Our room was clean, aside form a bit of hair in the bathroom, updated, & comfortable. Some noise from adjoining room in the middle of the night, but I just went back to sleep. Near to our destination, good restaurant right on the corner, easy on & off the highway.
We would stay again.

Everything was decent as expected for a low rate hotel. The only problem was the front desk customer service was terrible…and this was my third stay and altercation with the same employee. That needs to be addressed immediately please and thank you!

I paid for the premium deluxe room with the snacks and when i walked in the room.. there weren't any. There was white powder residue on the phone, weed by the sink and what looked like semen on one of the over the bed lights..i cakes the front desk from my cell a couple of times with no luck..i left because i was so disgusted.

It is really quite near Shopper's World and Target, but there is some difficulty with sidewalks for about 1/2 mile heading away West toward Natick.
However, there is a Cumberland Farms and a Dunkin Donuts right next door, and it is pretty close to a bike trail.

Also had to leave a week early because my father passed away and I had to make it back to his house for funeral arrangements, still they refused to give me a refund.

There isn't even a hair dryer.
The bedding was itchy and uncomfortable.
However, it's economical and will do if you just need a place to sleep and freshen up.

This hotel was as basic as it gets, no fridge, no microwave, no hot tub or pool. It was loud because of how close to the street it is and being in a large area. It did not disrupt our sleep though. It felt clean and the check in process and parking was quick and easy. It is close to Boston and not difficult to get to. You are close to many dining options by foot or car. The only thing that bothered me really is that I could see the outside through the door. I hate that! They could really use some weather stripping on the door.

Shocking that a hotel like this could cost nearly $200 a night. The room was fine aside from a slightly dirty fitted sheet (which was amended right away). Bed was ok but the pillows were like rocks. Maybe it’s just the area that makes it so pricy but I’ve stayed in way better for less or the same price.

Not a fun time.
The property is old and in need of an upgrade for the price they charge. Paint peeling off the ceiling over the bed no working heat only AC. Loud machine noise from outside room making the room vibrate. I would expect this from a place that charges 50.00 not one that charges 150.00 a night.

The room was fine for the price, the parking lot was somewhat difficult to get in and out of, supposed to be a non-smoking facility, but there was definitely smoking happening directly outside rooms and due to wall unit AC, it was very noticeable

Don't take room (128 plus others) that has door used to adjoin to rooms together. This locked door provides ZERO noise barrier. Complained to desk about very loud family. They called them but they ignored request to keep it down.

The location is off a highway, so unless you’re driving or use taxi, there’s very little dining option on foot. But that’s offset with the economical lodging price. All in all, good value.

I had stayed a Red Roof Inn in New York and enjoyed it. I chose the a Red Roof Inn in Framington, Ma because of that. This particular facility is very run down and needs attention. The room smelled poorly and the next morning I tried to use the shower, it only trickled down. The worst issue was that when I reported the issues, I received an apology however, I was made to feel like my concerns were unfounded and my fault. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this facility until the rooms are in proper working order. My experience has been very frustrating and people have a right to know that prior to deciding to use this facility.

I was satisfied with most of my stay. My one and major complaint about this location was the false advertisement about breakfast. When I was searching for a hotel, I clicked free parking and free breakfast on the amenities check list. On the website it states this Red Roof Inn location offered free continental breakfast. But I was only offered instant coffee. I was very disappointed because that was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel. I feel cheated because I found hotels that were less expensive in the area that offered the same amenities, but I chose to pay extra to get the continental breakfast. I feel that the website hasn't been updated because it is very inviting to customers like myself to book a room at your location thinking we will be getting a comforting breakfast in the morning but we're not. This false advertisement should be corrected right away. For this reason I have to admit that you will be losing a customer in me. I do travel often and I will be sure to avoid any Red Roof Inn because of this experience.

Disappointing hotel room
The beds were too soft and uncomfortable, the air conditioning was very loud, making it very difficult to fall asleep, and the sink was clogged up.

Yuck!
Multiple flies in the room. I had to open door in hopes they would fly out but did not happen. Light over sink didnt work either. Most importantly the bed covering and pillow cases stained and torn along with bath towels.
I had to sleep with a hat and all my clothes on in fear of something worse.
The grounds are more than dirty and upkeep is basics.
I will of course never stay there again. I feel my $125 was an extreme amount to pay for such a low class facility.

