Strong smoke smell. Floor needs scrubbing, fabric on beige chair dirty with hole, desk chair had animal scratch marks in fabric, hole in switch in bathroom, corners not clean. On the good side, painted walls, pictures, drapes and other furniture was nice. Nice lights. Would not stay there again.

The property has multiple drug dealers wandering around throughout the night. Floors are sticky, tub had stains, bathroom door had damage from someone punching it. Complex has strange rules about parking and an armed security guard that rovers around to chase homeless away.

The ac unit kept shutting off so it was foy in the room, bathroom the tub was rusty and no plug to take a bath, big red ants coming out of bathtub drain, toilet seat looks like a dog was chewing on it and homeless people hanging around. The pool was filled up with dirt.

Not my best stay.
Honestly the service could've been way better the person at the counter had an attitude with my fiance he was highly rude the tone in his voice was extremely rude, also it's like he made the house keepers hurry up just because we had to keep checking to see if our room was ready we booked around 1 waited almost 2 hours for our room to be cleaned the security there said they had been cleaning all day not sure what was going on there but the room was definitely rises to be cleaned door had peeling paint burn marks on the toilet scratches on the floors

The mattress was litterly a boxspring, the walls were dirty, the paint was so ugly. Like the landlord special you see where they paint over the light switches and bugs. Bathroom was not like in the pictures at all. Honesty so awful.

Nasty hotel.
This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. There were roaches in the room. Room wasn't clean. Nobody at front desk to check out. Front desk clerk that checked me out was very rude. Drug dealers in parking lot all night long.

Very disappointed, don’t waste your money.
Place was dirty, smelled bad, toilet took ten minutes to refill after flush, bed was uncomfortable. Stain on sheets and on curtain. Office couldn’t supply an additional towel for my son. Very disappointing. 2:30 a.m. there was a fight in parking area between two women in front of our room. Overpriced.

The sheets seems really dingy, there were not enough towels and facecloths. You would turn in your dirty towel and rags but they did not have enough to give you clean ones until the laundry was complete.

Overall, probably the most dirty hotel I've stayed in. Mattresses looked to have had bed bugs in recent history. Sheets and linens had holes in them. Other unexplainable stains as well. The bathroom door has a hole in it with a bad patch job. Not to mention it wouldn't lock. Also there were roaches.

the pictures on the website was very misleading. rooms dirty, locks on the doors very loose.... looks like people were dealing drugs. we were in the room only 5 minutes and left. room smelled dirty. I never complain but this was unexceptable....

Very disturbing never going back
For the most part if I stayed in the room it was fine but there was a death / murder Sunday morning the cops were there all day and a lot of illegal activities and the staff was very loud and rude the wifi was non existent I will not ever go back for the $$ I paid I don't want those problems

Picture on the website of Red Roof Inn is not what you see when you reach the location. Awful experience. That hotel should be closed. We checked out in less than five minutes after inspecting the property. Words cannot explain or describe what was visual to your eyes.

This hotel needs to be shut down. It is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are too busy scoring drugs from the patrons to take care of any concerns you may have. People were outside in the parking lot and hallway screaming all night long. Someone got stabbed at this location a few days ago. Not a pleasant experience at all.

The first room that the man put me in and did not have refrigerator microwave I said that was fine but the room was completely stank and sharika mildew wreaked of it it was horrible and the discount for the $55 I wind up getting charged $94 so much for hotels.com so when I went back in the office a young lady that was in there she's amazing she need to find her another job she's too amazing to be at this hotel I promise you that's the truth she got me another room and it had a microwave in the refrigerator that guy was just being a smart-ass I'm just telling you like it is

My room was very dirty. Don’t think it’s been mopped in months. I was wondering about the sheets when I got there. I asked for a late check out. The cleaning lady asked if I could hand her just the fitted sheet and towels. There was 2 fitted sheets and a sheet and comforter to cover up. They all had dirty sports on them. I handed her everything. And ran out of toilet paper. Took an act of God to get more.

Seemed clean enough and comfortable but maintenance of bathroom tile floor and other accessories was deplorable. Had some very convenient touches eg little blue “night lights “ on outlet boards on nightstands acting effectively. Bed was quite comfortable. Were told by locals neighborhood has bad reputation.

I won't be back at the Redroof inn
Everything was fine until i realized that my Curtains had 3 cut in the middle & when i went to take a shower my foot towel had dirty stains on it & the shampoo bottle was used. I went to the front desk to complain but it was nothing that she can do because house keeping was gone for the day. I didn't realize that my cover had 2 burn wholes in it until the next morning when I was getting ready to go pick up my load. Great price but not a great stay.

This property is run down. The room had roaches and bed bugs. The condition of the hotel was horrible. There was a lot of prostitution and people on drugs roaming the area and parking lot of the hotel. Very noisy and people fighting in the parking lot.

I liked the fact that the room did not have carpet but had laminate flooring but it could have been cleaner. I did not like having to go through trash and through areas that smelled of smoke and/or weed when going to my room.

