I mean, you get what you pay for. The room was newly redone, so it was updated. Beds and pillows are comfortable, but service is almost non existent. Breakfast is toast, cereal and apples so no hot food. But for the price, it’s decent for a quick sleep and go.

Itinerary Issue
The Hotel Stay was great. My itinerary was not sent to the hotel, so Quality Inn had no record of my arrival. Fortunately they still had available rooms and were able to swiftly accommodate. Going forward I'm not sure how I can confirm in advance this communication has been made.

The sheets had brown stains and smelled of urine. Went to office and we were changed to another room. Same as first. Went back to office and it was locked. We ended up sleeping in chairs. Was given 50% refund.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was having a outside room with people being very noisy and rude by smoking at our door. I did cal and asked for a quite room.

Nice Staff
Front desk was exemplary in their desire to assist. It was easy to change my original reservation. They responded quickly to my room change request. Lavonda was sweet and welcoming. Sabrina was mannerly and hands on with fulfilling needs. Only drawback was smoke scent in room that was supposed to be non-smoking.

I missed having a coffee pot in the room. Also i am gluten free and other hotels they provide scrambled eggs for a warm breakfast food and i missed thst as well. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were good.

Horrible! RUN AWAY! DO NOT STAY HERE!
We ended up requesting a refund. The first room smelt like an ash tray and the lights did not work. The second room had slept in beds and blood stains on bed. Manager tried to pass it off as “the type of sheets”. I swear I read reviews and looked at photos! I am convinced that he has his friends write his review. This was the most disgusting and unappealing establishment.

Bathroom door was broke was broken,bath exhaust was broke.chair was broken. Breakfast was scant, and air conditioner worked only occasionally. Bed was clean and comfortable, tv was fine, one small wastecan for entire room. Fridge was fine.

Quality Inn Greer, SC review
The room was clean, but there were a few issues. There was no mirror over the sink in the bathroom. The light fixture over the sink in the in the bathroom, had no cover over it. the bulbs were exposed. one of the lights beside the head of the bed was missing. There was just a hole there. The room was quiet and we slept well.

Check in/out was super fast and easy. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Felt safe in the area I was in. Staff is very friendly. Only complaint is I needed early check in and they told me it was 10$ fee and then day off it turned out to be $40

We were put in a room that appeared to have blood stained on the carpet in multiple spots. There were hairs in the shower and in the bed stuck to the sheets. We asked to be moved to a different room and they did accommodate. The new room was still very low quality and the couch had rips and tears in it. It felt dirty and very outdated. The property felt unsafe with strange people hanging around. A woman that appeared to be homeless kept coming up to us and our kids at breakfast and wouldn't leave us alone. The breakfast was minimal at best. We had to go elsewhere to eat. We would not recommend this to anyone with a family.

Bed was hard as a rock and not comfortable; although a non-smoking room, someone at some time smoked in it. The smell was faint, and tolerable, but someone definitely smoked in it at some point. The sheet, and one of the pillows had an old cigarette burn.

We were originally given a room on the first floor at the rear end of the building. There were several road construction trucks out back with workers gathered outside. There was a heavy smell of marijuana, loud singing, and lots of loud voices - between 9:00 and 10:00 PM. We asked for another room and we’re moved to an upstairs unit closer to the front - which was better for us. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very minimal at best.

The motel is just down and dirty. They lost power over night and it was not restored prior to leaving the next morning. You would not refund my card so I have filed a grievance with my credit card company. The motel is a dump.

This Hotel wasn't worth 50 bucks!

There was a couple fighting, they threw food specifically chicken wings and Mac and cheese in front of my room and continuously fought keeping me and my daughter up both nights we stayed. Police showed up. I asked for a refund but was told I need to contact travelocity to get one. General manager was not very helpful at all and only made excuses for everything rather than take responsibility for his own establishment. I will never return or recommend but I will be seeking a refund of some sort for my inconvenience!

Hotel does NOT have an elevator and this is not mentioned in hotels.com site or the hotel page itself and this should NOT be allowed because it’s not fair to guests that cannot walk up or down steps!!

