There was so mucj garbage on the property. I stayed for a week and the same garbage stayed on the ground the whole time. My hallway got vaccumed once. The elevator never got cleaned and there was spit in there.

Our room wasn't ready when we checked-in at 6pm. The shower didn't drain and we could feel the springs in the mattress. My boyfriend woke up with back pain.

Staffs are very nice. Broken walls. Bathroom was dirty with previous guest hair in bathtub. Walls are very thin. No acoustic. You can hear everything from neighbors upstairs to neighbors next door conversation. Pet friendly which results in different dogs barking in the hallway very early in the morning and wake u up. Overall unclean and loud.

The atmosphere is laid back and the price was right at the time. Unfortunately, we had to clean our own room. Found broken glass, eye lashes, and other trash on the floor from previous guests.

The customer service beat most 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond for dining options and shuttle service to the concert. Very Friendly even though they were checking in at least 20 people in the same 30 mins. Bravo Red Roof!

The hotel was nice and convenient since we wanted to be close to Foxborough. We walked to Stop & Shop in the neighboring plaza easily but walking to the nearest restaurant was not as easy. There were no sidewalks heading to the main highway so we had to walk either in the road or on the grass. Not the hotel’s fault at all, just not super convenient. Then a fuse blew and the heater broke after we got soaked at a concert so that was unfortunate… they did have maintenance man flip the switch the next morning and gave us a $100 voucher which we appreciate. Overall a great stay at an affordable price!

Beds were really uncomfortable and the tub and sink were dirty. Staff was friendly. I got there 50 minutes early so asked if room was ready for t was but I would have to pay $25 to check in early. So waited until 3pm like everyone else and stood in line with 20 other people all trying to check in to get to concert. Paid 300 for a be night because it was a concert night and not worth more 75 a night for comfort and cleanliness. Needs updating. I’m be elevator stairs but for emergency exit only and doesn’t go to lobby.

The only thing i can say thay was a sort of issue is that their in only one elevator for the whole.building that all guest and employees use.. so it can make it a wait to be able to get down to the first floor...

We stayed here because we had concert tickets to a show at Xfinity Center. The location has a lot of food choices and shopping nearby. We had trouble with our keys not working everytime we came or went from the hotel, but other than that no other issues.

I booked this hotel for one night and I regretted it. I had to change rooms because the one they put me in had a horrible smell, the cleanliness of the rooms was not good, my foot was sticking to the floor. The room price was expensive and they don't offer breakfast but they leave coffee in the lobby which in my opinion was more water than coffee. I do not recommend this hotel.

Check in was easy and fast. Was t thrilled with first floor room next to stairwell was very loud at night with people partying in in the stairwell and taking loudly. All in all would go back and ask for room not near stairwell.

Disgusting, disappointing and not worth the money.
The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. I had to clean feces off of the toilet seat before we could use it . There was hair all over the floor. When getting ready for bed we pulled down the blankets to find soiled sheets with short black hairs on it. We remained cold through our stay because the climate controls were broken , so we were unable to turn the air off .

Employee at front desk was not paying attention and visibly distracted on their phone in the corner. I had to call out to get their attention to check in which was disappointing. Supplemental information about check in, check out and other amenities was not mentioned by the employee either.

Needs some love and work
We just stayed the hall ways were dirty ,room had a funky odor my wife thought it was the air conditioner unit,but it was coming from bathroom i thought ,the bed was comfortable sheets were clean ,the pool was working but i had to sweep out hairs and other debris friday night ,the room was quiet not a lot of noise after we would get to sleep.I thinkmjust needed some tlc to get it up to respectable again for customers.

Enjoyed our stay, very spacious room. We had a poolside suite, however when it was bed time we went to fold out the sofa bed for my son and it was drenched in urine, and dirt. It smelled so bad. Called the front desk and the women working came in and just tried re-making it. I told her it needed a deep cleaning and not to bother making it as my son would not be laying anywhere near it. Although she apologized no compensation, voucher, anything was offered, even another room for more comfortable sleeping arrangements. Something... Anyways aside from that it was a decent area to stay in with plenty to do, pool was nice.

Terrible experience
Absolutely unprofessional, our concert gates opened at 5, called the hotel days before to ask if we could check in 30 min ahead of time, and was told no problem. There was a line of people trying to check in at 2:00-2:30 and the front desk girl hid off to the side with a hand written note saying no check in early.
After the concert at nearly midnight there was random people behind the front desk dressed in hoodies, no proper dress no nothing.
The cleaning staff barged into our room without knocking at 8:30 in the morning.
The manager frank claims this is just how it’s done. HORRIBLE absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

Not worth the stay
I’d expect better for the price. The room had a leaking sink, bathtub was clogged, bathroom ceiling was moldy. The room had coffee cups, sweeteners etc but no coffee maker. The curtains didn’t fit the windows so the sunlight was going right through and the hallway light was coming through the inch gap in the bottom of the door. You can hear every little thing from people around you (room next door and hallways). The room was also very empty and had a bad echo - basically just a bed, two night stands and a small fridge under the tv. Wouldn’t stay again

Clean and comfortable
This is a pretty basic hotel but is very clean and in a great location to Patriots Place, Providence and many great restaurants. Dogs are allowed with no additional charge. I stay here when I visit the area (home to me) because it’s always clean, the staff is always very nice, the beds and pillows are comfy, and I can bring my fur baby. There’s definitely some characters that stay here but everyone is typically friendly. I didn’t use the pool this past visit but I have in the past and it was ok. They supply coffee but if it runs out it appears it’s not refilled and you’re going to Honey Dew down the street because the Dunkin in Stop and Shop closed. Coffee is in the room but I never take advantage of it. We always come back to stay due to price, location and cleanliness.

