Location under construction and definitely noticeable. We did stay in a renovated room which was nice but had zero hot water in the shower. Will probably look at other options next time.

The staff was friendly. My room #123 smelled moldy. The pillows were of poor quaility. The shower over flowed on to the bathroom floor....very dangerous!! The carpet outside of the bathroom was soaked!!

There were roaches in the room!! Plus it just didn’t even feel vacuum or cleaned. Breakfast is basically toast and juice. It’s just not great.

Couldnt ask for a better place.
Had a great experience from check in to check out. Lady working was the best ive dealt with in a very long time. Just so friendly. Help me with food options that local. I stay in a hotel 5 nights a week. I travel this way alot, you can bet when its time for me to shut down for the day. Ill be back here.

The bathroom was outdated and nasty (like a gas station bathroom). Rusty Kleenex box holder. Mini fridge didn't close properly. Exposed box springs with stains on them. Very low budget and I guess you get what you pay for. Breakfast (gross) ends at 9:00am(!!).

My stay was just for one evening therefore I did not pack shampoo and/or conditioner as I expected to find some in my room. Which I did find however the was not much in the bottle. I don’t know if this is not a practice for you.

Property in general was O.K., about average for price. Big problem I had was a weird radio alarm clock in room that did not work and could not be set. I went to front desk for a replacement, but the desk clerk could not find one. So I asked for a wake-up call for the next morning, which she made a note of, but I never got the call the next day. The lack of the alarm clock or the wake-up call caused me to be late for an appointment.

I Would Like A Refund
I stayed this past Friday and Saturday night. Both nights I had loud neighbors. Friday night they were loud to my left. Saturday night they were loud on both sides. The folks on the right were arguing and even sounded like they came to blows. I notified the front desk staff multiple times on both nights. It was very hard to get to sleep. If it wasn't for the loudness of the air conditioner, I probably wouldn't have gotten any sleep at all.
So, why didn't I ask to be moved? Since that's usually the solution to escape loud guests. I'm a woman in my 50s. I was traveling alone. I have a pulmonary disease that has diminished my lung capacity. I have Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I was also exhausted. There was no way I would be able to move my stuff at 3:00 in the morning with no help. And to top all of that off, I had to drive back home, two hours away on very little sleep.
This was an epic fail. I have to return to Anderson next weekend for another event. I definitely won't be staying there. I truly would like a total refund for this trip.

Great place to stay!
Very welcoming check in. Everyone was helpful. I forgot to pack a few toiletries and they were gracious enough to provide us with what I needed and direct me where to get what they didn’t have.

Property was like my first cheap apt. Smelly, dirty, and the walls were paper thin. Breakfast was bananas, toaster waffles, cereal, and yogurt with probiotics as well as wheat bread and stale bagels with cream cheese and only grape jelly. Coffee was good. My kids elementary breakfast is better

The first room I was given had not been cleaned properly. The tables were sticky, the light switches had stains on them, and the room smelled musty. I requested a different room and it was slightly cleaner.

The hotel is simple and comfortable, really clean, well equipped and the staff very good. All the workers from the kitchen, restaurant, cleaning, they are very polite, always gentle and smiling. Very nice.
Something really important: there are no hidden costs, wherever you contract and use, that is what you will pay it. Nothing hidden, very good indeed.

It was a nice stay for the cost. It is well maintained for what seems like an older hotel. It was clean except for bathroom ceiling fan. The silver in bathroom (TP holder, tissue holder & towel bar) were rusted & need replaced. Pillows were lumpy. Electrical outlets were in inconvenient places in bedroom.

The staff were friendly. It is pretty clean. My only problems are the noise all night made it impossible to sleep. I believe it was staff, not customers. We were on the first floor and there was so much door slamming and talking. Makes it hard to get some rest. Also, there was supposed to be a hot breakfast and there was not. Toast, bagels, cereal and yogart. That was disappointing.

Kind staff..area's near fridge and microwave could be deeply cleaned. Requested for room to be sprayed specifically in that area while out for the day & someone was sent quickly. Updated furniture would be great, seats were stained badly as well as cushion near the window. Room unfortunately did have an old smoke scent so had to get some febreeze in addition to my lysol spray. Dealt with it since no other room available & tired.

