What a rough night!
I arrived my room door was frozen closed so I was moved to an "upgrade". Which happened to Be a handicapped room. My room was filthy the bathroom had hair all over and the shower and the bathroom floor was filthy. I was unable to adjust the window unit to heat comfortably so I sweated for most of the night. Not to mention the screaming and running back and forth On the upper levels or the dog fight ant 1:30 in the morning. Upon my departure i found dirty socks under the bed which might explain the smell. I may not stay here again.

Love how staff is friendly, knowledge, and very helpful. Would recommend for small family, single or couple. Only thing I didn't like is having to book only 1 month at a time, 2 would be reasonable for holiday planning or unique situations.

Wifi is horrible, but good cheap room
Wifi is really horrible. Biggest problem i had with my stay. Even at 4am it was really slow orbquit working. Under 75, it was a good room. Just assume no internet

Sat around for 20 minutes trying to check in. Ended up checking in 30 minutes after check in time. Also, the maid pounding on the door at 9:50 asking if we're checking out or not. Check out us at 11am and she wouldn't stop knocking until i answered the door.

The room had a toilet that wobbled, and kept filling with water after flushing. The room was cold or hot, never quite right. Cars and trucks were very loud.

Before arriving at hotel, my wallet was stolen. I xalled hotel and told them. Asked if they would take cash for deposite. NOPE, no cash register. It was late at night and I said I can't get a credit card till next day.. Told me okay, we will work something out.
Get to hotel, Won't work wiithme at all. Won't let me into room despite it being completely paid for. Won't let me provide my dad's card next morning because "he has to be present to swipe." Ask for suggestions, he says nothing.
After an hour andhalf, I decide to get a gift card to put down the deposit. I finally get room.
Get in room, no hot water, no lights in bathroom and toilet won't flush. Told someone would look at next day. No one came. Called next day. Wanted to move me to 3rd floor but I am handicapped and can't do stairs. Finally after two days with no access to a bathroom or shower, they found a handicapped room Second room had no hot water.
I will not return here.

If you don’t mind a rock-hard bed with very rough sheets, listening to sn extremely loud shower above you and an immense amount of noise outside your door, book here. If you want to go back to the front desk three times in two days to get them to fix your key so that it will work, book here. If you prefer a comfy bed, trained staff and a reasonably-quiet stay, absolutely DO NOT book here!!!

Great place to stay!
We were mildly surprised with the updates made to the rooms and the total comfort overall considering the price. The only thing lacking was no refrigerator which we kind of needed. We made do with our cooler.

When i used the microwave the light went out and when done with the microwave the light came back on. The microwave had an unique feature, an outlet on the front panel. Ice machine on other end of floor i stayed on. The furniture was not comfortable for watch TV mor were the beds and pillows. The room had a stale scent upon arriving.

Stayed for two weeks and have a very pleasant experience. At the beginning I thought the cleaning once a week policy would be an issue but there were trash can around and they were cleaned regularly. You can ask for fresh towel often too.

The women at the front desk are always so helpful, kind, warm, and welcoming. They remembered who I was when I came in after check-in, were personable, and made what could have been a mundane experience very memorable.

Great stay! Could change a few things
Room was great. Obvious signs of wear in the bathroom. Shower curtain was ripped, it still worked but just looked poor.
When using the shower, water goes all over the floor.
Nothing that made the stay bad in any way.

We typically stay at this hotel when we are in the area. It’s in a great location, is clean, and the front desk staff is always kind. We were on the end, closer to the highway, so it was a bit loud.

Front desk Staff is great but the rooms smells like mold and urine. The beds had nasty stains on them.
The AC don’t work, Lou’s people outside at all times, and no sense of safety was included. Which is also granted.
My biggest problem is that if the hotel says 11 am checkout. Why is housekeeping knocking on my door at 8 to check out? It’s so rude and inconsiderate.

I booked Saturday morning at 3am when I got to the front desk they told me I need to check in at 2pm. I then told them I would want my money back because I needed the room for my family and my self and they said I need to contact the app that I reserve it through. Of course it was at 3am so no one from Expedia answer only a machine. Later I called Expedia I needed my money back due to not been able to get my room at 3am. They told me that they couldn’t give me my money back so I lost my money. Worst service from Expedia and red roof inn+

A clean room and decent bed for a good price
I got what I expected, which is to say I needed a relatively cheap room in a hurry for a couple of nights that would hopefully be clean and comfortable. It's an old motel style hotel with room access from outdoors, very dated interior and everything feels old and worn, but it served my purpose. If I wasn't watching my budget so closely on this trip I'd have stepped up to one of the more expensive but still affordable Marriott or Hilton properties a short way up the road.

Not usually the first option of a hotel, but it was okay overall. Super close to restaurants in the area. I would recommend Red Roof include better options for coffee and tea as well as more amenities.