I would not stay here again due to drugs, The prostitution it is not a family safe place and Management is involved in giving rooms to prostitutes and making a percentage off of them and you cannot get out of your vehicle without being approached about drugs it’s a very dangerous place

First walked into front office no one was present for at least 5mins. Front desk rep was somewhat friendly, however that was least of my problems. First there were people just hanging around outside like an apartment complex. Once night fall hit it was like a revolving door of shady people. Had my door knocked on 2xs in the middle of the night once at 2am and again at 4am looking for someone. They guy was drunk and high off who knows what but at this point my wife wasn’t comfortable sleeping there so we packed up and left at 4:30am. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here unless your comfortable with the party life style. Although there wasn’t any loud music but there sure was a bunch of shady people

We stay at this redroof in sometimes i think they need improvement on all rooms and bathrooms entire room tubs have rust holes in doors in restrooms sometimes the bed sheets are really cleans stains on matress my birthday stay entire cable was out seriously i get outtage but they should have either gave me a huge discount or another free night im stile not ok they customer service is not good leave the front desk wide open and just walk out just keep it guarded if have to step away for safetey issues

The Manager D.K. is awesome and very friendly. He's extremely helpful and truly seems to care about his guests and his property. The only issues I have had is that the pool is not at all useable, and the housekeeping staff is very rude and doesn't like to give any of the things needed for the room. I need an extra towel for my hair as it is to my waist and I also needed to have my sheets washed and she told me only on Tues and Thur an it was Fri so I had to sleep on dirty sheets until the following Tues.

My room was issued to another guest after check in and given a key. Then at 11 o clock at night I had people banging on my door screaming I was in their room. Cops everywhere. Loud. Holes in the comforters and stains on the sheets. I felt unsafe here with my 7 year old daughter and left the next morning.

This place was in a very unsavory part of town. Appeared to have transient long term residents mulling around outside and sitting on steps. Grounds were not taken care of very well. Room was dirty, worn and stained. We left and traveled to a different hotel. Very disappointed.

Terrible experience
Hotel.com offered me a non-smoking room. The room smelled of cigarettes and I am asmathic and could stay there, my husband went to ask for a different room and this one was worse. We had to leave and the person tending the counter was not very understanding of my condition. I would never go to that hotel ever, and I am very disappointed with this site for offering such a bad hotel.

I chose a no smoking room and it smelled like smoke plus my bed sheets had burnt spots. Ask for another clean sheets cleaner ask if I needed them washed explain there was burnt holes and she they are in back order! The microwave didnt work n was missing the turning plate. I seen a baby roach as well. Rly disappointed with payinf 90 dollars a night.

It's like a family here not your average high class by the rules ass hole hotel that keeps your deposit or what have you...we like many lost our homes and wound up in places or displaced as we were but through harder times than ever we were treated like humans and given opportunities like such it's a community in itself here almost like an apartment complex and should be given a second chance like most of us that deserve it and they're trying to uphold a standard most just don't have anymore and yet they still maintain courteous and moral I give kudos here give them a second chance I love it

This hotel needs to be remodeled ASAP location is great but the hotel should be a 0 star. The pool looks like a swamp. The first room was supposed to be non-smoking but when we enter the room it smelt like a tobacco factory. The second room it looks like Mike Tyson was having a fight in the room because it was so many holes in the wall. Oh I forgot to say the drug dealers that living on the first floor. You will think it’s apartment complex not a hotel I thought we were in the movie New Jack City. If you’re coming here with family run. And this hotel is nonrefundable so stay at your own risk. Make sure you have your firearm and your concealed weapons permit because you’re going to need it.

Been going there for few different times before pandemic its ok but i go redroof cause we on bus plus its restaurants and stores to walk to other then that hotel needs to be redone its roaches rust on tubs sheets and comforter has cigarette stains i mean the wipe things down but their rooms very outdated ac unite some cant see numbers to use cool or heat no coffe or tea makers in rooms trust me i have had better rooms there i get they low on workers and everything but make the rooms freasher they need to redo every darn room all over for what they charge it need to get better service

The property is deftly not as depicted. The rooms are old and dirty sheets were dirty the bathroom was dirty. The lobby of the hotel is not what's on the pictures for the website. There are plenty of activities to do around the hotel but there's also a lot of sketchy people around the hotel. The place looks run down and not taken care of.

My time here was very bad. I had to switch rooms. Every night my neighbors would blast music. The rooms were very dirty and bugs would come out the walls sometimes. The room service was horrible. The rooms smelled like smoke all the time.

You get what you pay for
Not the best area of town and seems like there is a lot of shady activity at this hotel. Definitely would not recommend for families or women traveling alone.
Also, I had a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke. There was a cigarette stain on the blanket, so maybe it was a non-smoking room and they don't segregate bedding between smoking/non. Should have washed them, of course, but maybe that isn't god enough.

Nasty, dirty, yuck!! Floors were so filthy. I had to wash the desk chair before we could sit on it .The entire bathroom was so disgusting . The beige floor tile was dark gray all around the edges. Moldy smell everywhere. I slept with a sheet over my face.
