Just a room. They required a $50.00 cash deposit, so if you do not carry cash you will be in trouble. Stayed 4 nights and no maid service during the stay. Room had a iron but no ironing board. No fridge, no microwave, and tiny bathroom. At check out had to wait for them to inspect the room to get my deposit back. Will not be going back.

The staff were very friendly and did all they could to make my stay the best! It is in a wonderful and safe area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Right off the interstate.

Decent budget inn, will stay again.
Lot Surrounded by Beautiful, mature trees. Affordable, bug free, pay nonrefundable fee to save to save even more. There was also a $50 deposit, and it was refunded at site at check out. Reasonably clean. Floors in every budget motel I’ve stayed in will get feet dirty, so I just wear dark socks and or sandals, but mostly nothing visibly dirty except in some corners, but I’m a house cleaner, so I look for that on a job And not a big deal to me if I’m not on a job. updated, comfortable beds. Tiny square refrig and microwave for more ,courteous Staff. ground floor as requested, parking right outside exterior room enterance,minor things that didn’t bother me: sink drained slower due to sink stopper not unengaging. Mentioned at checkout just so management knew and work order for scheduled repair already, musty room smell, due to heat, humidity if doors to rooms are open for any significant time. I didn’t notice the odor after in there for a few minutes and it didn’t bother my family at all. Kids stay free and one pet which is nice. stressful to get out off since we had to cross a lot of lanes to go where we wanted or make an u turn, but there was a back way in as well. Left message to get earlier checkin which they didn’t get but 2 pm checkin was no problem. ice, vending machine and room coffee maker. Waffle House within stones throw and a sports bar nearby. Door used easy card, deadbolt work? Chain lock broken, quiet, fans on. Will stay again.

Booked online, pulled up after a 7 hour drive and didn’t even want to park or go in! Looked like a trap house! Homeless panhandlers all over. Was definitely NOT taking my 2 year old daughter out the car anywhere near that place. Gave up nearly $100 and went elsewhere. We were tired, driving, and failed to read reviews. Although I didn’t stay here, just pulling into the parking area the vibe was so bad.

There should NEVER be bodily fluids on the sheets in any hotel. Absolutely disgusting stay. The room was humid and moist. Hairs on the towels. This was described as a no frills hotel i would say its a yes ill hotel.
I would never recommend this place to anyone ! If you need a place for the night avoid bc the next day is filled with memories of staying here. This review space needs a support group for survivors of this hotel.

The hotel required a $100 CASH Deposit upon checkin. If you need to provide a credit card for the deposit it will take several days to have it refunded.
The room was clean and comfortable. No coffee pot in room. Had to walk to the main office for coffee. Access to 2nd floor is mostly exposed to the weather and it rained almost constantly during our stay.

Did not like this vendor. Did not care for the overall conditions of the room. Dirty floor, odd smell and puddle of water by bathroom stool - very loose tank to the stool. I would not recommend them at all

My Solo Beach Vacay
Check in & Check out was fast. The room & hotel needs major renovations. I was was told by an employee that since I booked a “cheap” room, it doesn’t come with a fridge & microwave. Every thing is very outdated. There were blood droplets on the sheet on 1 of the beds. The water in the shower did not get as HOT as I wanted it to be. This place seemed more accommodating to truck drivers.

I ended up not staying here because I needed a ground floor room and they didn’t have any available. They did let me cancel my reservation without charging me. For that, I gave them four stars. The office was hot but I can’t say what the rooms felt like.

It did it's job.
Disappointing that it didn't have a refrigerator or micro wave. Also, some of the workers need to not look like crack heads. It was ok overall. I'll stay there again.

In one week, the rules changed for deposit. Communication about the change was awful and the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. Will not stay here and would highly recommend no one else stay here either

The owner wanted $100 cash deposit even though my room was booked through hotels.com and had my card on file. The front desk workers were incredibly rude and told me if I didn’t have cash I could use the atm. The doors to the rooms were dented in, shower curtains were hung as regular curtains and falling down, no microwave, no fridge, no hot water, not safe, musty, and just all around not good. If you’re searching for a hotel in Pensacola…keep searching. If this was my last option of a place to stay I would stay in my car

You couldn’t PAY me to stay here!! It was so nasty on the outside and in the office that I just left and went down the street and purchased another hotel room. Y’all can keep that 100$ and maybe purchase some air freshers or Clorox wipes to clean with! The front desk staff were awful and they have a nice little hand written sign that says 100$ cash deposit is needed in case of any damages LOL at least take the time to type something out. This place is a joke, the pictures are NOTHING like the actual place. If you’re having trouble finding it just look for the sign that’s falling apart with missing letters and that’s it!

The manager was very rude got there around noon tryed checking in he said would have to come back at 2, so when showed up at 230 , he said gonna be around 4 because they dont have rooms clean yet with no cars in parking lot. And as i was telling him man you all ready told me to come back at 2 and its 230 he informed me that was a good way to get a room being sarcastic! So after checking in, room loooked ok, so we started enjoying our trip , when arrived that evening there was no hot water and bugs running everywhere. Next morning went and told him theres no hot water he informed me there probably will not be any for my 3 nights there . Some part was broke no one could fix , and no i can not be refunded. He was very rude and should never manage any property or any business, i will never stay here again and dont recommend it to anyone!!!!

I have never been in a hotel this bad. We went to my daughter’s graduation and they didn’t have hangers in the room. Went to the front desk and they told me they were not available. Light went off on the vanity and no maintenance personnel on site. My wife had to do the makeup in the car. Stairway and hallways dirty with garbage. Do not go there.