There were people standing out on the gangway outside our room talking very loudly all afternoon and all the next morning when we were trying to sleep. We called the front desk, and I asked the people myself multiple time to quiet down. I know the hotel can't totally control/police other peoples' behavior, but the noise and chaos outside our door when we were trying to rest to rest was really unacceptable.

The floors were filthy. The outlet by the bed didn’t work and I had to buy my own extension cord to plug in my cpap machine. I emptied the garbage and asked for towels each day. My mom had a nose bleed. I requested sheets so I could change them and I still had to wait a day and then go ask for them. When I asked where to bring the dirty, they said to keep in the room. The next day the housekeepers wouldn’t take them because they said our room didn’t get service until Saturday. I paid 35 for late check out. Supposed to be handicap accessible but wheelchair barely for between bed and dresser.

This was a bad experience from the start. Noisy highway nearby and busy intersection. The area around full of garbage. People drinking alcohol outside the doors on the shared balcony as the rooms open to the outside. Reception and rooms smell like dirt and sweat covered with chemicals. I wanted to leave right away, but the hotel would not cancel my reservation quoting third party since I booked through Expedia, but when it came to charging for the room they didn’t honor the rate of the reservation saying they didn’t know where Expedia got their rates from and charged a higher fee. People were drinking and talking loudly outside of my room and I felt unsafe. The toilet was running all night on and off and i didn’t sleep at all. It smelled, I felt unsafe and the area outside was littered with beer cans and pizza boxes. Gross. I appealed Expedia to help me get a refund and was told that the hotel refused. I will be disputing with the credit card as I left after the first night and got another hotel. I’ve traveled the world many times over and stayed at many hotels, including small and inexpensive ones. This was by far the most unpleasant experience beginning to the end that I have ever had. Ugh.

It's not a resort, but a great location for visiting family. Room is clean and slightly updated. Internet works perfectly. The only problem is some of the clientele seem to live there. They are quite noisy all night long walking around and screaming into cell phones, smoking, etc.

The inside of the room itself had been nicely remodeled and was very clean. Nice! However, the outside of the property left much to be desired. I found myself wondering what was PLUS? Also, at checkout, the desk clerk was on the telephone (she told me later was with her GM) for at least 10 minutes, while I stood there waiting, and 3 times she gave me the "wait" finger, and then put one caller on hold, and didn't even answer the phone 2 other times. In addition, after the first 4 minutes, she left the desk to go into a back room where I could still hear her talking, and 3 other people were waiting behind me. I understand that you have to be responsive to your management, but a "I have customers, can I call you back?" would have been appropriate.

There was a lady walking around the property who may have been mentally I’ll yelling at everyone. There were people just hanging out by rooms in groups. Constant police presence made it seem it was known to be a bad area. You get what you pay for I guess.

There’s a $52.16 deposit, with the $2.16 being a room safe fee you need to request back at checkout. Then have to wait a week to hopefully get back. The desk clerk (wearing sunglasses) was somewhat hostile explaining the fee and made it seem necessary to protect your things when leaving the room.

The room was OK. We didn't expect deluxe because we needed a dog friendly facility, which it was. The other owners obviously didn't care whether they picked up their dog's poop or not. The area around the parking lot was full of "land mines" of poop. Except during daylight when we could SEE where we were walking, we avoided taking the dog out. I know that's not the hotel's fault. You might want to have somebody go out and scoop every once in a while. An additional comment: Our keycard didn't work one night when we were coming back. They promptly gave us a new one, but they told us not to put it next to a phone or anything magnetic. I had kept it in my pants pocket all day, all by itself, touching nothing but the inside of my pocket. I don't know if there is something wrong with your keycard process or what, but it doesn't take demagnetization to make it not work!

Disappointed.
I've made a request for a room on the first floor a week before day of reservation. It was a must, cause we have a newborn baby and a very old dog. I also asked to let me know if the room won't be available, so we can change the hotel. Staff gave me response "we'll do our best". Well, noone cared. When we arrived, there was no room available. Guy at the front desk said that they could do their best, but not obliged to response on my request. He gave us a room on the second floor as far as possible from the elevator, so we could feel the worst inconvenience of the stay in this hotel (including an awful condition of the bathroom, where water didn't go away for hours).
Well, hopefully, for additional price in two days a girl from the desk helped us to relocate to the first floor and the room was great there. Thanks her for that.
I was also surprised that in such a big hotel there was no laundry for guests. For a week nobody cleaned our room and I permanently should ask for clean towels, well, that was tolerable.
So, in general, this place is not too bad, but i would not recommend it .

This isn't a fancy place to stay, but it meets your needs, it's clean and the staff was very friendly. They took a deposit just in case you trash the room, but I can say they do return it after inspection. Very clean!

I had to get 4 keys to get one that worked. the phone was un operational. I had driven 15 hours by car and they didn't have a luggage carrier to carry thing to the 3rd floor. I was all alone and had to make way too many trips in the freezing cold with a key card that took 4 to 6 tries to open the door. I will never stay here again

Older hotel, but good value; hot water lacking.
