Hotel is in very poor condition. Had trouble at check-in, trouble entering room and got locked out of the room several times as the security latch would get caught.

The microwave in the room was not working. The inside of the coffee maker was very dirty and there was already used coffee inside. the safe in the room didn't work and was a decoration . some of the tv remote control buttons didn't work . Now most hotels have charger for electric cars, but you didn't have one. The walls were so thin that we could hear the neighbors talking,

The sheets had hair and stains. There were ants in the room. The bathroom was dirty. I booked for two nights and only stayed the one because it was too yucky and they would not give me a refund for the second night.

In all honesty this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It seems like people are living there like it’s a homeless shelter. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel especially for the price. Shower was dirty. Bed sheets had stains. Carpet was dirty. The place is gross.

Hotel was ok, Good for what you need. A place to sleep and shower. Rooms were clean. I will say one strange thing I noticed was on our floor right outside of the elevator doors there were some individuals. I’m not sure if there were employees or guest but they were just hanging out almost every night laying and sitting on the floor outside of the elevator and they had taken off there socks & shoes. I’m not sure if that’s a normal thing for the hotel, but that was very unsettling and unappealing.

Couple days stay
Good one night stand hotel but not for more than that, cleaning is okay but poor. Noticed front carpet in bad condition at the main entrance. Other hand noticed large amount of food being delivered for anyone to take bad not clean. Hotels rooms okay needs some upgrades lighting inside is poor. Large group hangout outside the hotels arguments and almost a fight on my first night. For solo fast one night stand is okay but don’t recommend family with kids.

Elevators were making weird sounds, corridors were smelly (maybe carpets should be steam-cleaned) Towels and cups were not complete in the rooms (i booked 2 rooms and provided the number of people per room). Front desk were friendly though..thanks

The door to the outside was unlocked during the night. Homeless people were hanging around the door. Saw empty bottles of liquor on pavement outside the door. One person was in the hallway outside our rented unit and asked if she could use the bathroom. The bathtub shower didn’t work. We are an elderly couple and I didn’t feel safe in this hotel. I asked the front clerk if the back door should be unlocked and he said he didn’t know . This was a terrible experience

Worst hotel
I travel almost every week this was the worst hotel I stayed at. The bed was lumpy and springy felt like I had a doing right into my back all night long.

Old, run down, expensive, and full of imagrants.
Hotel was very old and in need of maintenence. Pretty sure my sheets were not changed as there were hairs inside the covers. Rooms were run down. Rates were very expensive for the quality. Hotel is housing a large number of Haitian imagrants, many with familys. ( they were very nice) Halls were very busy, 5th floor had the feel of a refuge camp. laundry was always backed up with people waiting to wash. "Santuary city at work" I'm guessing because the occupancy is high with imagrants, this allows them to jack up the rates on the remaining rooms. I heard many other hotels in the area are doing the same thing.

I should've checked the reviews before booking. People were standing outside as soon as we arrived smooking which is fine but i didn't enjoy walking through it.
People wrestling in the hall. The elevator sounded like a loud washing machine. The photo's are very misleading! No breakfast!
We went to home goods and bought pillows. Very disappointed for what we paid.

Hair all over the sink, drains didn't work properly and we could hear tons of noise out in hallway at night and in our bathroom you could hear the conversation from the next room. Outdated and unclean premises.

On off the high way was great. But I had the Elevator shut on me twice, it didn't have a sensor to reopen the door when some is in the way. Room were not cleaned every day. I don't mind my linens are not changed but the room cleaned yes.

Nice facility, comfy beds and pillows. Clean bathroom, but the sheets were never changed during our 3 day stay nor were the beds ever made. There was also some plaster peeling right above the sink where you keep your toothbrush. Also, you can hear everything in the rooms next to you and above you.

Sufficient, but wouldn't recommend
The staff was friendly, the linens and bathroom were essentially clean. The location is sketchy. There were strange men wandering around the front door constantly. The bathroom vent was caked in dust, and several areas of the walls were cracked and appeared to have previous repairs. Something was spilled/splattered all over the legs of the desk and chair. The bed make horrible creaking noises, I was afraid the base was going to collapse at any moment. Overall, did not feel very safe here. One room had the door open for 2 days straight. We stayed for 3 nights to visit Salem, which isn't too far by car. Paid over $200 a night to be afraid to enter and exit the place.

