I LOVE how clean the room is. Also, the manager made sure we knew the closet door to our room because my father is disabled. The only thing I don’t like is they have no rooms with two beds for families that have a disabled person with them and need the ADA room. We had to stay in a regular room and can’t give my father a shower and it is hard to get him off the toilet.

Great value for money, location convenient, staff friendly, free breakfast and free parking. Beds are abit stiff for my preference but they are probably new and just need some usage. Overall great room. Would definitely come back.

Ghost town customer service
No customer service!!! Called the desk many times to get Wi-Fi & no one answered. Went to the front desk to get Wi-Fi information several times 2 days in a row & it was a ghost town. Where was everyone hiding? Finally at 3:00 one afternoon, I finally found someone. The Wi-Fi information is stamped on your info but you can’t even read it.

Management was attentive to our concerns. Addressed our needs and the night we checked in, they started their “no pet” policy & they accommodated us. Our dog gave them a good reason for allowing him to stay on their property. I also liked that they weren’t rushing you to eat your breakfast as they need to cut it off right at 9 or 10 am. They were very accommodating. Thank you.

Could be cleaner
Coffee creamer looked coagulated all 3 days I was there. Breakfast was not the best looking to the eye.
Elevator was down on the last night I was there.
The sleep area was clean and updated, but the vanity before entering the bathroom had brown splattered stuff on the wall. CLEAN THE WALLS! It was on both the left and right side of the vanity. Also, lots of lime build up in the shower. These things are an easy fix with the right cleaning team!
Staff was extremely friendly! They will be my reason to ever book again.

The room was ok except there was no easy chair like there always is in the rooms
And the carpet edge or rather the plastic that holds the carpet edge was broken and we had to be careful not to trip on it.

Holiday trip
I went down to the Phoenix area for the Thanksgiving holiday. I had a very pleasant experience at the Comfort Inn. My check in was very pleasant. My room very clean and confortable. Any issues that I had were taken care promptly by the gracious lady at the desk and the staff. It was in a good location for my needs and I would happily stay there again when Im in the area. It was a 3 day trip.

The stay was cool but the mattress was dirty... really dirty on the sides and the top and didnt have a mattress cover on it. Didnt notice until my second day because the sheet was on properly but after sleeping on the bed i noticed the next morning. I would stay again but they should get new mattresses or atlest mattress covers.

It was nice for the price we paid. Had a late check in an they were very understanding. But you might want to be sure you remind them in morning about your 2 hour late check out or cleaning service will keep coming to check if you out.

Staff tried hard but the location is miles from anywhere in an industrial/commercial zone. No chance of walking to a nice dinner. Breakfast is poor and the quantity of single use plastic in cutlery, wrappings and cups is truly unconscionable.

Hotel was Trash
The hotel was not as described in pics on the website. There was carpet missing outside the door. There wasn’t a chair in the room. No body wash. People played loud music all night. Extremely dissatisfied. Wish I could have my money back.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and stayed here one night and the room was excellent. Our only complaint was the sliced hot dogs served with the scrambled eggs for breakfast. Seriously, who’s idea was that? Otherwise, great stay

The young lady at check in was very polite and friendly. I had called earlier to see if we could check in early to use the pool. She answered and said of course, just let her know when we arrived. She recognized us by my second request at the front desk and said we could go to our room already. Super friendly.
The room was fine. Could've been vacuumed a little better. There was a water bottle cap under the sink and dirty between the nightstand and bed.
Over all it was a good stay. I thought the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
We would stay there again if our plans called for it.

Hotel was just what we needed for the night. There was a water issue and elevator stopped working but they had it fixed ASAP and offered assistance with luggage until the elevator could be fixed. Even though partially under construction breakfast area was acceptable and food was good with nice variety

This is not a 5 star hotel. None of the Comfort Inns I have stayed in are. But for the price it really is a value. The breakfast bar always has make your own waffles or pancakes and some sort of eggs and breakfast meats along with your typical continental breakfast. Rooms are clean. Bed is really comfortable and staff is nice. I know. Sounds like 5 star right? Just not fancy but wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or at any other Comfort Inn.

Nice getaway.
It was really pretty. Nice pool and a place to do your laundry. The breakfast was delicious and the people are really friendly. 🙂 the bed feels like I'm sleeping on clouds and the TV is big and I loved watching movies in the nice air conditioning.

Everything a guest would want in cleanliness, quiet and facilities. The bed (king) was fine for me but my wife felt it was not the best. The breakfast is basic juices, cereals, breads, scrambled eggs, sausage and a waffle maker. Great for a quick launch in the AM. The service was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful staff, including the cleaning folks. The later even turned in a valuable item accidentally left in our room after checking out. The owner personally called to inform us and we recovered it. So thankful for their staff’s honesty!! Definitely a place I’ll stay again!

For a budget motel, Comfort Inn was okay. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant.
The breakfast room was well supplied our first morning, but each of the following 2 mornings the yogurt and bread options were not replenished.
There were always many people smoking marijuana outside in the designated smoking areas.

Checking in was good. I believe her name was Ashley and she was very pleasant. When I got to the room, I tried closing the drapes but they were designed NOT to close! I did not understand why they were like this?!? There were shears but what is I wanted the room to be dark??? Next I tried to use the safe but, after having some issue opening, I noticed it wasn’t even secured (attached) to anything! Why even have a safe?? One lamp didn’t have a lightbulb and the phone took some jiggling to make it work. And lastly, while sitting in the chair, I heard a bubbling coming from the bathroom area. I ran over to see that water (and some disgusting substances) were coming up from the sink!! It was very nasty but thankfully it didn’t smell. I did notify the front desk of what happened.

Liked the breakfast options, but breakfast dining area could've been larger. Room ordered through Expedia (Double Queen Beds) wasn't available when got to hotel but on-site manager was able to rectify the next day. White towels were dingy looking, bed spread (comforter) didn't seem changed from last guest - found hair in bedding. Bed wasn't made up daily by staff even though towels were replaced, had to make request to ensure bed would be made daily - stayed for 4 nights. Loved that cold bottled water was complimentary upon request at front desk. Loved that On-site Management was friendly, but staff - no so attentive.

The first room they gave us was not clean and the beds were not made. Getting the second room we noticed how very dated the room was. The sink made a terrible noise throughout our stay, very annoying!!!
We also noticed some dog kibbles underneath the bathroom counter that was missed during the cleaning process.

Good night rest, beds were comfortable, room was nice and warm. Cleanest room that I have been in. When checking out the next day. Room next door was being cleaned and I smelled pine sol. I have never known to smell pine sol coming from housekeeping in a hotel room.

Had to wait to check in ..clerk was outside smoking.Upon check in we asked if we needed the room for next night ...was it avail? She said it looks like it. I asked what the rate was.. her response was I don't know I don't work weekends.
We were assigned a handicap room for what reason is unknown.
Lots of remodeling going on with a lot of disturbance. Also the air conditioner and the refrigerator in the room both sound like they are ready to blow up. Obviously we did NOT stay the second night. Overall our stay was NOT pleasant.

Leaking toilet on the floor, tv remote’s didn’t work- tried 3 different ones still didn’t work. Furniture in the room was dirty and disgusting.
Rooms very small.
Very nice staff and understanding!! Maintenance requested in that room 2 weeks ago and still wasn’t fixed. We were able to check out and go somewhere else.
