Room was not ready at 3:00 as it was listed for check in. Would not allow use of facilities while waiting for room to be ready. Renovations happening on site and it was listed as starting work at 9:00 on Saturday mornings. Very noisy work began closer to 8:00. Room was sufficient, outdated but clean.

Staff was great and friendly, quick and no issues. The bed was very good as was the bathroom & Shower. The rooms need to be updated and in all fairness the lobby staff did mention they were in the middle of a update. Bottom line is I would stay here again oh and being pet friendly is a plus

Fabulous!
What a fabulous hotel! The pool and workout room made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was wonderful as well as our room. What a friendly group of people who work there.

Though my room was clean it was definitely dated in terms of looks. I imagine it is getting to the point where some updating/remodeling would be good.
The breakfast area was good and the food provided was good quality.
The area where the hotel is located is rather run down, i.e. most of the lighted signs for businesses were damaged or unlit and several businesses weren't in operation. So, the location is not as ideal as the other Hampton in Florence.
Currently, between 10am and 3pm the water is off in the hotel due to some construction work.

I enjoyed the stay, it was very convenient for us. It was a very clean hotel, however the water in the shower was luke warm. The breakfast was excellent.

When you walked into hotel there was this overly strong deodorizer smell that immediately gave me a head ache. The room had hair on the bathroom floor. Carpets were dirty and old. No maid service, when I complained to front desk, they acted as they couldn’t be bothered. They did give me towels. I had to ask for water as a Hilton honors member I would NOT recommend this properly.

Walking distance to several places to eat. Continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. Couldn't find any vending machines on the floors, had to go to the front desk to purchase a soda.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is a convenient location. The hotel is beginning to show some wear. Other hotels have provided more eco-friendly supplies, while this hotel continues to provide disposable soaps and shampoos.

The hotel was in a good location for our travels but as expected the area was very busy and commercial. The hotel was clean and offered all the basic comforts. They accommodated our dogs well and the breakfast was hot and tasty. Good coffee too!

Pool Hours
I wished the pool had extended hours. They are from 8am to 10pm. I was too tired to swim when we arrived, and was hoping to enjoy the warm pool in the morning before we left. However, we had to be on the road by the time the pool was opened to guests. I asked the front desk why, and was told that there was limited staff on hand if there was an emergency. So that was that.

Pet fee was extravagant. $75 for my cat who is well behaved. Every other hotel I have stayed at on my trips to and from Florida have charged $20 to $30 I was shocked. Certainly not pet friendly.

This is an older property. The lobby and dining area were beautiful and typical of the Hilton chain. Upgrades to rooms and all carpeting evident. Our heat did not work. It was repaired at the 2nd request, 2 hours after our arrival. Heating and AC are an obvious part of comfort in a room. These units are antiques and in desperate need of replacement. Thermostat was reading 5 degrees high. I carry a digital thermometer. It was reading 67

It was clean however silver fish were seen in the bathroom and the front desk offered to move the room and my mom & aunt who are elderly did not want to because it was too much for them.

Hotel was conveniently located, restaurants were very close by, staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here due to good reviews, but was disappointed with my room. Musty smell upon entering and definitely needed updating. No tv checkout, bathroom shower rod ready to fall off the wall and whomever caulked the tub and surrounding was an amateur.

We smelled a toxic odor in our room during the night, and when addressing it and asking for a new room to sleep, the desk manager refused to honor our request. She stated she could not provide a room because we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). We ended up leaving at 4:30AM and had to travel at night. Very lacking in client satisfaction as a Hilton Honors member.

For the price I would have expect a good nights sleep. Instead I was greeted by flat pillows and mattresses you could feel the springs through. I was more sore in the morning then I was after sitting in a car for 8 hours! The whole building had a very medicinal smell. It was awful. Breakfast had your standard freezer eggs and belgian waffles. It was edible. During breakfast there was a guest relations agent on hand to address complaints of all the equipment in the halls due to water leaks from the roof. Overall I’m glad I was just passing through, I would have checked out early and changed hotels!

This location was not up to the quality and good price as their Santee Inn. The hallways and room were dingy and drab. The room had a strong odor that clogged our sinuses, but we did get use to the odor. Only noticed it coming and going.

Check in clerk was very slow and seemed over his head. Room dated and not fresh smelling. Small black spots on one bedspread. Dried blood stain on one sheet.
Good breakfast and great breakfast staff.
Dont plan on staying at that location again.

The 1st night of my stay, it rained and it rained all the next day. The 1st morning, there were buckets in the breakfast area and the lobby, catching leaks. The 2nd morning, there were more buckets and the breakfast area had to be closed due to the leaks. The staff behaved beautifully and made brown bag breakfasts for customers, but they could only do so much.
