We first noticed smokers standing on both sides of room so it reeked of smoke in and out of our room. The surrounding area looked pretty sketchy so we didn’t feel very safe. The room was comfortable and the shower was great.

Not a good choice when I booked this cheap room.
Very dirty. Floors didn’t look like they were cleaned in a long time - towel was black when used to stand on it after showering.
Also looks like they never cleaned behind the bathroom door or behind the toilet.
Sheets had stains
Mini refrigerator didnt work.
Staff was very friendly and very nice.

When I arrived at the property to check in I was greeted by a bag of unidentified material at the visitor check in counter. The bag was located at the center where a customer would normally check in. The bag appeared to be a trash bag. The contents of the bag weren’t visible so I avoided moving the bag. After checking in I was going to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant next door only to find the front desk service associate asleep at the desk. The breakfast included consisted of nature valley granola bars,one flavor: honey oat, coffee and juice. On the third day of my stay I went out to adventure and came upon a construction crew at the property setting up staging/ scaffolding with no PPE, no signs anywhere. They were operating noisy power tools in total disregard of their surrounding area. But wait there’s more.
On August 20, 2023 I was leaving my room in the a.m. only to find a man loitering next to the garbage disposal container. He was idle with a broom and dust pan in hand just gazing in my direction. I’m glad to possess the ability to defend myself, otherwise I would be in fear of leaving my room.
Up the street past the business, I forgot the name: something to do with escaping room; anyways the fence protecting the land from a freeway invasion appeared assaulted by power tools and trampled.
Overall this isn’t the worst or best experience Encountered in my travel/ vacation.I have been to third world countries with similar circumstances.

One night stay on a personal business trip. Hotel is located directly adjacent to the interstate, and it was very noisy on the third floor so we moved to the first floor which seemed a little more quiet because of a retaining wall between hotel and the highway.

Uncomfortable
It was very uncomfortable with a man next door to us sitting outside the entire time and cooking on a grill. Alot of people hanging around the back door partying, not what we expected at all

The staff was nice. The room was dirty. Hair was on the suppose to be clean towels, more than one towel. The floor was dirty. And lastly there was a roach crawling on the wall. It was a TERRIBLE hotel!!

decent location but hotel needed a good clean
smelled of smoke. although the nice front desk lady offered new room but smaller beds so i stayed in my initial room. left door open for a bit to air it out as best as I could. The TV didnt work. The floor needed mopping.

The constant noise from floors above, roof work taking place, and noise from some garage or plant across the street made it difficult to sleep. In addition I witnessed at least one drug deal and potential drug use while only using the room to sleep in at night. Thankfully there was a recommendation to dead bolt the door for safety, not that I needed that reminder but it helped me know how safe I should feel. I’m grateful my vehicle didn’t get broken into. The term house keeping should be used loosely. The floors were dirty, the sheets and pillow cases were stained, and the shower was in need of desperate repair. I don’t recommend this place and will avoid it next time I’m in Nashville. Spend the extra for a more convenient hotel with none of the crap I mentioned previously.

The only strip of carpet was next to the bed & had about a dozen toenails left on it from previous customer.
Before 8 am roofers started work on the roof scraping off shingles. Being on the top floor, this was loud all day long.
I had the cops try to kick down my door at 12:30 in the morning when I was trying to sleep. I thought someone was trying to rob me. They explained they had a call & heard screaming. They then checked the next door to where I was. 30 minutes later pounded on my door again to check my room. I would not stay here due to it being extremely run down & not by anything other than an extremely loud factory across the street. AC was extremely loud as well.

Moses, the staff member who checked us in, had a great personality and was very friendly. The hotel is currently getting a new roof, so alot of construction noise and debris. Also across the street from a trainyard. The plusses: within 15 minutes to the airport, 25 to the mall. Beds were clean and comfy.

If your just looking for a place to sleep at night it was okay. Beds are super uncomfortable. Extremely dirty. Crumbs all over our floors. No breakfast or pool. But you get what you pay for. Really amazing escape room right next door though!

Reception went well. Room was minimal but that was by choice. The air conditioner was louder than he outside environment. Check out went well. This Red Roof was chosen for its short drive to Vanderbilt University Hospital. Overall no complaints stay was satisfactory.

