This was our first trip to GWL and we had a blast! Customer Service was impeccable and the lodge was so clean! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a resort!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff let us check in early which was nice. The food is just average and way overpriced, however there are food options just off the property. Not all activities are included, such as bowling. We had to pay $7 per game. This should have been included in the price like the water park. Also breakfast is way overpriced for food you can get for free at most hotels. It’s great for the kids, but hard on the wallet. The room was really clean and comfortable which is very important. Most of the staff were very friendly.

We liked that everything was in one place or near by. We didn't have to leave the property for meals. This gave the little kids and the big kids more time to play. It was amazing.

The place is really cool. Totally kid friendly. Lots of activities to do after the waterpark closes. The food on premise I thought was reasonably priced. Large one topping pizza $20.00. Large one scoop of ice cream 3.99. We brought snacks and soda. The kids loved it. I enjoyed the fact after we arrived there was really no need to leave. We would definately stay again and probably will..

Check in was suppose to be at 4pm, we were not allowed in our room until after 5pm. Dinner at the Lodge was horrible. Waited almost 2 hours to be seated, then waited over an hour for food. Our skillet cookie dessert was served raw and not edible. This is our last stay here. For $650 per night, it should be a much better experience. There are plenty of staff, but too many standing around doing nothing. On a positive note.... This place is super clean.

The property was clean and all staff members were very helpful and friendly. Great family vacation. The kids( and my husband) wished the icecream area would have stayed open longer. Also, the one large pool didnt open daily until mid afternoon which was a bummer. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and vacation there again.

Cool place. Pros and cons for non kid families..
Great Wolf lodge is always a great place especially if you have kids. My wife and i really were passing thru and could have easily stayed at a Holiday in but rates were dirt cheap for a suite and we had stayed there with our kids 6 years ago so a bit of nostalgia involved. Room was nice...Bed was horribly uncomfortable, lighting in room is all bright lights so hard to dim it down at night for sitting and hanging out to a glass if wine. We did not do any of the kid stuff so not sure how much Covid has impacted but water park was open and magi quest was in full swing. Definitely a different feel compared to 6 years ago but im sure covid and school back in session made a difference. Very neat place to explore for sure and great rates in September

Lots of kids entertainment after waterpark closed at 8pm. Didn"t like that room wasnt ready until 5:15pm but check in was at 4p. Had to pay between $13- $22 to store purse and kids backpacks in locker that could have been stored in room if it was ready.

Loves that everything was in one place. We parked our car and never left. The theme was great and the kids loved it! The rooms were loud! Our room backed up to the dumpsters and every morning ag 6am we woke up to beeping from the garbage truck. Otherwise we had a great time and the kids were exhausted from the fun activities all day.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Had a lot of issues though from booking it through Hotels.com. Was even told by the front desk by multiple associates not to book through a second party. Packages I added did not appear on my reservation, issues linking the reservation to my account, issues with missing items from my package I added onto my room. Truly disappointed in the need to nag to get what was paid for on our trip when the room alone was over $300. When you add the extras we paid over $600 for one night (two adults and one child).

Family stay with 2 year old.
We had a great stay for our 2.5 year old. Will go again when he is older as he couldn’t take advantage of the bigger slides, amenities, etc. like having Dunkin’ , restaurants on site. Food prices were expensive but food wasn’t horrible. Will go with another family with children next time as it would’ve been nice to have another family to enjoy with.

Fun for the kids, but over priced. Not 5 stars!
The Lodge is packed with all sorts of fun for the kiddos. We stayed 2 nights in the Kids Cabin Suite. The beds were super uncomfortable...even the kids complained about them. We bought 2 wolf passes for $90 each which came with a Wolf Headband, build-a-bear (Clothes extra), Magic Quest, Putt Putt, Bowling, Lazer Tag, and Arcade Card. They also each received a cup of candy and ice-cream..all with the pass. After all was said and done our charges were around $700 in excess of the $480 room charges. Just to give you an idea of what kind of money you will be looking at spending. We ate dinner one night at the Wolf Lodge Grill..only place open..it was gross. Dont waste the money. All in all, this is a place for kids and those under 12 absolutely love it.

Kids enjoyed the treasure hunt, however the place was not clean. My granddaughter fell in the wave pool ... had a lot of algae on the bottom of it and was slippery all over. Slides were dirty and extremely crowded.
We did not get room service in 3073 at all ... had to call FD to bring towels at night.

The room was great and clean. Noise level in the room was surprisingly very low considering the amount of children there. The food was a disappointment at the hotel. There is an abundance of places to eat very close and I would pick one of them next time we go there.

Hell on earth
This place is hell. Overpacked, expensive, loud, and annoying. The staff try their best but they are so tired and overworked. The indoor water park was so packed it was awful. I saw a band-aid floating in the wave pool. What a truly horrible place.

