The room is more in line with what a$40/ night room would be. I paid twice that amount. Room is run down, outdated, and surfaces weren't wiped down. Location is very convenient though. Close to shopping, food, and highway.

the pictures make it look way nicer than it is. Refrigerator didn't work and smelled terrible when u opened it. Bed was comfortable but couldn't shower the next morning because shower wouldnt work. only stay if you need to sleep!

The shower head had a leak that make it a 365 degree problem. The back of the remote was broken, the paint is pealing on the ceilings and on the walls. There is a black substance in some areas that I’d venture is mold. We thought Red Roof was trying to turn their image around, but this was subpar, even for the 11 hours we were there. The baseboards are pealing away from the wall. The tv has a black area in the bottom left corner. Do better!

Check in was fast and personable - they upgraded us to a better room for free. This is an older facility that has been spiffed up and is clean, well maintained, and pleasant. The beds are new and comfortable. The motel is part of a row of motels and is right next to an upper middle class housing area with a country club just to the west. There's plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. We stay here several times a year and can't beat the price.

Quiet relaxing atmosphere

Things looked a bit worn compared to the pics so I imagine they’re a few years old. But it was nice and clean, quiet, great location, very affordable, everything worked, etc. No pests or anything either. Would definitely stop here again.

The room key didn’t work and the clean said the battery in the door much be dead. Switched rooms and that key didn’t remain active for 12 hours. It was such an inconvenience. Customer service sucks!

The guy in the front stunk the whole lobby up like his cologne... you shouldnt be able to taste it as soon as you walk in. Then the same nasty ass smell engulfed the room we stayed in.

First impression was not happy because of smell of smoke but we were glad that we chose this hotel. Price was very reasonable and workers were nice and quick. Even it may look humble best part we liked a lot was water system. Powerful shower and fast water to filled up the bathtub. :)

We had two rooms and requested they be together. They were on each side of the bldg. They withheld a sec deposit for each room. They didn't tell me I could get it back the next day if I paid cash before paying with a card for one of them. I couldn't understand anything they said to me. No more RRI for me.

The location and the fact our pet stayed for free was extremely convenient to us, but everything else about our experience here was terrible - from our treatment by the staff (rude) to the cleanliness of our room (it wasn't) to the condition of the room (shabby, dimly lit, and poorly maintained).
When we checked in there was a long line, but I didn't think much of that. We booked our room through expedia.com and were checked in by someone without a nametag. They informed us that though we had asked for a king bed for our stay, we were being assigned to a room with two doubles. When I explained we wanted the king bed, the person just said "you're getting two doubles." No apologies, no explanations, nothing. They only gave us one room key.
Because we were moving to Louisville, we had to extend our stay past the initial week. Signage around the place said to do so using Red Roof's Inn website, which we did. We initially extended for a week, but were hoping we could find a place to live instead of having to stay at the hotel. When we did and decided to leave early, we told the staff and they assured us that the balance would be returned to us of the days we didn't stay - and when we were asked for details, we were dismissed and told it would be returned on our card. I'm sure you can guess what happened - it never was, and we ended up paying $589.00 for THREE DAYS. Calling Red Roof Inn corporate DID NOTHING. AVOID.

All and all it wasn't a bad experience. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There were a couple cockroaches in the bathroom, but no bed bugs. We brought raid and we're fine. We would stay again. Rooms were well maintained. They also allowed pets which was a bonus.

The property was very convenient. It was relatively clean, I did notice a few long black hairs that had been missed in the shower. The shower head had either a crack or it wasn't tight, as it had a stream of water hitting the wall.
The beds seemed clean and were comfortable. The guy who checked us in needed to work on his people skills. He was rather gruff and not warm at all, probably better suited for the maintenance department. Overall a good stay at a fair price.

Outside property is dated, in safe area of town but felt a little sketchy. Inside room the furniture is old, the chair in room was ripped and old. Room was very clean, smelled clean and I didn’t feel dirty.

Asked for $50 cash to hold for any damages that MIGHT happen. Said it was stated in small print agreement. Reluctantly gave a credit card with a $50 hold which will not be returned until 2-7 business day. Copied both of our drivers license, which is very unusual to copy more than 1.

My wife and I stayed two nights at this Red Roof. The room and property were clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and polite, and check-in/out was quick and easy. It was conveniently located right off I-64 and was near several dining and shopping locations. Overall it was a good value for the price. Two things we did not like were the additional $50 deposit required at check in, and that our key cards were deactivated each day after 11 am. We arrived the second night around midnight, ready to shower and go to bed, only to find we couldn't get into our room and had to go to the front desk to get our key reactivated. There were several other guests waiting at the desk with the same problem. The issue was quickly resolved by the staff, but was unnecessary and very inconvenient. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would return.

Reserved 2 rooms for the Bourbon Festival online so wasn't able to see the actual rooms. pulled up to the rooms and noticed that there were people apparently living in the rooms due to having decorations in the windows along with knick knacks and sitting out in lawn chairs in front of the property. Rooms were old and not very comfortable not to mention not very clean. Bathroom door didn't close all the way.
Went to the desk and let them know that we would not be staying there and asked for a refund. Owner let us know that we had to contact Hotels.com who told us we had to contact the owner. After going back and forth of being told neither had authorization to approve a refund, a day later we got the email saying sorry but the property has strict rules about refunds. I'm sure they do. I'm sure they get a lot of online reservations from people who cant actually see the place and then its too late.