Something Was Wrong With Our AC. We Were So Hot Thru The Night, We Didn’t Get Any Sleep. The Housekeeper On That Side Check Out Morning Was Rude. But Everything Else Was Good. The Pool Is Open 9am-9pm Not 10pm. The Man Who Checked Us In Was Very Nice And The Lady Who Checked Us Out Was Nice As Well.

A $25 cash deposit was required at the time of check-in. I booked on-line with Expedia and nothing about that was mentioned there. The $25 was refunded at check-out. Just kind of unusual. There was a sign posted in the lobby, so it's not because we booked on-line.

Paint falling off the ceiling, ripped bed sheets with cigarette burns. The entire room smelled really bad like it was never cleaned and like cigarettes even though this was a non-smoking room. Cigarette burns everywhere aside from the bed sheets. Bed sheets and bed cover had stains - pretty disgusting to put your head on it to go to sleep. A layer of dust everywhere. Good thing we brought our wipes due to covid... ended up cleaning the entire room. Extremely disappointed for the price we paid for 1 night.

Do NOT book this property!!! This property was filthy. When we arrived we asked to see a room before we checked in. The room was even worse. The worker agreed she would not even choose to stay here. We refused to stay and never even checked in. We requested a refund through Expedia.com. We were just notified by Expedia.com that our refund is denied by the hotel because we didn't tell the front desk of our dissatisfaction, even though the front desk is who showed us to the room and who we discussed with our concern for Cockroaches and bedbugs!! We will be disputing this hotels charge with our credit card company to get our money. I never have many complaints anywhere I go. This is the worst travel experience I've ever had.

Unfortunately this property was pretty gross. The walls in the rooms looked as if someone had splattered something on them, the alarm clock was filthy, hairdryer was loaded with dust and did not work, the coffee maker was far from clean, and the bathroom was obviously barely cleaned. One of the comforters was stained.

Although the hotel was non-smoking our room smelled like a smokers room. suspect it was in the past. Staff was friendly breakfast typical and plenty. Sign out front said recently remodeled-think that was some time back for our room. overall would recommend esp if not sensitive to old smoke smell in the room :)

Service with a smile
I have breathing problems and ended up with a second floor room. Going up and down the stairs was difficult. While I was checking out and moving my stuff downstairs one of the cleaning ladies noticed my problem. She then carried my baggage downstairs, to my car. I was quite impressed.

We have been coming to this hotel for four or five years because our son lives across the street. When we first started to stay here it had something of a "ify" reputation; we stayed any way because of the proximity to our son's home -- literally across the street.
About two years ago the ownership changed and so did the hotel. The rooms were renovated--- bathrooms update, new paint most importantly new beds. We stay here three or four times a year and every time we come something else has bee added or updated. This visit we noted that a new patio area in the shade has been added -- so very nice !
The people who work here are awesome-- friendly, accommodating and professional. This especially includes the woman who works at he front desk and the woman who prepares the breakfast (sorry I don't remember their names)!
This hotel is now good for family travelers and the anyone who needs a decent place to stay.
We are looking forward to our next stay, probably in August.

I had to go to South Carolina on Thursday 4/26 for a funeral. I made the reservations on hotels.com for Thursday, 4/26, Friday 4/27. We decided to stay another night. I called the front desk Friday night and told them we were staying an additional night, and asked if the room we have was available another night. I was told it was and given the price. I asked if I should come down now and pay. I was told to come down by 11am on Saturday. I called the front desk Saturday morning at 09:30 and told them i needed to come down and pay for the additional night. The woman at the front desk said i could come down by noon. While was in the lobby some man came to our room, knocked once and walked right in while my wife was in bed. He asked if we were staying another night. I told the front desk Friday night we were staying another night! On top of that, after we checked out Sunday morning i received a voicemail from the woman at the front desk saying a couple pillows were missing from our room and we needed to return them or pay for them! My wife called the hotel. We were literally driving by the hotel on our way home. I told my wife we should stop by and let them look in our car! To make matters even worse, i get notified by my credit card company that the hotel put a hold on an additional $93.20, the price of the additional night stay. I paid with my card with the chip terminal. The front desk said they dont know anything about the charge. What a mess!!!

