We stayed for 8 nights on a vacation. Room was exactly what we wanted, lots of space with bedroom and kitchen. Hotel is within a 5 minute drive to the mall and a bunch of restaurants, so it’s in a good location just off of a main route as well. Breakfast was good, lots of parking and it was very quiet. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit the Phoenix area.

Was pleasantly ,y surprised at the amenities, pool and towels, outside table area, breakfast choices. Our room was clean, large, lots of table top space, full shower. And the staff was very nice with a smile. Always warmly greeted by staff at breakfast.

The check in process was a nightmare. Fix was not very helpful. We tried to explain our situation where we may need to extend nights. It was more of a hassle! After the checkin everything did seem nice.

So-so stay
Overall "ok" 5-day stay. Not the best Homewood Suites we have stayed in (have stayed in several in various cities) but met our needs overall. Noteworthy things:
-Would have appreciated housekeeping more than 1x (which was the day before we left) for our long stay
-Ceiling fan in bathroom very grimy - needs a good clean
-No crib available for first few days of stay despite putting this request in the notes when booking. Baby did not sleep well due to this so not as restful
-Lots of disposable cups / plates / utensils for breakfast - not very eco-friendly
-Breakfast options were good with good variety, good sized eating area
-Overall good cleanliness in the rooms
-Kitchen good but not as well appointed as other Homewood Suites we have stayed in (only the very bare minimum). Also a broken spatula for cooking.
-Location is quite industrial, not much around by foot (vehicle is essential) and farther drive to get to & from most areas in Phoenix (deep south east corner), however area is clean

The staff were very nice and the room was great. The only thing I would change is when they served breakfast, it was 6-9 am. It would be nice if it would go a little later for those who wanted to sleep in due to being on vacation and not wanting to get up to an alarm.

Perfect for me.
The room was clean, the A/C was fantastic that made all the difference in 100 degree weather. The morning hot breakfast was pretty good and the staff were all kind and helpful. My favorite thing was how quiet the room was and the furnishings. I love the dinette table and the kitchen. I will stay there again.

Very clean hotel
Very CLEAN and comfortable stay. Love the kitchen for quick meals. Kitchen had mostly everything you would need, except a cutting board. Kitchen vent on top of stove just blows into the cabinets. Not an actual vent. Not a big deal. Livingroom is a little over crowded with too much furniture. But we moved part of the coffee table to the side of the tv wall, and the ottoman under the desk. That gave us some much needed space. Breakfast ends at 9am which in my opinion is too early. But would definitely stay here again because everything was very clean for my family.

The staff was amazing. We had a terrible time with delayed travel. I called several times. They were considerate and helpful. They were understaffed which is now typical in hotels. Despite that they did the best they could to accommodate requests and the employees though overworked served with a positive mood and were very considerate. I will stay there again.

Wouldn't Go Back
A call in the morning to our room from the front desk reminding me that check out was in 30 minutes was annoying, not requested and not needed. I'm not 5 years old. I will unplug the room phone in every hotel going forward upon arrival. I wouldn't come back to the Homewood Suites simply because of this. If this is a property wide policy at all Homewood Suites count me out.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, always had a pretty good experience, unfortunately our last stay was not the best. My fiancé woke up to bites all over her legs. Although the condo like suites are a plus, we will not be returning.

When arrived the room wasn’t very cleaned at all. And on our last morning Someone tried coming into the room and when we called the front office all the said was they would speak with the cleaning crew as if they didn’t care. This was 3hrs before checking out.

Stayed during re-locating to Chandler, we first requested a late check out and then decided to extend our stay after a long hot day of moving. Front desk day and night were absolutely accommodating and refreshing.

We had a warm welcome and speedy check-in at the counter. We did find a few problems (missing light bulb, drawer wouldn't close and shower wouldn't turn completely off). I notified the front desk, and they immediately sent up maintenance to correct the problems. Warren did a great job, and we were very impressed with the quality of the place. It's clean and well-maintained despite the work shortage due to the pandemic. And everyone was friendly and helpful!

Close to everything, including the freeway. Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and the gym was in great shape. Great continental style breakfast to go. The only drawback is that the rooms need updating, especially things like cabinets and furniture which were old with chips and that didn't stay closed.

Sorry to see no hot breakfast still I like to stay at Homewood Suites because of the convenience of a hot breakfast but this site just had “ junk” food Very unhealthy choices. The Sales Manager was very friendly and sweet though.

Great amenities, studio room is small
Clean, room but more cramped than a same type Residence Inn. It may have been slightly over furnished. I had my small dog who is normally not allowed on the bed and we could only put his bed under the desk. Difficulty moving coffee table & ottoman to open the sofa bed with a bad back. I would get a 1 bedroom next time if I stay in a Homewood. It was 1 adult and 2 children including 1 teenager. Toaster was broken and since it was grab and go breakfast we couldn’t toast the bagel but the rest of the grab and go was fine. Pool was very clean and comfortable. My son enjoyed the basketball court immensely. Amenities are great. Overall I was happy it just started to feel very cramped and stuffy by the second day.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and perfect for families (2-bedroom room). Breakfast was a simple one due to COVID, but was good. Just wished their hours were until 10:00 am. They close at 9:00 am, and when you are on vacation, chances are you might not always be up and ready by 9! Friendly staff!!

Disgusting. Fire your cleaners and hire new ones.
First room was disgusting, so I immediately went to the front desk and they switched us to another room and the floors were filthy. We were there for five days and went to use the on-site laundry room. There was mold caked up in the washer because no cleans there. We were supposed to be comped half of our stay by the manager and she never did it.

The property is right off the 202 loop and close to restaurants, Starbucks, and shopping. The check-in process was simple and the rooms were very spacious. Cook top, full frig, microwave, and dishwasher was the reason for our stay since our daughter has severe food allergies. I wish they would have had some dish soap and a sponge to clean dishes rather than putting them in the dishwasher. The room states it sleeps 6, but we could easily fit 8 in the room (king bed, 2 fulls, and a queen sleeper sofa). Even with COVID, they still offered breakfast (bagged up waffles, pancakes, bagels, cereal, milk, OJ, coffee, and oatmeal, etc.) were great to start off the mornings before we headed out to the field for games. If we are in the area again for baseball, soccer, or lacrosse tournaments, you'll find us staying here.

My big problem is that the staff did not wear masks correctly or didn’t have them on when they didn’t think customers were around. I am immuno compromised so face masks are important to me. It was a lovely facility and I really enjoyed my stay. The pool was fantastic and I would consider staying again.

The staff was very nice and welcoming through out our stay. The room was extremely clean. They had grab and go breakfast due to pandemic. The only negative thru no fault of the hotel, is the people in the room above us was extremely loud until about 1 am. Sounded like a herd of buffalo overhead.

Other than a desk chair that wouldn't stay up (hydraulic always plummeted), it was a fantastic place to stay! LOVE having the toilet and shower separate from the mirror and sink...enables two people to be productive, getting going in the morning!

Great place stay! You can get to most Phoenix attractions with in 20 minutes. The rooms were clean, during the week they had food for dinner, and breakfast every morning. Hotel staff was courteous and knowledgeable on providing assistance and directions.
