Excellent stay. Clean room and property.
Staff is 5 ⭐️ for sure. After checking out and leaving, received a call from the front desk informing me that a puddle of oil was in parking place where I had parked the rental car. This little act of kindness saved me from the possibility of being stranded. Thanks for all you do!!!

Not very good any more
Won’t stay again. Hidden fees not very good breakfast. Got their hour early and would not let me in unless I paid another $20.! Too much money for this hotel!

Staff was super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, area was quiet and felt safe. Pillows were awesome, bed was extremely hard, unusual for a hotel, overall pleasant stay. The only 2 negative things I could say is room appeared clean but was not vacuumed well, there was dry dog food on the floor, and water pressure in shower was non existent but otherwise everything was fine.

They had a beautiful lobby with fresh cold water and coffee available daily. Had an excellent breakfast included in price from 6-9 am . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Very comfortable beds and rooms .

The condition of the room was good and well maintained. Nothing in need of repair.
The disappointing part of my stay was the refusal for a later check out, past 11:00 AM. The hotel was not very full the day I checked in and the day I checked out, but they refused my request.

Hotel and room were very well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was good with hot food. Much better than expected for a Best Western. Only negative was the wifi was a little spotty but that seems to be typical.

Lobby nice, parking crowded, dog poop smell at entrance to our door. Breakfast was typical but enjoyed cereal, fruit, and coffee. The Mexican restaurant next door was too busy so we went a few blocks away to a great Mexican restaurant. It too was busy but we managed to get served in the bar. Motel is a little to close to the highway. Shower and room good but not special.

The WiFi was almost non-existent. Called desk to report and told it goes out when windy or raining. The room had a strange odor which we could never get rid of and the A/C unit was very loud. Staff were pleasant and did their best for what they had to work with which is an older building that appeared to be renovated.
We will not be returning here as it just wasn’t up to our standards. I at least expect Kleenex in the room.

This seems to be an older type of property, similar in style to Red Roof or Super 8. The furniture in the rooms is also of a dated style. However, that being said, this hotel appears to have been renovated both interior and exterior in the recent past. Everything was immaculately clean and good working order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as good or better than I've experienced at Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inns I've stayed at.

I do not usually leave reviews, mostly because I have never been so underwhelmed to complain or overly impressed to praise. However, I was so impressed with the Best Western Painted Pony Lodge in Show Low Arizona, I had to take a moment to share our experience.
Check in was quick and easy, staff was amazing and professional - they even conversed welcomely with my very talkative 6-year-old.
The room was easy to locate, there was ample parking, walkways were clear of debris, snow, ice, etc. The room was immaculate! Everything was so clean! It was obvious whoever cleaned this room took pride in their work. The room had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and a fireplace - which was a big hit with the kiddo.
We only stayed one night, but it was such a great visit, and within walking distance to different dining options I would absolutely recommend this Best Western to everyone!
We will absolutely be back!

Late night check-in was easy and efficient. We appreciate that they do not allow pets, since we have family members with severe allergies. We chose this place because they were the only place in the area whose policies state that pets are not allowed. However, the rooms could use some deep cleaning, especially the carpet (or maybe new carpet). The room had a bit of an old dusty smell. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Coffee was awful, but on par with what you'd expect.
The only real problem was the housekeeping. After our room was cleaned after the first night, we found a wadded-up tissue or napkin under the covers of the bed. Not sure if it was in the laundry or if the maid dropped it. We were willing to just ignore it as a random accident, no big deal, but after the second night (we were there for three nights) our room was never cleaned.

I am sad to say that my room was very clean and neat but the air conditioning was broken. When the fan came on it sounded like a diesel truck came in the room. That is not acceptable on a $200 bill. I would definitely like to ask for my money back. Did not sleep at all, since it got over hot and stuffy. Well not recommend it

Getaway in the White Mountains...
I was welcomed with opened arms by the staff. Could of had a 12:30pm check in, but waited until after 3pm to get my room. Reasonable served hot breakfast was a plus. However, for a small town the price of a hotel room was real steep at $199 a night. The room was very clean, towels/face cloth very plush and soft. Two great nights of sleeping.

Nice hotel - no housecleaning services
Accommodations were very nice. Clean rooms, But no housekeeping services during the stay. This was not made apparent upon check-in, so disappointed there. Staff was very nice.