Great centrally located to the Interstate, close to lots of restaurants, and shopping. Not far from the beach, and you really get your moneys worth here. Also, you can walk to a great bar/restaurant in the same lot. (Try the cheesesteak!!!)

Very rundown
Service was fine but hotel is very old. The mattress was lumpy and the pillows were flat as pancakes. You could see sunlight around the door when it was closed. The curtains were old and worn out. The entire place needs to be renovated. I wouldn’t recommend it.

All travelers need to know that this hotel requires a CASH deposit for incidentals with a no exceptions policy. Some travelers got caught off guard and didn’t have cash on hand.
Additionally, checking out can take a longtime because rooms need to be checked before your cash deposit is returned.

NEVER AGAIN
I had prepaid and booked wirh hotels.com so it should have been quick and smooth. It took over 10 minutes with 2 people working on it. I had paid for a room with mini fridge and microwave. When we finally got in our room the A/C was non functional. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was dead. I went to office and the guy came up and pushed a few buttons and said give it 10 min. It was o but nit blowing air. I then waited another 5-10 min at front desk then the guy said hed get me in a new room. He had to get on the phone with hotels.com. finally 1 1/2 hrs after my initial checkin he gave me another room key. I switched rooms and there was NO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE and still no working phone. I was so tired and it was so late i just accepted my fate. I will NEVER stay at that hotel AGAIN. I also found a used razor blade in bed side stand drawer.

Last minute overnight stop. Property is good for the cost. The gentleman checking is in was extremely helpful, found a Sports Bar next door that had a great burger and Pizza! Great value for what you pay!

The bed cover was stained in multiple places. Upon turning down sheets there was debris between sheets. Pillowcase had lipstick stain. Floor had not been mopped. I felt like the room service had either been done very poorly or not done at all. Dont like qondering if my sheets are clean

The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. That being said, the condition that this hotel is in is unacceptable. From the very obvious damages haphazardly covered, black mold in the bathroom area, outdated decor, lack of amenities, not so clean linens that we had to ask to be exchanged for new ones, beer cans from previous guests left in our bathroom (indication that the rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned), etc. Probably avoid this hotel if at all possible.

We have already reported to the property with there survey. Not at all happy. Cleanliness it was terrible. Bed mattress had permanent indentations coils coming through. Lamp shade bent and holes in it. Remote to tv taped together. I would not take off my shoes and walk on the floor. Very noisy outside with tail gating or issues. We only stayed to sleep from 7pm till 230am and left.

It took at least 20 minutes to get checked in and I was the only customer at the time. Got to the room and it was very musty smelling. The following morning we woke up to a couple of patrons yelling and throwing stuff at each other. If that wasn’t bad enough the man got in the car and sped around the hotel parking lot.

You get what you pay for. Of course, this is a cheap dirty hotel near the interstate. My gripe is with checkout. I asked about a late checkout and was told this is not an option. However, I was told there was a “grace period” of 30-45 minutes. At 11:00 AM sharp, they were beating on my door like a cop serving a warrant. Otherwise, this is just another POS hotel with your usual drug dealers and such. Good luck.

Second time staying here. It’s clean, and well lit. Only issues I had was my first room smelt moldy, and my second stay the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely flat.

The customer service and housekeeping lawsuit material. They woke me up from my sleep for a deposit they waived for a reason that was beyond me and I was aware of everything. My room had no mini fridge or microwave. I came there to relax and rest and was humiliated on the way out. I want my money back and a cab service wouldn’t even pick up from that side of town they said. I want to sue them I have a list and I’m not afraid to use it especially since I was there for rest and they woke me up 3 times in a row and it takes me a bit to get back to sleep.

I like to be positive, so we'll start with the good: The guy at the front desk was super cool (it's unfortunate that I did not catch his name) and the room met the basic requirements for me to not complain to state Division of Hotels and Restaurants; no bugs that I could see, and no nastiness that I could see on the bed, sheets, or towels. That's where the good stops.
I get it, the emerald coast is beautiful, hotels run higher, but with higher price comes higher expectations. The room was run down and poorly maintained; the TV remote was falling apart and taped together with electrical tape, the electrical outlets by the bed were so loose that plugs would slide right out of them (possibly even a safety issue), the phone did not work, the internet is slow as molasses, and the lamp had rust all over it. Where there SHOULD have been a Gideon Bible there was instead spider webs and enough dust to tell me that housekeeping hasn't bothered to wipe the shelf down for a long time, which is unacceptable during a pandemic. Maybe if they hadn't REMOVED the Bibles housekeeping would have an incentive to check the shelf... (Note to management, I'm generally easy going and more likely to be quiet than leave a bad review, but I find the removal of the Bibles to be repulsive and decided not to be quiet BECAUSE of that). The air conditioner vent was also full of dust, a tell tale sign it needs a new air filter. Area is sketchy and there was a lot of noise at night.

We walked in to a dusty room, ac didn’t work properly, the tv cut in an out, toilet didn’t flush properly, the couch cushion pillows on the bed were a joke, the beds were hard and looked like no one had cleaned under them in months. We asked to be moved and the next room was not much better. The pictures online are deceiving and make it look so much nicer. We asked the front desk for extra pillows an was told flat out no. We all woke up sweaty and we left early because of all the issues. Horrible place to stay

There was a ton of mold growing on carpet between beds made it clear the carpet has not been vacuumed in quite some time. The room of course smelled like mildew. Would not stay again.

Not enough towels, or washcloths. Ask clerk for more. She said I had to bring used towels down before I could get new ones. Room was never cleaned. Towels never replaced. Would be nice having small refrigerator to keep drinks cool.

Bad customer service
The room was dirty and was only cleaned once after I complained to the manager about it. Trash was only taken out once beds were only made once.
