Shower head
Shower head needs replace. Its have water rust contamination or replace for a new one.
The couch needs deep cleaning.

Fantastic Place!
This was a great place to stay! My 2 dogs even loved it. We have been traveling for nearly 3 weeks and our dogs have not taken to a room like they did this one. It was very clean, wide open and super comfortable. I wish i had stayed at this chain in my prior places. Very, Very nice!
Oh..... they also have a "Share" locker that has games, mixers and other essentials you may want to use. BRILLIANT!!!

I loved the ease of the check-in and check-out process; on both occasions, it took less than 5 minutes. Also, there was ample parking, great dining options and locations, and the cleanliness was excellent.

Musty smell, hair in the bath towels, person at front desk was less than friendly. Many signs with rules such as taking out own trash and the air conditioning needs time to restart due to ecofriendly

Quick trip
The room was clean and it was pretty quiet during our stay. Parking easy to find and many food choices were available nearby. I would book this hotel again.

Nasty smoking room
Requested king size and got a double. Room smelled like stale cigarettes and nasty disgusting. Parking lot unless you are in the first few spots is a long walk with a baby. When I called to say the room was no good I was just offered to check out with no refund. I won’t ever stay at another candle wood

Rooms need updating
The room was clean but the rooms look old and run down. For almost $200 a night this room was a disappointment. I could wait to leave out.

I Like my room the staff was excellent and nice, the only thing I didn't like was they place someone in the room across from mine wit a puppy that was whining and barking all day and night. So the next time I stay there hopefully i can request me be in a peaceful spot so I can truly enjoy my stay

Delivered short of expectations
Selling point for this hotel was that it offered a kitchenette. Unfortunately, I'd hardly call it a kitchenette considering the size of the stove top, the counter top space, and availability of silverware/ pots/ pans. Aside from that, the hotel is a bit dated, but not more than its competitors. Cleanliness is acceptable; comfort was okay; location was in fact great; bathroom had a tub/shower, so that is a plus for some, I'm sure; size of room was decent - the furniture pieces were a little cramped together, but it does have a full size closet and full size dresser. I'd stay here again if I wanted to stay in this price range.

Only weekly housekeeping, no free breakfast, had to ask desk for hangers ( there were none in closet) and shampoo. When I went in bathroom, it only had 2 small bars of soap.

The hotel staff and customer service were very nice and professional. The room was extremely cold and the carpet could use a good deep cleaning, but other than that, the room that we stayed in was clean and the bed was very soft and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the location of the hotel was very close to shopping centers and different places to go have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Love the room layout and size. Very pet friendly and helpful staff. The little convenience store is nice but not a lot of info on how to purchase items. I had to ask and heard others ask the desk as well.

I was staying at another hotel in the area, it was awful. I got on with hotels com and secured a room with the candlewood, it had to be pet friendly. It was perfect ,clean, friendly, and comfortable.

This property is very dated. It needs remodeling. When we first checked in the room smelled badly and the toilet did not work. We were given deodorizer and told that this hotel except pets. They changed our room eventually but the bed was old and had dents in it. I will never stay here again.

When we arrived the price was 63% higher than the Expedia reservation, and the room was a studio with 2 queens, not the Suite with a king. After 45 minutes of waiting while the clerk tried to resolve the problem, we were frustrated enough that we just used our laptop in the Candlewood lobby and made a reservation at the Hyatt Downtown Sumter, drove 12 minutes to get there, and were in our room within 5 minutes. Sorry Candlewood, would like to have tried you out, but the problem solving at this location was sorely deficient and left us disappointed.

Overall decent place, dollar for dollar I think it’s a bit overpriced, no breakfast, weekly housekeeping. I stay at a hotel 3 doors down, $10 a night more and I get full breakfast, daily housekeeping in a brand new hotel..

We booked this hotel last minute, as we couldn't make it through the storm (my boyfriend's base lifted the evacuation notice at the worst time). We arrived late and swamped. The man at the desk wasn't too super friendly, but it was late and he did his job well. We got to our room, and it was gorgeous. Full kitchen, nice bathroom, a large office desk for me to do my classwork on. I would absolutely stay again. They made sure accommodations were above comfortable during the terrible weather!
