No AC...no air ventilating at the restroom...horrible...been next to highway....toooo noisy and to top it off tooo expensive $209/night for such conditions...i will never ever go there again...even for free!

The housekeeping staff was extremely noisy in the halls right outside my room at 6:00 AM and woke us up. We kindly asked them to lower their voices and they did not listen. They kept on laughing, singing and talking exceedingly loudly.

Disgusting
Mold coming out of the walls in the bathroom. The bathtub was separating with mold. Bathtub wallpaper was coming off. The floors were sticky. The room smelled like an old damp smell. The water came out cold in the shower. The ralling for the handicapped in the elevator were coming off and the elevator smelled like pee. We are NEVER staying here again. Absolutely disgusting place to stay at.

Free stay for pets was definitely the best part of this hotel. The hallways smelled pretty bad but the room was pretty clean aside from some sticky spots on the floor. Pretty standard cheap hotel experience, not great, but it's cheap.

Party place that gets cleaned occasionally
Checking in you know it is going to be trouble when the front desk is letting in random girls and people carrying 12 packs. The room had strange things falling off the ceiling, the doors were delaminating, not sure when the room was cleaned as there were a lot of things over looked. If all the hotels on the area weren’t booked and it was a choice of this or sleeping in my car, I would have found a different hotel.

Cost was reasonable. Employees were nice and maintained property well. It's an older building, but clean. Did not notice any dirt or stink.
The only negative is that the shower chair needs to be replaced. There is potential for problems with the current one.

Affordable stay, rooms need upgrading. Flooring is very warped and worn, no hot water at certain times of the day, hallways smell of mildew. Otherwise it was a reasonable hotel for a reasonable and affordable stay. In terms of cleanliness, it was a clean room and facility. They will not allow you to check in before 3pm, in fact they post signs…. And then a while later they highlight said signs and post them around the building. I found that quite comical! The front desk agents are very nice and friendly. I did witness other guests getting angry with front desk staff, they responded professionally and referred their concerns to management/owner.

I made a reservation for king bed and when arrived was told they sold out in king beds and given two queens. The first night I found what I believe to be a bed bug crawling in my clothes. The rooms did not smell clean and smelled old. I was moved to another room that the AC/heater was super old and was not functional. Was told maintenance was not available and did not offer another room. I also took a cold water shower as hot water was randomly available. The area was unsafe and some of the people using drugs outside in vehicles. When spoke to manager at check out - he said he could give a free night as it was booked through 3rd party. Don’t believe will stay there again.

Overall a clean, convenient place to stay for a week. Had a huge room with microwave and fridge.
Just a frontage road away from busy I 17, so highway noise, but I wear earplugs anyway so no bother.
Only shortcoming was the shower. No grab bars or ledge to hold onto, just smooth wall. The curved shower curtain all fell to the center of the rod and was very hard to spread to the edges so the floor didn’t get wet.

Small cockroach like bugs in the room!! so gross and felt unsafe. so loud and people coming and going at all hours. individuals lurking around the building. will never stay again. would not recommend for solo travels especially

Nice motel, but you're penalized for booking on here
This is a fully non-smoking hotel, which we don't normally stay at since we both smoke. I decided since this was a last minute reservation we could just stay on the bottom floor and it would be ok. When we checked in we were told that since I booked through Hotels.com we weren't allowed to stay on the 1st floor. Our entire stay we had to walk down the hall (to the back side of the motel) and down 2 sets of stairs to go outside to smoke. We decided to stay an extra night and they charged us $101 for that night. I looked at my bill and apparently they charged me $79.99 for Tuesday night, then charged $2 more each night we stayed. So don't believe the price they quote you. The lady at the front desk said the price goes up each day during the week with the highest price being over the weekend. The motel/staff are all very nice, I just didn't apparently being penalized for booking through Hotels.com and not being told from the start that the price increases each night.

Staff are great, bed was good, bring your own pillow b/c they're flat and TV has every channel you can think of. Floor creaked and shower needs DrainO, when finished I was standing in a lake, don't like that.

Stayed 2 nights, Bathroom light is not working. We told the front desk Xavier he said no maintenance til the next day. We reminded them the next day still no light and nobody can fix it. We are very disappointed. Terrible experience esp for the kids. Had to put a flash light while using a shower or toilet.

I had called same day I was traveling to confirm reservation and when we got there they had given our room to someone else. After a long drive all we wanted to do was rest, but it took about an hr to get us a room since they had sold out. The room they ended up giving us, completely smelled like cigarettes. In the morning, they made us switch rooms to what should have been our original room. The inconvenience and room cleanliness definitely one of the worst we've dealt with. Definitely first and last.

