OK but a few issues
The hotel was ok. I was put on the second floor and it was under construction. I also was put in a room with no microwave and refrigerator. I had no was to keep anything hot or cold. That was a major problem for me.

This property is located very close to railroad tracks and the train horns blared 3-4 times during the overnight hours and woke me up every 3 hours or so. It’s a great hotel in a convenient spot if you have earplugs.

When we arrived Laz the front desk person was great with everything. I get into my room no problem. My other two friends come to my room problem. We sitting have girl talk and get a complaint. They said we were to loud they were trying to sleep. The time was around 9 something and all we was doing was playing uno talking and laughing. The next day we leave for the day come back no room service done to our rooms. We had to go downstairs for towels for ourselves. Come in to take a nap and people playing at my door knocking on the door and running away playing. Get up then next day getting ready to leave and housekeeping tapes on my room door didn't give me time to get to the door or say anything and just walks on in my room.

We didn’t have any hot water for the night, but the night attendant let us know before we checked in. Since it was during thanksgiving and egg bowl, we knew we didn’t have any other choices and didn’t want to drive 2 hours back home since it was later. So we decided to stay. During the overnight, I heard loud music and cars squealing. Everything else was great. I can overlook the hot water issue and the noise. It was very clean and comfortable. Located in a great area. We would definitely stay again!

There was no hot water during our stay, reserved tor 11/10-11/13. We stayed 11/10 and Saturday morning had not hot water. The front desk staff said they were working on this issue, therefore, we didn't check out. There was construction at the hotel so thought it was perhaps related. Our brother-in-law across the hall had the same issue. We were gone throughout the day but our brother-in-law called back to the hotel to see if water issue was fixed. He was told no. Therefore, we booked a different hotel for Sat 11/11 and Sunday 11/12. We returned to this hotel and checked out about 5 pm. However, we were charged for part of the day Saturday since we hadn't checked out in the morning.

The best staff ever
The staff here is the best!!
My son left a stuffed animal in the bed sheets and the staff located it and kept it for us till we could come get it.
It is a precious stuffed animal he has had for many years.
Also, several ladies at the front desk were wonderful and treated us like family.
It’s customer service like this that makes a place special.

no hot water for the entire stay, all weekend. staff kept telling us lies on repair. faucet in sink broken, toilet paper handle broken, empty shower gel and shampoo and when asked was told did not have more. my friends room couldnt even look the door for safety. terrible experience. I have asked to have my money back.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff is excellent! All of them were so helpful and friendly! Big plus and will be staying here again. The bed was too firm for me but some like that. The shower made a squeaky noise but other than that it was a great stay!!

The sheets were dirty on the bed, the walls and carpet was dirty, the rooms are very small, the shower handle was broken, and the remote control didn’t work! Horrible experience!

I didn’t like that fact that whoever stayed above us jumped all night long. We were on the second floor and the jumpers were on the third floor. We didn’t sleep at all because of all the noise and jumping.

The front desk staff were attentive. The room itself was disappointing for the Hampton chain. The bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned leading me to question the cleanliness of the entire room.

No Room At The Inn
Booked and prepaid with a confirmation number almost 2 weeks in advance. Arrived at the location after driving 8 hours and discover no room is available….had to stay at smoke filled motel across the street. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

everything was in disrepair, exercise room, pool, business computers, room lacked fridge and microwave, room wasn't completely stocked in bathroom, after repeated efforts to get business computers to work gave up trying, staff promised to get them fixed but never did what they promised with no reason for this

Great stay in West Point!!
When we arrived we had booked through a third-party and had requested an accessible room and the front office had us in a regular two Queen room. When I mentioned to the front desk clerk Vicky, she offered us a king size with pull out sofa that was accessible and was kind enough to show us both! My daughter decided on the king size room! Vicky was very personable and a very nice and accommodating person. Rhiannon, The other front desk clerk was very accommodating as well as she gathered extra pillows blankets sheets and extra towels and washcloths and anything else we needed! The hotel was very clean and well-kept.

The staff was unable to assist with an unauthorized charge from them. They also told my grandmother they wouldn’t check her out or give her a receipt. The suites are big but cleaning wasn’t up to par.

Rough start, but got better.
Had a little trouble with room key since we were assigned the wrong room. A simple mistake, but three trips down three floors was a little frustrating before it was resolved. The rest of the stay was good. Breakfast was only so-so, not what we generally expect at Hampton. Also, there was a constant group of loud talkers outside the hotel entrance.

Great stay!
I hosted friends and family for my daughter’s graduation for Mississippi state. Much to our surprise and delight our state was fantastic, the coffee was good, and the rooms are clean! Excellent and professional staff, thank you for a great stay!