Could have done without the Plus
Well I know what the plus stands for in Red Roof inn Plus. It means + a 💩💩 attitude. We were driving back from Florida, due to multiple wrecks, construction, & interstate closure, our 9 hour drive became 13. We called to let them know we were still coming. When we arrived it was 430a. We were exhausted. We asked if we could have a late check out & they extended it an hour. We hung the do not disturb and basically collapsed, didn't even undress. At 10a, someone knocked on the door, waking us up. Then at 11a, again knocked, waking us up. Mind you we didn't have to check out til 12 so we could have slept another 30 minutes. Then at 1115, The phone started ringing! Rudely letting us know check out was at 11. We reminded him it was 12. The response, well it is almost time! We said we would be out at 12, which we were. My husband checked us out. Then we were sitting in the parking lot keying in our destination, when a woman wearing gloves started hollering at us. We rolled down the window to see what was wrong. She said we had to be out of the room. We said we are, we are in the parking lot. She just glared at us. Then a man with an equally disagreeable look came around the corner and they started complaining loudly about us in another language, gesturing toward the vehicle.
The bed was super comfortable and the room was ok. It definitely had been smoked in before and the ac was so-so. But due to the staff I would never recommend staying in this hotel

Do not waste your time or money here. Refrigerator-molded, towels & bedding-stained, non-smoking room-smelled like smoke, microwave-dirty, sockets & lights-half-assed worked. I slept on top of the covers and was still itching all night. You definitely get what you pay for!

Unsatisfied with one night stay.
Check in was easy. Initial room condition was good.
Air conditioner - one fan speed
Bathtub - rounded slippery bottom that made it difficult to stand safely.
Hair dryer - was not clean. Had a black residue on the handle
Coffee maker in room - did not work.
Beds were comfortable.
Not enough towels for 3 people, however, I went to the front desk and was provided extra towels.
We checked out at 7:00 a.m. and there wasn't ANY coffee in the lobby. There was an automatic dispenser that had a greyish/muddy water that it would dispense.
The concrete walkways outside the motel had all the stains of whatever was spilled on them since the motel was built. This facility has a very dingy appearance and feel.
Overall, I would rate this motel a 4 out of 10 stars.

Pet friendly, has area for pet walks. Staff is friendly, and dont disturb you. Everything was very clean. TV signal was week, but I didn't have time to watch it anyway. I would stay here from now on.

I don’t expect a lot from budget motels but there are normally minimum standards for properties under Red Roof Inn. Headquarter should run an inspection of this Nashville location as it probably falls short of their requirements. Tv wasn’t operational and staff ended up saying there was nothing they could do. I will make sure to avoid Red Roof Inns fir the time being.

Simply not worth the cost. Room was not clean enough for me to feel like I should take off my shoes. King room was incredibly small. Sink was streaked with dirt. Check-in was fine, but lots of signs in the lobby that indicate there are lots of problems with who uses this hotel. Didn't mind the highway noise, but my room was right next to the ice machine or a place that staff use. Area around the hotel is bleak, industrial, doesn't feel great to drive through. Would recommend other places in the area that are a similar price.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, amenities were adequate, staff was friendly and the property was well kept. Overall my stay was great.
The location was my only issue. On one side you have the noise of a major interstate and the other side faces some sort of factory that operates 24hrs. You can hear trucks passing and machinery at work. Bring ear plugs.

No continental breakfast even though advertised as such. Very noisy all night with highways, interstate, railway, and metal plant across the street. Staff was not very happy ever and acted like you make my job so much harder every time you asked anything. My room key kept resetting sometimes more than once a day.

The air conditioning unit was so loud that you couldn't hear the TV. TV was off set from bed so you had to look at it from side view. The re were several people just walking around the hotel that looked suspicious for illegal activities. Sink was installed correctly and water waa flowing behind it. Several hairs noted on sheets. Wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely nothing but a granola bar at breakfast even the juice was not available. For a red roof plus they were supposed to have breakfast options and there was absolutely nothing no bread no toaster nothing. No cereal no waffles not sure what’s going on at this location.

Check in staff was very friendly, prompt and professional. Nice people. Cleaning staff gave smiles when I was noticed walking by.
The common areas, hallways and elevator were dirty. Elevator floor was prettt bad along with hallways leading to room.
Room was fair sheets were clean. Not a bad place for the money. Train yard across the street and brakes squeaking 24 hrs a day, but wasn’t bad inside the room.
Not a bad place if you don’t mind kinda boring surroundings.

Welcome to the Jungle.
As long as you don't mind the smell of weed smoke and the horrendously outdated rooms, which are kept only sparsley maintained at best on a bi-annual (once every two years) basis, located in the heart of an industrial complex, with no availability of a roll away or crib, you'll be fine.
But hey, upgrade to the "premium" room to make sure you get your graham crackers and single serve orange juice.

The location was perfect for my needs. The room was fine, except for one maintenance issue, the a/c unit started dripping water. It was around midnight, so I shut it off and toweled up the water. One cleanliness issue, the stairs and walkways need a good pressure washing. Front desk people were nice.