The room was basic, but what I expected for the price. Black hair on the shower walls. There was a fight between drunks two doors down and spilled into the hallway at midnight. Screaming and slamming doors so loudly it sounded like gunshots. That woke up the baby across the hall, who then cried for an hour. All in all, not a restful night.

I booked a few nights here but left early. First it was all the floors smelled like smoke even though I paid for a smoke free room. We moved 2 rooms and finally on the 3rd room it smelled better but it was dirty. The walls had stains on them, the floors were dirty, the bed had hair in it. I ended up checking out early. The good thing was customer service. I didn't have to argue with anyone about moving rooms or getting a refund.

Received on key for the accommodations. Needed two keys, always have gotten 2 keys! Not told at registration that a second key required ID! Also didn't realize there was a pet policy to read and sign!
Area is dicey, grounds sparse. Pool had only 2 chairs.

The property was filthy. I stayed here thinking they would be held to the standards of Red Roof Inn, but not at all. the rooms were filthy, changed rooms 3 times, but all smelled of weed. The pool was filthy. The rooms had mold in the bathroom, around the ac units, the windows, and the baseboards. The glass picture in the room was busted. The window looking outside was so dirty, it hadn't be cleaned in months, if not years. There were homeless people sleeping around the property, and as I checked out I saw them bringing in all their belongings to share a room. This place overall was unsafe, filthy, and rents rooms to questionable people. I would never stay here, and definitely not with children.

Good vicinity to lots of things. No fridge, coffee maker, and toilet seat was not good. There was no shampoo. It was clean, but rundown. Would not stay there again. The staff was very nice.

Came into town to help a friend move. We weren't expecting much but unfortunately, this hotel fell short even of that. Check-in went smoothly, staff was nice. Rooms are old and very basic but were clean. We had a room facing the freeway which you could hear. Some people like, we did not. Things that went wrong were all fairly basic but when added up became very frustrating:
- No tissues in room. They had a pack of napkin-quality disposable I guess what they call tissue, but definitely not comfortable for the face.
- Only 2 bath towels in the room even though we were registered for 4 people
- Telephone in room not working so had to go down to the desk for anything. Staff said it was a hotel ongoing issue.
- First night TV would only get On Demand shows, nothing live.
- Second night TV wouldn't work at all.
- Room keys stopped working 2nd day there. Again, staff said ongoing issue.
So, it was a disappointing stay. Next time we come to visit our friends we'll try another hotel.

Staff is very competent and helpful. Bed and pillows was like sleeping on rocks. Lobby and hallways were ok but needed vacuuming...liked dusty. Room is pretty clean, bedding and toweling are very clean. Most of the room is dated... desk, chairs, flooring. TV options excellent with a full spectrum of viewing choices.

I stayed in room 141, the room itself was a standard hotel room: two double beds, a tv, microwave, refrigerator, plugs galore, a table with two chairs, and a desk with a rolling chair. The bathroom was again standard minus one thing, the caulk above the shower had mold on it. Clear as day, it was definitely mold. As for cleanliness, some areas were just not touched, above the door in the bathroom just needed a quick dusting, the mold above the shower likely could be wiped clean, the floor was clean but had marks in it. The wall near the far bed had paint that was missing/scratched. I was barely in my room, but not very pleased with my stay. The price I paid was average for 3 nights, and for the most part the hotel was average. The area surrounding the hotel was not bad, it looks a little sketchy but I had no problems. The hotel is a no smoking hotel and I did not have any problems with that. Overall, I would probably stay here again if they could just clean the rooms better. A quick dusting, disinfecting and a wipe of the caulking would do a lot.

Our room smelled bad, had to buy some febreeze for it to be decent. Alot of maintenance could be done in the room. We forgot an item in the room, i called to go pick it up but all of a sudden that room number didnt exist and they couldnt find my reservation. Even though i checked out yesterday! Needless to say im sure they kept my item. Housekeeping never came by i had to chase them down the hall for toilet paper & towels.

Shower curtain did not close on either end of shower . Just stayed in the middle creating water all over and could see all the water damage . It was dirty . The staff was not friendly and seemed quite aggravated . There was a lot going on in Glendale at the time and nothing was prepared at all . Costing us $300 a night for filth and rudeness . Won’t be back and won’t recommend . Also considering contacting corporate about the filth as well .

This hotel needs thorough cleaning and maintenance and upkeep. It is basically a Motel 6 with a red roof. To top it off it is too expensive for the condition and amenities.

Clean room, rooms cleaned daily, lots of parking.
Checking in was short and not very welcoming. Room clean had security guard at night that I think walked around inside & out. Staff was not real welcoming. TV was not working one evening called to front desk for help no one ever showed up to help. They charge extra/additional fees nightly for your stay you have to remember to have taken off when you check out. Parking lot was well lighted in front of hotel. Lots of parking.
