They property is nice, beds are comfortable the only thing I dind like is that is a gas station by the hotel and people out there where super loud with their cars Im sure they were some racing after midnight

The hotel staff and cleanliness of the premises and rooms were great. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good but didn’t offer variety unlike other Holiday Inn Express Ive visited in the past. Overall we had a great experience.

Ants infestation in the room we stayed. We were provided with another room adjacent to the room we stayed and ants were roaming all over the desk near the TV. horrible experience.

This was an excellent stay during Thanksgiving week. Very close to Legoland and Peppa Pig park. It took us approx 12 minutes to get to the parks. Hotel is also on walkable distance to publix and restaurants

We went to a wedding near the hotel was very clean the staff was friendly. My husband dropped his bank card in the parking lot coming back from the reception and Jason picked it up and made sure to bring it to our room with a note. Great customer service.

The rooms look recently renovated with a spacious, large floor plan.
I especially loved having a Keurig coffee pot in the room.
Breakfast was well stocked and had lots of options.

Great location no do great hotel stay.
The hotel was clean upon entrance. The front desk woman was not very pleasant and was not the friendliest. The room had a bit of a smell to it. The refrigerator made a roaring sound the entire time. The bathroom was nasty. It was a hair in the tub and on the side of the toilet.
Staying on the 2nd floor, people were running on the third floor, it was so bad a call was made to the front desk.

Traveled with kids, we loved the pool and the hotel was clean and well equipped. The only thing was that breakfast ends too early (9am) Guess should have a bit more time to rest and be able to get a fresh cup of coffee. But overall the hotel was excellent.

The staff were cordial and professional, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. One minor issue was the shower handle fell off and we advised the front desk the next morning so it could be fixed. The price was a little higher than we have paid for similar rooms at other hotels.

The hotel was good and the staff extra friendly. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbors in the middle of the night, but that’s a risk at hotels. The breakfast pretty good, too!

Great stay.
Was just the needed place we needed to rest after attending a local wedding and a four hour drive. Traci, the check in concierge, was friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good but wish we had waffles.

We stayed a week here while visiting our son and I can say that the front desk staff and housekeeping went above and beyond what we expected. Being in one place for a week in a hotel room can cause challenges. The desk staff was more than willing to accommodate us when we needed. There was one particular women who worked breakfast in the morning that was a big grump! I’m not a “morning person” but her attitude was not very appreciated.

First of all, they have an amazing breakfast, everyone is very cordial. Products that they use are very nice for the shampoo, conditioner body wash, etc. etc.
Also, very impressed that if you forgot your toothbrush comb minor little things that they have them available for you at the front desk really enjoy this holiday inn express. I’ve stayed here before.

Staff was amazing and friendly. This hotel had one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. Lots of great quality options, tasty too. Check in and check out were easy. Rooms were a nice size and clean. Had lots of great amenities. Location was perfect for LegoLand. We will definitely be back.

Just stayed here for a family trip with my mom and kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an incident in the pool and although it wasnt taken care of right away the GM made sure it was taken care the next day and we are grateful for that. Overall experience was fun and pleasant.

Great small hotel. Really close (10 min in car) to Legoland and Peppa pig park. The street were its located has everything you would need. Very kid friendly, the breakfast buffet was great and the rooms were super spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly! Will definitely will be staying here again when we take our daughter to those parks.

One of the bed sheets had a rather large make up stain. It appeared to.have been used by another guest! .This is totally unacceptable!. I am sorry I did not report it or take a picture. We stayed at your hotel years ago.. not the same!

Great property if you are in the area. A few walkable places around to get food and shop at Kohl's. Breakfast was decent and offered different options. Pool area is small but worked for us as we were the only ones in it at the time. Room was clean and house keeping was friendly and nice. They do have a small area where you can buy snack and drinks in the lobby. Gym is pretty small as well. Overall a great stay for legoland/ peppa pig, it was about a 15 min drive to and from the theme parks.

I have spent about 80 nights in Holiday Inns over the past 14 months & have been completely satisfied. However, on check in to this hotel, the beds were made but looked like someone rolled around on them after they were made. Disappointed.

The property was well maintained inside & out. Location of property off of HWY 27 was somewhat difficult to find. Only one small combo sign with other retailers of the area made it difficult to know the location of the hotel from HWY 27.

Our window was defective on the outside and made it difficult to see out of to view our vehicle. Furniture items disposed of by people back of hotel but these did not overall reduce our overwhelming approval of the facility.