I did not stay overnight at this property. When I drove up after a long trip
I was quiet disappointed at what I saw. First, there was a sign that said
they had just renovated rooms. From the looks of the exterior and the
piles of construction materials outside, I was uncertain if the renovation
was complete. Also, the onsite photos did not show that the rooms were
only accessible from the outside. I do not feel safe when I am traveling
alone and must enter from the exterior of the building.

Thank you for meeting my needs
We were in Greer, SC to get my electric scooter lift serviced. The location was great - extremely convenient. - a VERY comfortable bed. The room was wheelchair accessible. The bathroom was a genuinely handicapped bathroom - the best I've been in at a motel.

Room was clean and fine. TV picture was a bit bad and cable service not so good; looked like an analog picture. Busy road and somewhat hard to get in and out of parking lot. It was dark and I had trouble finding the hotel initially. Breakfast was reasonably good.

Needs more cleaning

Quality Inn Greer SC
Supposed to be a totally non-smoking facility but cigarette odor hit us in the face when we opened the door of our room. One front desk person said they could not give us a different room because they were full, but another person did further checking and changed our room. She also helped us with maps and directions. The breakfasts were good. The coffee makers in the rooms need to be updated. The showers are very slippery and there are no mats or safety grips.

The hotel room was horrible the bed comforter was stained and was not clean, the wood table that the table was on was stained with drop of fluid could have been blood. The bath room tub was not clean nor the shower curtain. The room was just missing the chalk line of a body outline. When we pulled into the parking area outside the main office it looked like some prostitution activities and immigrant workers living at the facility. The main lobby was under construction per the front desk staff I was horrified and went and found another hotel.
Then I returned and gave back my keys and asked for a full refund which I don't show it being on my credit card. This makes me uncomfortable with using Expedia for any other recommendations. I would not recommend this Hotel do anyone. I was afraid to stay there fearing for my life.

I started my quest at comfort inn had to change length of stay and told no rooms available which is wrong. Sent to quality inn was not told about construction going on at hotel. Assigned first two rooms one filled with cig smoke the other had the door open. Went back to desk got two other rooms. My room was not clean and the shower control fell off in my hand. Dirty towels . Told front desk but I left do not disturb sign on door. Tried to contact me. We had no choice but to stay as we passed toilets with water in them in the hallway. Construction inside front door when we arrived didn’t know whether to use another door or not. Breakfast was typical . Still don’t know why we couldn’t stay at comfort inn because I wasn’t coming in on the original day. Makes no sense.

Renovation still underway, bathroom not completed and was let for use. Pool was not usable, it was green with alga you could walk on the surface. Ice machines never had any ice, even at 5:30 am in the early morning.

No house keeping done
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights as a vacation for us both... never again! The whole 7 nights we were there, housekeeping never cleaned our room. We were out most of the day anyway so our “Do not disturb” sign was only on our door between 9-11a.m. They never once came back to clean our room. I notified front desk about this, and nothing changed. I had to constantly ask for new towels. On top of that..construction was going on early in the morning which only added on to more annoyance to our stay. I recommend going somewhere else.

Very Dirty!
Arrived on 2 Mar 2018 for 1 night stay around 11 pm. Clerk gave us key to room 119 - after 3 tries and repeatedly taking the key back for rekeying she realized she had told us (and written down) the wrong room number - the key was to 219! Went into room - toilet had feces on it, sink would not drain, and bed only had a fitted sheet and duvet - did not look any further! Went back to clerk and said room was dirty and we could not stay there. She said the maid was fired that morning (so everyone gets a dirty room I guess). Would not refund money said Expedia had to do it. Called Expedia they said Quality Inn had to do it. Stayed at the Holiday Inn that night (nice hotel). Went back the next day to talk to manager - wasn't there but the women working took notes and said Mr. Patel the manager would call. He never did. Called corporate offices to complain. Health department seriously needs to visit this place. With the flu and other illness going around there is NO excuse for how dirty this room was. Will never return and probably will not use Expedia again. Impossible to get refunds!