I had trouble with my room key a couple of times. I ended up having to go back down to the main floor to get a new key made twice and had to wait with food and a toddler for someone to fix it. other than that no issues

I did it like that our room never got cleaned. We got back to our room in time for dinner and the bed was still on made it was nice if they at least brought coffee and clean towels but appreciated the whole room cleaned. I liked that one of the staff saying my daughter happy birthday when she knew we were there to celebrate her

This place is great and caters is families with kids. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The indoor water park has slides and wave pools for all ages and is available before and after your check-in for no extra cost, with showers and restrooms available to change. There are also several eateries onsite, plus an arcade, bowling alley, small fitness center, and conference center

The food was great, but upset that only one restaurant was open for dinner due to understaffing. We bought the meal plan for 6 days and had to eat at the same restaurant each night in order to get our full value and the candy store tries to rip you off 3.25 for a ring pop.
The woman who checked us in was not very friendly. Hardly smiled. Needs a little training on customer service. Also when we were checking out we were being charged for a meal and tax, but we had the meal plan of $450, but the bill only showed us using $437 of it. Didn't make sense and they couldn't prove it to us. They tried to make good on the bill by only charging us a balance of 10 ish. We would definitely stay there again, but would be smarter about the meals.

We have stayed at this great wolf lodge 5 times over the last couple years. We love that we never have to leave the hotel. They are so many activities to keep kids occupied and engaged. The only thing we feel like is lacking is the availability of just a sandwich, sub or salad. We try not to eat greasy food for lunch and we had a hard time finding something that worked. But we made it work. We are already planning our next trip!

Was so busy during check in and they didn’t provide any water ... we went to the water Park was crowded and Was not organized We couldn’t found one empty table after that they closed Tornado slide for maintenance for the whole day!! My kids gave me horrible time .
All floors was so crowded with kids for activity .
Breakfast was bad.

First time staying here. Had so much ended up staying an extra night. Plenty to do in resort with kids.. pool magic quest.. arcade.. Laser tag and literally down the street is restaurants or stay in resort for dinner. Already looking into our next stay!

The hotel itself was amazing. So much fun. The staff at the front desk was wonderful. The rooms were nice and big. The activities were awesome. The staff that works in the restaurants however are insanely rude. The cook and staff in the buffet, the dunkin staff, the pizza restaurant staff, I honestly think you have to be trained to be that rude. I was shocked by how nasty employees in a children’s hotel can be. I’m not sure where they get restaurant staff but they are awful. The trip would have been amazing if it wasn’t for the terrible attitudes of these people.

We had cockroaches in our expensive room. Staff was suppose to remove the ones we killed but they never did. We were down in the pool and saw a cockroach running down a post...that was enough for us. We had not been there for a few years and we were shocked how downhill it has gone. Breakfast buffet use to be good but the food was not this time. Very disappointing...so expensive....so not worth it anymore. Last ime we were there was the same time period. Back then it was decorated so cool for halloween and there were trick or treat stations for kids to get candy. Not this time. Last time big fireplace was lit and every night a crowd hung down in lobby by lit fireplace talking and eating pizza. No one was hanging out and enjoying lobby and the fireplace was never lit. A good comment is that when we checked in the staff member was very nice and helped us get a wheel chair and a room closer as we had a disabled person with us.

Great fun for the kids. Food was average. Entertainment was great for my 4 and 6 year olds. Cookies and milk was a nice touch delivered by a character. Oatmeal raisin would be a nice option for my non chocolate liking child.

Everything was very good, I took 3 teenage boys and they had a blast!! They said the laser tag was not worth the $7 since the room was tiny and they were practically on top of one another. I thought the staff was great but they they forgot to put my CC on the account when I gave it to them at check in and had an embarrassing moment at the restaurant when I charged my meal to the room and then had to make a separate (walk of shame lol) trip to the front desk.

Awesome BUT not as awesome as last time!
Been going to Great Wolf Lodge for years and it’s always awesome. But, this last visit was not the best. The water park experience was great! Lifeguards and staff friendly, helpful; however, the park is becoming worn, rusty and dirty. Nothing major, just time for some deep cleaning, rust and mildew removal. As far as the hotel itself, GWL needs some work. The check in process is ridiculous! Stood in line for 45 mins just to check in. Understandably, this is a big place with a lot of people, but smart management would be to add several staff to the check in desk between 2pm - 5pm, to help speed the check in process. There were nearly 50 people in line and two staff checking people in (been this way every time we’ve come). Same for the food shops (dessert shop, pizza shop, and burger stand). Every area is understaffed and under managed except for the water park / lifeguard dept. Also, GWL, if you’re going to sell the $15 refillable souvenir mugs - then all of the drink machines need to be full of ice and drinks. Bought 4 of the mugs for the family, but couldn’t find a machine anywhere that was stocked with ice and drink. Thankfully, GWL gave a refund. Also, the hotel is starting to wear. Carpet stains, wear and tear, etc. Still a great place and fun for the family, but for what you pay, GWL needs to step up, update and fix a few things.

After check-in, great stay!
Once we got done with the check-in process, the rest of the stay was great.
The check-in was slow and thankfully we hadn’t done the online check-in because that line was far slower than the regular check-in for some reason. When we finally got through the line (which took more than a half hour), we got to our room and they had forgotten to activate our wristbands to be able to open our room and we had to go back to the desk to have them fix that.
Once we got through that, the entire rest of the stay was great. The other staff were fantastic, the water park area was fantastic and the staff working in there were constantly tidying up when a table opened up and were overall amazing. The staff at the restaurants were great as well.
If check-in has been smooth, this would have been incredible.

Exceeded my expectations... it was my Grandsons 6th Birthday and that was our gift to him and he loved it as well as his parents, uncle and aunt!! It was an amazing experience, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I recommend this hotel to anyone that’s looking to have a great time.
