Reception at check in and check out with a very warm a welcoming, engineering department should change electronic car reader I had to go down to front desk every time I came back?, for replacement house keeping did not make my bed refreshed only with towels

Room was perfect other than if you’re on the side facing the street (which I was) it can be loud with the traffic. Staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant. Hotel property was clean and safe.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! However, Expedia, who made the reservation, messed it up completely!! It took the staff an hour to get the reservation correct so we could check in. Expedia had put in another persons information like address, phone number etc instead of mine. At the time i made the reservation through Travelocity i gave my information but it was not used to make the res.erv

Ok stay
Grest Christmas decorations. Only complaint is that our shower curtain was broke and had one rubber stopper on one week's and a wash cloth against wall on other. Kept falling down. Reported to front office who was very nice. When we came back it was nailed, but they left our door open. They made the beds but threw the clothes on ground that were on bed.

Needs upgrading; good location
The check in was fine. The floor of our room was wet by the air conditioner and sliding glass door. We put a towel over it as it was so wet our socks would be drenched. The cleaning staff took up the towel and didn't replace it. We had to ask to have our bed made and for towels. We arranged for a late checkout but the gentleman never put it in the system so we were called the morning of departure to say we were late leaving the room. The breakfast was fine. The area to eat breakfast was very nice. Location was good. Some very fun bars and restaurants nearby. We felt safe.

Great location , some minor cleanliness issues
Check in was great ! I think his name was Frank and he was so friendly and helpful ! But later that evening we found. A blood stain on our comforter and I called the front desk and a women’s answered and seemed annoyed that I asked for a new comforter , no apologies or anything . A friendly man came to our room and handed me a duvet cover and apologized that they had no more comforters . Find it odd that a hotel that size wouldn’t have 1 extra comforter . Then when I woke up in the night to use the bathroom there was a cockroach on the toilet seat . The hotel is actually in good condition , just isn’t being cleaned properly . Elevator smelled terrible only because the carpet is SO dirty . A quick carpet clean would change everything . Hotel is in great location and breakfast area was clean and great full breakfast .

Worse experience i had in last 19 years. Paid $160 and couldn't close an eye! Nois,noise noise.5.30 AM Ice machine started hard,doors stated being slammed like crazy, by 6³⁰ trafic felt horible like it was next to my 3rd floor window. By 8 all the housekeeping staff came in and were yelling from one end of the building to the other. Doors slaming like crazy!

Cape Coral Vacay!
I found the staff very nice and responsive. It’s an older hotel, it was clean. Breakfast was good. Some of the clientele were loud and obnoxious, but once the weekend was over the left. Not the best not the worst it worked.

Nice hotel and staff. Very accommodating with my service dog. Second night there was a family with a barking dog and whining kid in the next room. That wasn’t fun. Otherwise, a good stay.

Beyond expectations
Beyond expectations! Property was clean, staff friendly. Bed very comfortable. appreciated the variety of pillows. Soft and Firm. At different hotels I’ve had to ask for firmer pillows, but H.I. gave both! Hotel appears updated, nice shower. Plenty of parking, walking distance to restaurants. Free breakfast.