Got here 10 pm no where to park if you have a trailer. I had to park across street by McDonald's.
PLACE IS FULL OF WORKERS WHO PARK IN EVERY OTHER SPACE HOGGED ALL THE PARKING.

This property was clean, reasonably priced and a good location for visiting student at Clemson. Game Day did not break the bank. My only complaint were the pillows, but I was able to sleep just fine, so they couldn't be that bad. It was pretty no frills but all we needed was a clean place to sleep and a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Side note: I mistakenly left my suitcase behind, and living 12 hours away, going back to pick it up was not an option. The hotel staff was so completely friendly, understanding and helpful in working to get it back to me. We have already booked the next game day stay.

Overall hotel is nice enough. Had a problem with the tv not working in the first room we had. Went to front desk they came right up and checked it out. They couldn't get it to come on so they switched us to another room. We didn't have any issues with the new room. Hotel is in a good location for what we needed. Would stay again

Avoid this place!!! The staff is unfriendly and the cleanness is poor. The grab go breakfast stinks and they end early. Just a cheap shoot at getting rid of the normal complexity breakfast. Stay away from this hotel.

The pool closed super early. 7PM. And you were not aloud to even have drinks/water to drink past the gates of the pool. In SC in July it was in the 90s so it was no enjoyable to be thirsty in the heat. The staff bothered us a couple of times. One time being that they thought it was my family being too loud, and it was the neighboring room. Then housekeeping was banging on the door at 10am saying “ain’t you checking out today, well yes but check out is at 11” then third we get a call to the room at 10:54 as we are literally rolling out the door to return the key. Like dang, we felt rushed. I will not be back to this property next year on vacation.

Service was good. However the room smelled of smoke and was musty (the a/c did not work well), the TV remote did not work. Then A breakfast was advertised, including picts of a nice breakfast bar, but all that was there was a grab and go with your choice of granola bar, grits, oatmeal, or blueberry muffin.

The 1st room they gave us smelled like “weed” so they moved us into a different room on a different floor. The new room was clean. The reason for my low review is the extremely loud toilet (it sounded like it was screaming @ us when we flushed it) and the sagging/sinking 2nd queen bed. Although it was “comfortable” it felt like the bed could have “shallowed” up a person. Both complaints were addressed to the staffed (they “wrote them down for maintenance”). Oh and breakfast was a bag breakfast (instant oatmeal/ grits, fruit cup, yogurt, granola bar & oj)

Great bang for your buck.
Excellent value for the money IMO. Beds were very comfy. Due to COVID related staffing shortages they do not offer daily maid services for stays under 3 days. But if you take your towels down to the desk they will swap them out for you. Tip of the day: Louie's Bar and Grill next door has excellent food. No matter what you want, ask for chips and salsa. May be the BEST I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Delicious!

Our room was clean and quiet.
There really was no breakfast, that was the only inconvenience we experienced.

Disappointing stay
I chose this hotel because it offered breakfast, but they were still in COVID mode. Breakfast was limited to a few items put into a brown paper bag from the front desk staff. Also, the AC fan in our room would not stay on during the night. Even though we had it set to the fan running continually, it cut on & off during the night, which interrupted our sleep. The outdoor pool closes at 7, which was a shame not to be able to use it.

Have stayed here before. Probably won’t again ONLY because of people coming to hang out in parking lot and using the pool. The strangest person is a woman that has lived here for three months. She sits right by the entrance door in a chair from the hotel. She’s has a bottle of wine sitting on top of her small boom box which is playing her music. She has a glass of wine she drinks while filling out paperwork. I think she was smoking too. She stops every person staying at this hotel to say something. Not at all comfortable.
Sheets and towels appear very clean. The bed squeaks when I move and sinks to the center. The couch is unusable because it has stains all over.
Anyone I’ve dealt here has been Very friendly and helpful!!

The rooms are by no means soundproof. You can hear everything going on around you within the hotel and outside. There was no hot breakfast, just assorted cold “grab n go” options. That was very disappointing.