This was a great option for staying after attending a concert at Gillette! Checked in after the concert was over - the staff were accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. Worked well for a one night stay.

We were there for a concert that began at 6 pm. The staff was adamant that no one could check in before 3pm whether rooms were ready or not. All while the clerk hid in the back room to avoid the line of people waiting to check in. Extremely poor customer service! There was also an abundance of dogs in the hotel. One being a Great Dane the size of a horse. I was woken up in the morning by a loud barking dog. Completely unacceptable! Someone needs to take a hard look at how this hotel is being managed. I’ve stayed there for years and never been so disappointed.

Reasonable place to stay for the cost.
Fast, efficient checkin. Supermarket nearby. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Pool available. Pet-friendly, and some times the dog(s) would bark a little loud, but my gf and I could deal with it.

No restaurants. There was more fast foods. No refrigerator in the room for the price. Bathroom out of date. Shower wall cracked, toilet didn't flush all the way. Front doors should be automatic to help when bringing in luggage.

Loved the staff here! Great location - only a 5 minute ride to the Xfinity Center. (We UBER’d with ease!) This is a perfectly adequate hotel for seeing a show nearby. Rooms are clean - beds aren’t crazy comfortable, but we weren’t really there to sleep.

Convenient option Very basic
We were looking for a hotel that was close to the concert venue and we weren't from Massachusetts. Red Roof was adequate and very basic. Everything was clean.

Needs to be renovated. Bath/Shower was disgusting. The air vent in the bathroom was filled with dust and looked liked it’s never been cleaned. TV was very small (probably 32 inch) which doesn’t compare to other hotels.

The Red Roof Inn is within 18 miles from Forekicks Complex. The hotel was located in a very nice and clean area. It was in close proximity to many restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores. The amenities were enough for the amount of time we stayed.

This is a great property to stay at when seeing a concert or game at Gillette Stadium. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is quite accommodating, the rooms are very soundproof, there is plenty of parking. I would come here again.

Need more luggage carts. Was able to use one to get stuff into the room but none were available to use at check out time. Made for two trips to the room and one of our items was quite heavy to move without a luggage cart. :(

Disappointing even for a Red Roof
We stayed just 1 night-only option where we needed to be- and it was very disappointing. Not even a bar of soap-thankfully we bring our own. ONE bathroom towel (though it was reserved for 2 adults 1 child) dirty boot prints on bathroom floor. Dirty poorly draining tub (thankfully we only showered) with just warm(not hot) water. The persons in front of us in line to check in had checked in, gone to their room and found unmade beds and someone’s belongings-just glad they hadn’t walked in on worse. The desk staff was VERY pleasant but the hotel needs some help.

The property was convenient, clean and staff was congenial. Certainly good value for the money! Unfortunately, sleep was hampered b/c of very loud people on our floor (slamming of doors, shouting, etc.). This went on/off until about 2:30 am, when we finally called the desk. At that point staff came up and banged on the door (adding more loud noise) to tell them to quiet down.

Do NOT stay here
My car was broken into and gas siphoned. Fuel filler neck was damaged. Paint was scratched where the burglar tool was used to get my locked fuel door open.
Saw a used hypodermic needle on the ground in the parking area.

The last hotel stayed at Atlanta was like -10 so this was a welcome change of pace. I wanted to go to Massachusetts but there was no way I was spending all of that money to stay in the middle of Downtown Boston. This hotel was about 45 minutes from downtown Boston and in terms of distance, we thought it was great.
There is no breakfast, just free coffee but there's plenty of food spots to check out within 5 minutes or less. Everyone was super friendly. They had a microwave downstairs as well but not in your room. However, if you needed anything.. toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. they did have it down there and happy to give you some! The hotel and room had some wore out spaces but whatever, I'm not there for the looks of the hotel. I really don't care what it looks like. The hotel smelled extremely clean and they are VERY harsh on smokers. I believe the fine is $200 which is okay with me because I could actually breathe at this hotel unlike some of the others I've been to.
The real downsides for me was no fridge in the room and barely any shower pressure. I honestly can't complain about much else. I wanted a basic place to stay, a place to sleep and that's what I got. I do wish they had an indoor pool but it's only outdoors and obviously not opened in 20 degrees.
I would definitely recommend it as long as your okay with no frills.

This is a good value property. It used to be a Holiday Inn and we'd stayed there before. Other than the name on the building it hasn't changed.
We didn't use the pool but it's nice to know there is one and the place is pet friendly which was great for us and our dog Jackson.
Only complaint was one or two people at front desks still wearing masks. Pandemic has been declared by our President to be over so now when I see masks I wonder what else might be going on though it could be my own paranoia.
I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was really dirty. The floor was dirty, the bathroom counter had coffee stains on it, there was a pack of tissues on the bathroom counter that was open and coffee stained and the mirror looked like it was wiped with a dirt towel. I will NOT stay there again and may never stay at a Red Roof again!

The place was not well cleaned, was very noisy, and seemed to take “pet-friendly” above people-friendly. In fairness, the beds were great, but everything smelled like lots of deodorizers were used to cover other smells. I would not recommend this place to anyone but a dog.

It’s a good hotel for the price
The stay itself was fine. I’ve stayed here multiple times because it’s cheaper than other nearby hotels. The room was basically clean but I did find hair from previous guests in the bathroom. Checking in was a breeze. The elevator is slow. There is often people hanging around the back entrance smoking and drinking alcohol.

The room was not "cosey" at all. Tile floors with a throw rug under the beds made the room feel like an old classroom turned into a hotel room. The TV was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel room. The water pressure in the shower was so low you barely felt the water hitting you. The noise by the cleaning staff was loud.
