that the bed is REALLY REALLY soft and so was the pillows. I’m used to sleeping on something firmer. I had back pains the next day but nothing that some Tylenol couldn’t handle.
So overall the hotel is worth the stay. If you like firmer pillows then bring your own. I would and definitely will stay again soon!!

Checkin good for COVID safety, but not all guests wearing masks or doing social distance. Front desk staff good. Room very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Room was a bit dark due to energy efficient lights, dreary.

Everything was great! Front desk girl at check in was very welcoming & friendly. Room was comfortable & clean. Only thing wrong was last guests trash was still in the trash can in the kitchen but it wasn't that big of deal. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

The room was awesome size wise was very pleasantly surprised. However it was not very clean i felt. At first glance it appeared to be but after settling in i first saw what must have been blood stains in the grout tile in front of the toilet. When i went to use the oven it was full of crumbs and old food and splatter - had not been cleaned. The wall next to the stove had food splattered and greasy finger marks the wall next to the table actually had a greasy hand print from a child on it. The microwave had something spilled that dried and was left in it and the door and inside of microwave not clean there were food crumbs under the couch and throughout kitchen floor nooks and crannies. I took pics and meant to contact them just to let them know. We were there to visit family and i would stay again but given covid especially they should be more diligent about cleanliness.

Great place, just skip the breakfast sandwich!
I enjoy staying at this Residence Inn. I had a suite and it was very modern and comfortable. I especially love the glass shower. The girl working the front desk was particularly friendly, she was the perfect person to be greeting guests. My only suggestion regards the breakfast bar. I appreciate the attempt to offer breakfast during the time of Corona, but the breakfast sandwiches are pretty awful. It might help to toast the bread and add some butter. My bacon was barely cooked and I had to throw it out.

I am allergic to feather pillows. I requested the pillows be changed and they did so very quickly. Unfortunately, I still woke up with a sore throat and wheeze. Why does Marriott use feather pillows? Lots of people are allergic and they are more expensive.

Impressed ... we were just passing though town & wanted a safe place to stay. Hotel is in the middle of a business district so very quiet, lots of food options close by... everything was spotless & checkin was easy! We enjoyed it so Much we ended up changing out next hotel along our roadtrip to a Marriott Residence-In. We plan on staying again on our way back home (traveling by car due to covid).

Nice hotel, but housekeeping not so good
The hotel is very nice. The gentleman who checked us in didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Maybe he was new. In our room, the fridge had several days worth of left overs in it from the previous guess and the trash can in the kitchen had lots of the previous guests trash in it as well.

I would give this hotel a 10 star if available. The property is less than a year old and the building is perfect. The lighting and decor in the room is so inviting with a contempory transitional flare- it honestly feel like a studio apartment on Lakeshore Dr in Chicago.
Important things as a guest is the front desk is accomendating, friendly and inviting which they all were. The free breakfast was resturant quality and coffee delicious! Highly recommend staying here for your next St.Louis trip.
