The owners of the hotel were helpful, kind, and considerate. The property was great, exactly what we needed. The beds were super comfy and the amenities in our room were great. Everything we needed. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Dana was very friendly and helpful upon check in. He made things clear and explained all that there was to offer in the area and the space itself. The room was spacious and the kitchen was great. I loved the trail behind the hotel and found a quiet space to sit by the water and enjoy the quiet. Would stay again for a longer duration next time I’m in or around Boston!

Perfect place to stay
Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The little park behind it is super nice and the proximity to a multitude of restaurants within walking distance is a huge plus. Hotel staff was very helpful and informative upon check-in.

Love the availability of a kitchenette in the room. Got brownie points from my MIL for that. It's spacious and definitely nice to have without feeling tight for a family of 3-4. It was peaceful to go for morning walk behind the facility along the Charles River. Quiet and tranquil with lotuses along the side. Will definitely stay again next time in Boston.

We came to the area for the Metallica concert weekend. It was an easy drive to Gillette Stadium, gps said 40ish .in but it only tool 30min. Also, easy drive into Boston. We really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Suites! Check-in was super easy! The only eeason i gave 4 stars for communication and property condition was because there were a few small things that could be done to improve. I would have liked specific check-out instructions, like where should I put dirty towels, do i need to put dishes from the dishwasher away, stuff like that. I did not personally have any issues with the property condition, I thought it was fine, but there was a decorative piece on the bottom of the desk leg that fell off most likely when housekeeping cleaned last time. Could be a problem if a guest has small children. Carpet could use some updating but it was clean. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless and had everything i needed to cook. Only thinhs i would add are a sharp knife to cut meat and a sponge to wash dishes.
Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!
Unconventional, but a delightful surprise. The hotel does not have good curb appeal, however the guest rooms are clean and roomy. Dana at the front desk is a treasure.

First of all the staff is SUPER friendly. But as a single female, I would not choose to stay there again. The front desk is unmanned. The bushes at the front of the property are so high you can almost not see that it says "Hotel" on the Building. My phone map took me to the automotive garage next store ...
The rooms are good. The parking is okay.
It is literally the outside that I didn't feel safe as a single person.

Clean hotel near great food!
Dana at the desk was absolutely amazing. Room was very large and accommodating. Air conditioning was sooo nice since we were in 90 degree temps for the weekend. Would totally recommend and stay again.

Perfect rooms & property location
Great place to stay near Boston. Rooms are like apartments with full kitchen, 2 rooms, big bathrooms.
It is located across the river path which is perfect to walk or run.
There are many places to eat in about 8 to 15 minutes walk.

Only stayed one night but nice property in an interesting area. Would have loved to take advantage of the Charles River walk and the full kitchen. Would be a nice place for an extended stay! Lots of diverse restaurants and shops close by.

Crescent Suites Hotel was awesome. Dana, the innkeeper, was great and explained everything, such as where to get food, where the grocery, the pharmacy was, etc. We were there only for 1 night but it was conveniently located and had lots of parking. The hotel and the room were clean as a whistle and looked like it had been recently redone. I would totally stay there again.

This was the best option for our return trip to PA. It's on a quieter street and within walking distant to a cute diner. We had an efficiency with small kitchen and living area. I'd recommend trimming the bushes in front to make it easier to find.

Our quick one night stay was great! Dana was very helpful at check in- a map of all the walkable restaurants for dinner and a recommendation for breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely suite overlooking the woods and the Charles River, where there is a lovely path for walking. I was surprised when I was told there was a full kitchen in the room, and discovered a living room, as well. I was only there for a night, but that would be a big perk if I was staying longer. The room and bathroom were clean.

Very well kept up and quiet. Close to Moody Street where a there are a lot of restaurants. Public trails and lake, accessible from the property at the rear, makes for peaceful surroundings. Dana the hotel manager is helpful and accommodating.

Although a bit concerned on the approach, this property well exceeded our expectations! Clean, quiet and convenient for our family visit, including fur baby, to Boston College. Dana the manager was incredibly friendly and informative about nearby restaurants and we will take more advantage of the footpath along the Charles on our next visit. The room was spacious and well equipped for our short stay and we enjoyed meeting other nice guests while walking our dogs. Great meal and drinks at Jake and Joe’s watching Hockey a short drive from hotel. Highly recommend Crescent Suites Hotel!

