The stay was great but they charged me a $100 deposit which they said they didn’t but it came out of my debit card and have proof and I checked out early and was given a receipt for a credit of $80.46. I haven’t seen the $180.46 credit yet.

The original person that checked us on was a bit standoffish. She was short on answers and was quick to walk off. The room was nice I loved the comfort of the bed. The bathroom was also decent. They served a hot bar breakfast though they coukd have bigger coffee cups for guests. All in all it was a nice stay. I enjoyed the check out women she was fun and kind to talk to.

Mid-Night clerk wasn't friendly at all. Infact he looked like he needed some rest or had already been. He didn't even talk. I greeted him and asked a question about the restaurant next door. What a waste of breath!
Overall my room was quiet and clean. However, the bathroom toliet wasn't clean urine around the rim of the toliet and the entire roll of toliet paper was wet and had been dryed. "Hard as a rock" Thank God for the kleenex.

For the price it was a decent stay. Staff was nice but not very professional in dress and attention. She had a child behind the desk that was playing on a computer. She was wearing a tshirt with an old pop artist on it. I’ve been to some lower end hotels but at least they were in uniform. It bothers me that people in hospitality don’t take pride in their dress anymore But room was nice. Very low water pressure in bathroom

Good experience, with some small changes needed!
Desk chair was broken and I needed to do some computer work and write. Breakfast buffet was mostly empty until it was reported to the front desk person. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom worked as well as the hot water. It was my second time staying here and I’ll be back when in the area.

It was filthy, the beds, the floor, all had crumbs and stains EVERYWHERE. They apparently were doing some sort of construction in the middle of the night keeping EVERYONE including children awake.

Decent location, but dingy and dated
The staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was fine. The rooms were dingy and dirty. The reception had new board games which was fun to do woth the kiddos

Employees were nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice. 15 min drive to the beach and for the price it was worth it. The water pressure in the room was horrible and the rooms could have been a little cleaner.....(sheets were stained, bathroom floor and counters had dirt on them).

TRUTH AND LOVE
Love the hotel. Smelled great. The beds were comfortable. They are very energy efficient there and particular about towels and rags. Also this hotel is passing a toll so if you planning to go to Destin for fun and beaches you’ll pay a toll back and forth. I hated that !!

The facility is clean and we felt safe. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were switched 2x due to an Odor without an issue. The beds are comfortable but the sheets and pillowcases have stained yellow spots. For the price we expected not to have these issues.

Disappointing Experience
I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and sadly, it was a very unpleasant experience from beginning to end.
My biggest gripe was with the attitude of the housekeeping staff. I was abruptly asked to leave the room before the designated check-out time of 11am. Despite it being only 10:55am when they approached me, they insisted that I was past the deadline. When I pointed out the error, rather than receiving an apology for the misunderstanding, there was no acknowledgement or expression of regret from them. I found this incident to be both unprofessional and quite stressful, tarnishing the overall experience considerably.
Beyond this, there were a host of other issues with my stay. The room I was assigned had an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my visit. Despite efforts to air out the room, the smell persisted which contributed to a rather uncomfortable living environment.
Outside, the parking lot was poorly drained and was flooded with water. This made parking and accessing my vehicle inconvenient, not to mention the potential damage that could be done to vehicles.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was marked by a series of unfortunate issues and encounters. There seems to be a significant lack of attention to guest comfort and satisfaction. I would strongly recommend that potential guests consider other accommodation options before deciding to stay here. The hotel needs a significant overhaul in both customer service and facilities maintenance.

Dont Stay Here
Upon check-in i was advised i had to put 100 deposit down even though I had already paid in full through your app. I was was then told my card would not be charged...it was only a hold. Well they took my additional 100 and the the employees are most unhelpful even though they admitted it waa their error..only saying its been processed.
Would definitely not stay here again. Ice machine was also broken.

The property is showing its age. The paint and overall condition of the facility could use an update. The bed was and the chair were comfortable. Would like to see some storage added since there was no place to put clothing or even hang garments. There was a single hanger in the "closet". Probably could have asked for more. Finally, it would be nice to have some variety in the eggs. They were exactly the same each of the four mornings we were there. Not bad, just something to consider.

The manager and staff were very welcoming and acommodating. The breakfast choices were very good and well stocked. The room was clean and appeared as the photos suggest. Quiet and in a good location.

Check in was good and simple. However the rooms could use a better cleaning. Found hair in one of the beds. Spots on the top blanket. Sink needs a good scrubbing as well.

The hotel was renovated cheaply the door you could see light coming threw it my husband found a roach on the wall the person taking care of the breakfast was not friendly no eggs, there was waffles and sausage bagel blueberry muffin coffee was good bed was comfortable

Best value in the Destin area!
Excellent value!No frills property but very clean with an excellent staff!The property is a tad outdated but the free breakfast was good and the parking lot is well lit.The pool looked nice but it is outdoors and still too cold to utilize it.

Pleasantly surprised! Most impressed with the size of the room, which had 3 queen beds, plus a sleeper sofa. Spacious and comfortable for 3 adults and 2 children. Only stayed one night, but would’ve enjoyed staying here longer. Oh, and at an excellent price point too! Will stay here again, for sure!

Stayed for a night. Was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast in the morning was great. Only thing I didn’t like was a $100 deposit upon arrival, when I already paid $82 for the room. I know it’ll get refunded, but it’s odd to deposit more than you paid for the room especially after already paying.

Floor was dirty and had stains from not being cleaned. I got locked out of my room the second day out of the 4 nights I had booked. They charged me twice. But thankfully I got the money back. The breakfast is just sausage, waffles and cereal so it's a good thing waffle house is right next door... The hotel itself had a strange odor. The outside of the building needs cleaned. Oh and not to mention the trash man tried to get us to thoroughly clean our room before checking out. And as far as the workers. They don't seem very professional when I got locked out of my room I asked them is there a reason I'm locked out of my room, they responded with no and put there hand out for my key card. And proceeded to tell me to go jump in pool bc I had rushed all the way down the hallway very upset due to being locked out so I was a tad out of breathe, and I never got an apology for being locked out of my room in the first place

Everything was absolutely terrible and disgusting. My entire family caught bronchitis and they are refusing to give me a refund. The manager is invading my calls and the front desk staff is insubordinate. We are going to have to involve a lawyer this is ridiculous. Do not stay here!