The towels in the room were not clean we had to get new ones from the office The telephone didn't work and four of the five electrical plugs on the wall did not work to charge the phones. The guests in the other rooms were extremely noisy with drinking, loud vulgar cussing and smoking outside. We had to call the police to quiet them down. The desk clerk was ineffective for help. Overall it was a very disappointing stay.

Property owner robbed me.
I go to Red Roof because of the pet policy.
This property changed me for my second pet. I have never been changed at a RR inn. This was like being robbed because I had already booked the room. Shame on these guys. Pet owners should find another place.

They come to America to rob us.
These guys are all crooks that come from India to scam you and steal your money, then they kick you off the property, calling you horrible names and threatening to call the police if you don't leave. They stole my money twice, lied to me about refunding my money. And then they kicked me off the property, after stealing every cent . These people need to go back to their country and beat their wives there. Disgusting people , disgusting hotel, and what a disgrace to America to know that they own these hotels.. red roof should be ashamed

No towels. Staff was rude. My check out receipt literally had copies of other patrons banking information on the back of it. I tried to let them know and to get another sheet of paper but they said they ran out of paper and to keep the receipt. I refused and told them to just email me my receipt.

Channels didn't match what guide said. Could not find local or news channels and wound up watching our tablets. First night we slept on top of bedspread the second we noticed what looked like Cheeto stains on bedspread, when we removed notice gummy stuck to it. After we removed noticed urine smell so went to office to get fresh linen. At this time we were offered to switch room but we chose to just change linen instead of hassle of moving. Once we removed all linen there were SEVERAL urine stains on mattress so we just flipped it. The next night it rained and because of the gaps and warped door it rained into our room. When we checked in we had 2 adults but was only given 1 key until we asked for another. All the associates we came in contact with were courteous but I would never recommend this location.

The room that I paid for and checked into around 1am was under some maintenance and construction with tools everywhere and the air seemed to not work at all. The bed sheets were not cleaned and when we requested a refund, the man was very kind and accommodating and instead he upgraded us to a larger room but even yet those bedsheets did not look clean and the air conditioning wasn’t working very good. Pretty disappointed in this location.

The hotel office was not marked. I drove around looking for the office to check in, then i got out of my car to look for it. When i found what i thought was the check in window, i waited for awhile before anyone showed up and was told to go around. They asked for a 50 deposit which i did not know about up front. I had already prepaid. Thay also asked for the ID's of everyone staying in the room. I have never had a hotel ask me for that before. I was a bit annoyed after traveling and being asked for extra.

I walked in the door and there were bedbugs everywhere so many that they were noticeable just from walking inside of the room. They refused to refund my money even though I turned around and walked straight back to the desk to get my money they still didn’t refund so Stay there if you want bedbugs

I don't give 5 stars, but this place may deserve it. The staff were courteous, the a/c was ice cold and I slept great. If I could have accessed the neighbor pool I may have given 5 stars. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice stay at this hotel. I was only there for 1 night, but desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. Nice, clean room with comfortable bed. The only problem I experienced was that my in room coffee maker did not work. However, I was able to get coffee in the front office in the morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Have stayed at this motel for many years. Condition has slipped some but still OK. Bed was comfortable. A good no frills lower cost alternative. Good area and convenient highway access.

The price was right, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The only bad thing was that there was a pile of dog crap in the grass right between where we parked and our room door. We had to avoid stepping in it every time we went to our car. There was also a heavy perfume or intense smell in the room.

Well,Surrounding areas are very good but the front desk staff was not so good . They talk like so disgusting and also we were stay in room 142 was so drity also there were bugs too . Moreover the front desk guy was not ready to change the room instead of change the room he told me he dont have any rooms than after so much arguments he provide us a new room .but the condition of the motel wasnt that much good .i didnt recommended to stay more than one day over there . Checked in Saturday 7/8/23 after using the sink and toilet I noticed they both are clogged. Sink got snaked next day toilet replaced in 2 days. Owners decided to charge cable networks so I was without a tv on Sunday 7/9/23. I was told it was going to take a few minutes. I checked out 7/11/23 and had no tv, so I watched nothing for 3 days. Cleaning crew only dropped off 2 towels and placed them on the unmade beds. Room s were not clean in morning. My garbage was piled up all weekend. Never picked up. Phone and hair dryer was also not working, so I had to constantly walk to front desk or call them from my phone. After I complained during checkout the employee pretty much said there’s nothing he can do to compensate me. You advertise tv, cleanliness free wifi, breakfast and don’t give none and say there’s nothing you can do about it. Worst experience ever

Please up date you hotel
Hotel is completely worn down. Asked fir extra pillow and was told can't because it was after 5 when we checked in. Asked the next day and was told one would be brought up- that never happened. Window to the room was litterly broken out, room smelled of stale smoke, hole above the shower, yuck on the lamp, and could go on. Will not let me upload pictures.