Great hotel. Worth the visit.
Thought it was a great location. Clean room. Small TV in comparison to other locations. Spacious storage room. Full kitchen as requested. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kind of pricey for the room but it was a same day booking.

The great noise from the air-conditioning woke me up suddenly many times, and the vehicle’s sounds outside the windows is very loud during the whole night. Everything is old, such as sheets, blankets, and floor. Although coffee is provided, there is no milk and a bottle of water.

This is a perfect small apartment. Carpetting a bit dated and stained but otherwise well done.
No one on duty at the desk most times, no housekeeping, breakfast no longer served. It was perfect for 2 for a week.

Overall the place is good. The rooms are big, clean and well equipped. The only thing we didn’t like was that the day before we arrived we received an email saying that they weren’t serving breakfast, the rooms wouldn’t be cleaned, and that there wouldn’t be any at checkin due to covid. It looked like an excuse for cost savings. It could have been communicated when we booked rather than when it was to late to change.

I grew up in Waltham, and was very happy to find a hotel in town, near all the great restaurants on Moody Street and the Charles River Trail. Plenty of parking, secure building, very quiet at night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was a full kitchen, though we just ate out. Short walk to buses. I would stay there again when I come back to visit family.

This is my second time staying here, and I really enjoyed my stay again. The room and everything in it was super clean again. I feel comfortable and safe here. I recommend this place. Another thing I love about it is how the commute to Boston is easy and smooth.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It was in such a cute part of town and very well maintained! Plenty of parking with a little store next door. Front desk was so helpful with giving details about the town and things to do. Rooms were very clean and spacious. I will definitely be staying here again!

Suit has 2 air conditioning so you can use the one which in the living room for no noise sleeping.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
It was better than what I expected. The cozy room/studio was clean, bright, and furnished well. It was roomy and provided for my needs. There’s a mart a few steps next door which was a nice surprise as well. When I messaged to ask a question, I received a prompt reply. I really enjoyed my stay and will make it a point to stay when I visit. The only con is the walls are thin but I just turned the fan on and it was totally fine.

Although it is an old property, it was very clean. They added little extras that make a difference. The room smelled fresh and clean, which I think is a challenge for some older facilities. The kitchen was stocked and the bathroom had all the essentials and then a few extras. When I signed up, they listed there was breakfast, but I guess they changed between our reservation and the time we stayed, so I felt we paid a little more than necessary. But overall, I recommend Crescent.

Very responsive and friendly management. It’s kind of hidden behind a garden on a residential street but it’s a great find in a great location

Lovely place to stay for BC family wknd. Staff was quick & helpful w check-in. Pretty interior, very clean hallways, elevator, stairs- room was super clean, comfortable, with fully stocked own kitchen. Short drive to restaurants, groc store, coffee..quiet for sleeping. Much better deal for your money (and much cleaner!) than most chain brand hotels.

Our room was spacious, had a kitchenette, comfortable beds, and was clearly were well cared for. Checking in was fast and easy and there was plenty of parking. A few blocks away there are cafes and restaurants but you don't hear any noise from that.

Dana was a great host and shared a wealth of knowledge with me about the local restaurants and residential area.
The room was beyond my expectations, more in scale of a large studio apartment than the average hotel room. Beautiful kitchen space, cabinets and counters. Very nice stay, will definitely do again when in the vicinity.

This property was fine, check in was easy and the man at the desk was nice and gave us recommendations for what to do during our stay. However the common areas smelled strange and our room itself was dirty. The main things were cleaned like the bed & bathroom but every other surface was covered in a thick layer of dust which made me think it had not been cleaned properly in a long time, which is disappointing because this hotel is still using covid as an excuse for staffing issues & not serving breakfast. If you would think they were so concerned with health and safety they would be properly cleaning the rooms. It isn’t the worst I’ve stayed in, it’s okay in a pinch, but I definitely think you can find better for the amount of money it cost to stay here.

Everyone was friendly, the room was clean. It’s located near to where I needed to go. You can walk to a street that has loads of restaurants or have food delivered. The only caveat I have is the tub sides are higher than a normal tub, so if you have mobility issues you may find it a little difficult to get in/out. You could ask them if they have rooms with a normal tub.

It's a great place to stay. The rooms are large and clean. Despite the fact that staff are not onsite at all times, they are very communicative. Off-street parking is safe and convenient. And, it's just a short walk to Moody Street, which has great dining options.