Hotel has gone downhill for the price
It would have been ok but there was a 50 dollar deposit that I still have yet to be refunded that was not advertised on your website. The front desk was very rude about it when I said I was unaware. They said they refunded me when I checked out today but yet to see it in my account. There were unsupervised children running around all night waking my dog. Was woken up at 8 am and 10 am with knocks on my doors from housekeeping even though check out was 11 am. Also they were handing out food right in front of my room to migrants. I took pictures I couldn’t believe it it was so loud. All around terrible. Used to love this hotel. My dog hated it

Easy, clean and convenient
Easy check in and parking, right at exit ramp of I90. Everything seemed new and very clean in our room. Not a luxury stay, but an excellent basic room when you just need an overnight place to sleep and shower.

I knew what I was getting when i chose this hotel, or at least I thought I did. The first room they gave us had an AC unit that sounded machine gun fire and when I told the front desk their first response use was "well n one else complained" then I was told they have not other rooms to give me. I told them if that was the case i needed to look at moving to a different motel. about 10 minutes later the manager called me and offed to move to to a "deluxe room" which I accepted.

Horrid! The sheet was used: stained and wrinkled. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Used soap and towel still there.
I had to sleep in my clothes on a coat.
Please provide a full refund.

We were booked in a room facing the highway and not in a safe place. Lots of questionable people maybe working hourly at this site. Never used to be this way. Lots of noise, no amenities, possibly housing for illegal aliens/ homeless brought to mass from the border. Very shady. I’d never stay here again.

Rooms are tiny, claimed they slept 4.I wouldn't want to try yo have 4 people sit inside this room let alone sleep on 2 double beds. Floor was sticky. The washcloths were threadbare.

Easy to reach property from Interstate. Property is clean. Bed is comfortable. For the price though would expect a micro fridge & microwave when you feel more like resting than finding a restaurant.

Great room at a great price
The room was spacious and very clean. It looked as if it had recently been refurbished. The bed was very comfy and the linens were nice and soft. I was a very late arrival and the front desk clerk, Patty, went out of her way to get me settled quickly and with a nice snack. Now that's customer service!

* Room contained 2 packets of sugar for 3 people for 9 days. Room contained a tiny one-gallon garbage can. On Day 4 (when roomservice was to arrive), I asked for sugar, garbage can, and 3 clean towels. Instead I got Splenda, no can, and towels with black grease and MORE giant black hair on them!!
* Charges you a fee for a safe that you never use. You must ask for the refund after they charge you even though you never possessed the combination. Total scam.
* 0/10!!!

The room was underwhelming.
The bed sheet needed to be changed the day after we arrive as I found a stain in the sheet. The room was really too small for us we kept on making way for each other when passing the bed. We had ask for & sign out a hair dryer. Because it was a standard room there was no mini fridge or did it have an iron & ironing board which we had to sign out for. We'll need a bigger room next trip.

Pretty decent for the price ! The front desk worker was the best part she was so sweet and efficient. The police were posted outside when we first arrived which was interesting lol but no bed bugs (we checked) and I got a good nights rest so it was perfect for me!

My room was not clean. The light over the mirror had a shortage and the A/C was not working properly. We had to request hand towels and wash clothes. I feel that those should be automatic. The snacks they gave us were nice.

Decent for a short-term stay.
The best way to describe this property is to say that it's priced correctly and therefore a value relative to the other local options. It's a decent, clean place, but I wouldn't be as comfortable for a longer than one-night stay (as we arrived late at night, crashed and then left early the next morning).
Also, we saved something like $9 by taking the standard room (because were were going to be in late and out early), but I'd recommend springing for the meaningfully larger room.

I have stayed here a couple of times and it is great for me. I have a child at school in Boston and live on the NY side of CT. Sometimes I need to stay over and Boston is way too expensive.

Room was nice and clean but exterior areas are undergoing renovations. When arriving at hotel, staff member had to leave us and walk around the property to find a room for us, which took about 20 minutes. She then came back and said she found a room for us but it was being cleaned and would take another 15 minutes. I thought this was strange since we had a reservation.
