Misinformed in the amenities. The staff were generally friendly and polite. We were told that the rooms had mini refrigerators. But that was untrue. Having gotten to the room, we put food items in the mini fridge to keep cold. We then left for a few hours. Having returned we realised the fridge was not cold. After complaining that the fridge was not working we were told to open it and press the green button. The next day we realised the fridge was off. After complaining again, we were told that they are actually not fridges but coolers. Also they only stay on for 2 hours at a time. As a resultof this misinformation, our food items spoiled. Some of these food items were specially prepared because one of the guests have medical restrictions.

Staff is very friendly, and the services are amazing. The rooms have minor bumps and bruises, but it is clean and neat. We will definitely be returning to this specific hotel.

Room and Front desk staff great..unfortunately we were there 3 days requested our room cleaned and they never did it. So every night we would complain about it when we went to get our own towels and tolet paper..Housekeeping you get a -0 on ratings and no tip!

The hotel itself was fine. However we had booked this place because on Expedia it was marked as having an EV plug. It does not. This was a major issue for us, we would have booked elsewhere had we known this ahead of time.

I've slept on more comfortable floors, but otherwise the stay was nice. Easy check in and out, super convenient location, but seriously. The love seat thing is exponentially more comfortable than the mattress.

Enjoyed Our Stay
My wife and I stayed 1 night while we were in town for a concert. The staff was very friendly, our room was clean, and the bed slept great. Parking is free and easy. The area around the hotel is very nice with plenty of things to do and places to eat.

The room was nice and spacious, but could benefit from another mirror or two. There was one on the back of the door in the bathroom, and the other was above the sink, so we were not able to get ready at the same time because only one of us could be in the bathroom. Also, the mini fridge was not working. Overall not a bad stay though.

Great hotel. Room was very clean and had everything you need. Lots of shopping and restaurants in close proximity. Only bad thing I could say is the traffic outside can be a bit noisey.

First and foremost it should be nited how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Any time we had a issue they were on top of it to solve it and if they couldn't, they'd still find a way to make it right!
While there were many good things about our stay, i only have a couple recommendations for improvement:

The location to the venue was nice, but. For the cost of the stay averaging $166 a nite with a spike to almost $200 on a Friday, there was no Continental breakfast or free coffee. Now there was some type of kitchen on site that would cook to order type of food but for a large cup of coffee at $3.75 plus your breakfast you’re looking at $15 to $20. The amenities, although Convenient, really didn’t seem to outweigh the additional cost for a stay at this location. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

The staff was without exception charming, helpful, kind, and efficient. The breakfast team was especially outstanding, and the front desk team was top-notch. The bedding was very nice, but the hotel lacks non-down pillows (I'm allergic, so we had to make an emergency run to Target to buy our own pillows - weird, right?) and the closet had an odd smell that made us reluctant to store anything in it. Decent, not excellent, wouldn't stay here again. Did I mention the weird closet smell?

The people were fabulous, the gentleman who works on the evening weekend shift (I forget his name) was so friendly and accommodating for a woman traveling alone.
and the gal who runs the bistro in the mornings is truly a beast, she handles all the breakfast orders with ease! The rooms could use some updating but were clean and fresh.

My stay here was just ok. This is an older property so the rooms aren’t in the freshest conditions. My particular room had a stale musty odor. There was no microwave in the room which was inconvenient for my two night stay. There is one in the lobby. The sink and shower were both clogged so the water drained very slowly while also filling up. Although I knew there was no continental breakfast, I was expecting fresh complimentary coffee after 10am, but it isn’t offered. Which more than likely is because there is a Starbucks in the lobby. HOWEVER, the hours were also inconvenient for guests during the day. They’re open for breakfast and (I’m assuming) close at 10am and they open again after 5pm. I wasn’t aware of what time they closed. The staff, however was extremely nice and friendly during my stay.

Check in was efficient. However when I got in the shower there was no body wash only shampoo. I had to make several requests to have the sink unclogged. There was no housekeeping service. I was told it had to be requested but there was no notification that I needed to request service that I feel is so necessary and needed. Covid is NOT over!!!

No microwave was a real bummer. The pillows were the worst of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They should contact Best Western of Hopkinsville KY to find out where those pillows are from. For twice the money I’d expect the same comfort at a minimum. Four days with no maid service, when did this become the norm? I’ve noticed this with every stay since the pandemic.

I didnt like that on their website it says that the restaurant is open Monday thru Sunday but Sunday morning when we wanted to come down and buy breakfast they said it is closed on Sundays. They also dont offer continental breakfast so the restaurant is all they have. When I called down I was told I would need to leave to get food which was an inconvenience. I complained and was basically told too bad.

Staff was invisible, no one of the front desk most of the time we were there. There was no housekeeping, bed was never made trash was never emptied. I had to go to the desk and get my own clean towels. Would not recommend to anyone. The only thing that was good about our staty was the location, close to the Z-Max track.

I haven’t stayed away from home since the pandemic started. This trip help out my mind to rest about potential dangers and exposure. Everything was nice and clean and in order. No need to bother front desk or other staff. I was extremely comfortable with the accommodations provided.

After wedding stay
The front clerk was rude when I came in, she didn’t ask how I was or welcomed me. She said, “are you staying here” I said yes I have a reservation and from there her attitude changed. Wasn’t welcoming at all and didn’t give me the wifi info