The staff were amazing! I have stayed in 5 star hotels that didn’t have staff as knowledgeable or accommodating. It wasn’t just one person but everyone we met during our three day stay. The breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family.
One concern was we could hear the people walking around above us. Nothing crazy, but it would wake you up if they were up before you. Likewise, the train that runs close by a couple times at night.
Again, a big compliment to the hotel staff. I would stay here again and just move our room to the third floor.

The rooms and public spaces were clean and reasonably up to date. They provided breakfast in a box. The selection could have been better even with pre-packaged food. The seemed understaffed which is not surprising. We found the bed to be uncomfortable but the pillows were good.

Wish I Could Have Gotten A Refund.
Be careful. This property does not deserve the Hampton logo. Grossly understaffed and what staff there was is unprofessional. Halls and elevator were trash laden and filthy. Inside of room was good. EXCEPT…..the in room coffee maker did not work When morning front desk/manager on duty/kitchen worker was told, she said, “OK” and seemed shocked when I said , “No, it’s not OK.”Not so good was the loud yelling in the hallway outside of my room around 10 p.m. Note: even though we are in post lockdown mode, they do not serve a typical Hampton breakfast. To go box with no choice. We have stayed in other Hamptons post pandemic and have had full hot breakfasts. Not here. Management is trying to squeeze every penny and not reducing pricing due to lack of amenities or staff.

We went to visit Family so luckily we did not spent a lot of times at the Hotel. It was just a bunch of little things that I expected to be better staying at a Hampton Inn. From initially finding all the handles and shower doors to be loose and wobbly. Then our TV was locked to a PG14 rating with a parents lock, keeping up from watching any TV beyond children Shows. All those things can be considered minor.
But what really disappointed me and made our stay unpleasant was that we've stayed for three days. After the first night we left our Room and I saw housekeeping two Rooms down. We got back and found our Room untouched. The Bed was still not made, we had our used Towels still in the pile on the Bathroom Floor, etc. We are not messy People by any means so there was no "clean up" needed. I've tried to call the front Desk but could not get anybody to pick up in the three attempts I've made. I went ahead and called Housekeeping and got them to anwer the Phone. I was told that due to us standing for a few Days that Rooms are not cleaned every Day, neither are sheets or bedding. I was told I could put the Towels and the Pillow covers I've requested outside along with our Trash and they would replenish it. I did, got back to our room around 10:30pm. Trash and Linen were gone but nothing was replenished, our Bed was still not touched (made) and we were short on Towels and no Trash bags in any of our Bins. I had to then make my way back downstairs to the front Desk and get Towels..

Clean but very smoky (non-smoking room)
Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, although we had requested a non-smoking room. We mentioned this upon check-in, but were told that there were no other rooms and we were given a can of Lysol. Perhaps if we would have booked directly through the hotel we would have had our request honored? The room was very clean otherwise, but the cigarette smell made for a very unpleasant stay.

Horrible stay
Considering the COVID-19 pandemic and the area being considered a “hot spot” due to all of the COVID infections, the Federal CDC guidelines for mask wearing were not met AT ALL..... from the front desk, housekeeping, patrons in the hallway and the large group of men gathered in the lobby area on that Saturday evening. This has put myself and family at great risk of contracting COVID.
With the price of the rooms, I would expect better service for requested items. I should be able to get clean wash cloths and towels upon request vs having to wait all day for them to launder some. When you stepped into the bathtub in the room to take a shower, the floor was weak and felt like it would give away at any minute. I have stayed at this location before but this time was HORRIBLE!!

Checkin was easy & pretty quick after the employee checked in the people in front of me. The hotel was clean from what I could tell. Upon exiting the elevator & going to my room, the hallways smelled very fresh! The room was clean. The shower tiles could have been cleaned better. I saw dark stains in the grout. The only drawback was no fridge or microwave but overall was good.

It was good however I did not have a refrigerator or microwave and that was an inconvenience because I had medicine I needed to have refrigerated and I had to sit it in the chair next to the air because my family their refrigerator was full with their own stuff so I was not happy about that and with the funeral of my sister it was a lot going on and we were constantly on the go, my food was ruined but thank God my medicine was not, so need to make sure microwave and refrigerator is in every room you don’t want to have people medicine being ruined.

A group of Club members came to West Point to play golf. Great location, short distance to everything. Staff was excellent.Due to covid 19, the rooms were not cleaned daily.

The night clerk called and woke us up demanding to put a credit card on file for incidentals. We had already given them a card the night before. The clerk was very rude. Told us he was going to throw us out if we didn't come down right then.