Terrible and expensive
Hotel was noisy and disgusting. Full of migrants who were shoeless in hallways making noise and doing laundry. Loud playing ball in hallway till 12 am and hanging out by elevators. Handicap parking was taken up by non handicap cars and management did nothing about it. Had no shower chairs for handicap and elevator making a lot of noise you felt like it was gonna break.

Very nice place to stay. I had a mix up with my booking dates. I thought I booked my hotel for two nights it was only one. When I came back the staff had all my personal stuff packed up so neatly and nothing was missing.
I was very impressed with that the staff was nice and the rooms was very clean.

The floors were wet and dirty. Spoke to manager day 2 about it. Said they would take care if it and didnt. Had to get clean towels from non english speaking maid. Room not cleaned. Day 5 manager told us we needed to request having our room made up. Had room booked for our november visit. CANCELED!!!!!! Never going back. Expedia should drop them.

Read this before staying here
The room was clean. That was the only good thing about this room. The beds were Horrible!! we stayed 2 nights, our backs were killing us! The mattress was thin and weak/worn out in the supports. Not sure they thought putting hardwood floors in a hotel was a good idea? I could here people walking over me all night long! Every time the dropped something it sounded like glass breaking. The lamp had rust on it, walls and ceilings were chipped paint. They cleaned the bathroom the first day but left the bed unmade? They had people hanging out at the front door all night, sketchy! wasn't comfortable of why they were there so long. The frig was never cleaned. The day we got there we opened the frig and there was left over milk and butter in it! really!? won't stay here again!

The beds had pieces of broken glass on the bed. We cleaned some of them up and then one went in my right big toe I pulled it out and bled on the floor. When I went to complain they did change my room but overall it was not a good experience.

Air conditioner/heater/fan didn’t work. Toilet continually ran and made intermittent grinding noises. Only 2 outlets worked. The fan in the bathroom (which didn’t work) had about 2” or so of fuzz/dust in it. Not recommended EVER.

Hair dryer and nightlight did not work. Outlets would not charge my phone and IPad. Front desk just shy or rude at check in. Generally run down inside and outside was very littered. Elevators were disgusting.

Our experience at this hotel was abysmal. We will never stay here again, and will warn others against it.
The conditions in the room were so damp I honestly don't know how they could have fixed it.
The damage to the ceiling and walls also gave away that the dampness and moisture issues are not new.
The back entrance area of the hotel was a very unclean, unpleasant smoking area for guests.
It should never have been like this, but we were also too pressed for time to change hotels.

The room was fine. Booked the room two months in advance. When we reached there after a drive of 11 hours they tell us that they cannot find our reservation in their system. How disappointing. Had to wait for long time till it could be sorted out.

When I entered the check-in area, it looked run down and I was concerned about the hotel. But my room was beautiful, very clean, spacious and modern, with a huge desk for working, also fridge & microwave. The only minor gripe was that the floors were a bit sticky from whatever they clean with. The common areas are on the shabby side, with people hanging around the corridors (do they live there?) Walking distance to a supermarket (Market Basket). Very cool red exterior lighting at night, and a decent chain Mexican restaurant next door. Overall good experience, just the common areas could be spruced up a bit for a better first impression.

This location seems to be falling into disrepair. No pool or breakfast as advertised. The floor in the room seemed almost sticky in places and a tile in the bathroom was loose. No towel or bed service on the second night. Very expensive for all of this!

We got there by the end of day after a tired international flight. Someone took our room and lived there for free. Though the staff was patient and nice, we waited for almost another hour to get our new room. I was really concerned about the safety matter of the hotel. The system was unorganized and chaotic. How can someone random who has different name from me take my room? This is really unacceptable and ridiculous. The manager said he will contact me to make me up but he never did. Do not recommend.

We had a room booked for a late arrival wirh the rental car service taking too long we couldn't get to the hotel until 4am only to realize our reservation was cancelled as a no show without any prior notification. We got the notification 40 minutes later from hotels.com. what upset us the most was the attitude of the front desk staff who showed absolutely no apology or concern or any attempt to offer any help at all. They were totally hands off refusing to even look at us on our face or talk other than to say we can't do anything. we were stranded with kids at 4am with all hotels booked up. And had to get one remaining room 30miles away for 500 dollars for one day. I will never go back to this hotel because of the service..rather lack of.

I didn't expect much from a Red Roof Inn but was disappointed. Most surfaces in the public areas needed painting or showed scuff marks and the furniture in the room showed wear. Front desk attendant offered no advice or guidance during check in. Toiletries were in plastic packets that were very difficult to rip open and shampoo was missing.
