Im in Las Vegas a few times a month staying at various properties while conducting business. This room and property was really one of the best I have stayed in. A couple of my requests were not granted for whatever reason, but that did not take away from the fact that the overall stay was excellent.

WHEN I arrived the young man at the front desk attempted to send me to the wynn side even though my reservation was for the encore I Refused and asked for management and only then was the problem fixed with ease i felt profiled by the young man at the front desk but other then that i had a wonderful time staying there an will be back for sure

The encore was an absolute treasure to stay at. The room was gorgeous, the food phenomenal, and, most importantly, the staff went out of their way to make us feel taken care of. Everyone on the team went over and above expectations to deliver an unforgettable weekend.

The service and rooms at this property were amazing. One thing I didn’t like though is that there were hardly any casual dining options . If I wanted something quick to eat at nine o clock there is only one casual sports bar and it was usually full and closed at 10 pm as well . It would have been nice to have some options available. And in the encore side, there is really nothing at all except an Asian restaurant . At breakfast it was tough to get into a restaurant without a reservation as well . The fine dining options are good ate ant deliahs and it was really great! The suites at Encore are really nice and service is amazing all throughout the resort .

You can’t go wrong staying at Encore. It’s very clean and comfortable..great amenities.room service has many options, spa is amazing and great restaurants to choose from. The only complaint I have is our check in was supposed to be at 3pm, we arrived at 4:30 and they had no rooms available until 5:45. This might have been a busier day as many were complaining about the same issue. It is one of the more pricier hotels to stay in Vegas and hence perfection should be expected.

It has self parking lot which is nearby check in. you can see the sphere in parking lot and selected rooms. It's so quiet and clean. Like it a lot.

Disappointing Encore
Actually never made it there. I accidentally booked a non-refundable room at the Encore. We had a very serious family emergency and couldn't go. I'm a Platinum Hotels.com member, I stay at the Wynn/Encore many times a year for work, and I'm an indirect vendor of theirs with warehouses in LV. Not only would then not refund (which I was ok with) they wouldn't allow me to change the dates to 2-3 weeks down the road. They then came back and said, "if you give us a dr's note then we will consider it". Sorry, but Im not in 4th grade. I travel there for work all the time. It would have cost them nothing to allow me to move my dates. There are just too many options to stay, eat, shop and go to shows in LV (let alone gamble). I guess they just don't care anymore. I saw The Fountainbleau has a gorgeous new Spa....

Great hotel. Two problems.
Both rooms experienced intermittent scalding water innshowrrs regularly.
Both pools closed for scheduled maintenance. They should stagger maintenence to keep one pool open or tell customers ahead.

Best rooms on the Strip
The rooms are just wonderful with a separate seating area, a TV that swings around to view from either side, and completely automated room from a tablet along with voice commands from an Echo device.
What my wife and i have always liked about the Encore is the casino is much lower key and less crowded than the Wynn. We ate at Allegro which was very good but if you really want to splurg go to Delilah. Stunning restaurant with live music harking back to speak-easy type glamour. As an aside, the best view of the new Sphere at night is on the walkway bridge between the Wynn and Palazzo.

Beautiful room, friendly staff, nice facilities, beautiful spa. Jardin was an excellent restaurant for breakfast. Only problem was that the shower in the bathroom was a disappointment--the handle was stuck and was too hard to turn on and turn off and the water pressure was quite low.

We had an unfortunate time at the Wynn Encore during our 5 day stay. It started as soon as we entered our first room. The shower handle was stuck in place and wouldn’t turn on. We had to be relocated to another room as a result. On our second day I contracted food poisoning from the buffet. Worse still, it was our wedding day! A formal complaint was filed and guest claims apologized for the inconvenience but offered no other solution. What was simply unacceptable is that we were staying on a non-smoking floor and had no issues whatsoever our first two days. However, as soon as Friday night rolled around, someone began chain-smoking in a room around us (or hallway) which led to our room being exposed to a strong cigarette scent resulting in a headache and loss of sleep. This persisted again on Saturday and Sunday! The hotel offered us some air freshener when we complained, but it was a very temporary solution and it interfered with our in-room dining. To anyone sensitive to smoking, you’re better off staying in a non-smoking hotel, as you’re hit with a very strong and constant smell of cigarettes in the lobby and throughout the casino. The pros of the Wynn are that it’s absolutely beautiful. The decor and architecture was astonishing and was nicer than any of the other hotels we explored. The hotel staff were also very friendly and approachable. Our room was clean and the smart room controls were a nice touch. The pool area on the Wynn side (Encore side was closed) was lovely.

I stayed at both the Bellagio and Wynn on this trip to Vegas. The staff at Wynn seemed much friendlier and the hotel in general seems more modern and efficient.
I downgraded the amenities because the pool doesn't open until 9, making it inconvenient to get a swim workout in before other activities. The other issue is that there is no coffee available in the room. That is downright uncivilized!
I realize this is likely the norm for Vegas hotels, but maybe providing the above two amenities would help set Wynn apart.

Express check in is very efficient. Room was ready early. The rooms are huge and have great features such as automatic blinds, very large dual sink bathrooms, work desk, big bath tub, etc.

Terrible customer service! I had waited over an hour because they couldn’t verify me as a check in guests. Poorly maintained rooms after I finally checked in our hotel room shower flooded so we had to switch rooms again! Won’t be staying here again!

0 steam rooms. 0 pools. 100% Resort Fee.
We secured spa reservations but the steam room did not function and no replacement options were offered.
We traveled to Encore (and Vegas) specifically for the advertised pools. While we visited neither of the pools were staffed or available except for the Encore Beach Club that charged a $125 entry fee. No explanation was provided.
We were charged a resort fee despite the failure to provide the advertised accommodations.

The front desk woman was extremely rude. I had purchased for a 4 night stay in a king size bed. She put us in a queen size room and would not refund the difference or move us to the room that was purchased.

Great resort-just check you bill!
Reservation was made and confirmed with encore. Received email for express check in for encore, which I did. When arrived went to the kiosk to check in-stated there was a problem and we couldn’t check in electronically. Then had to wait in the LONG line for check in. Once at counter was told that our reservation was at Wynn and not at encore.
Had a wonderful dinner at SW Steakhouse first night -which was excellent.
Went to dinner at Cipriani-which was AWFUL! (Reservation under Brandon bowser for party of 3)
Had requested refrigerator for medication and was advised wouldn’t be charged-but when check electronic folio upon checkout-they billed me for it. Also-was told would receive a $90 resort fee credit and $40 food and beverage credit during our stay.
When called front desk to discuss the erroneous charges-she did remove the refrigerator but said I had to come to front desk to dispute Resort fees.
At that point-was over it and didn’t want to bother-so ate the loss.
