Seemed him pricey. Room cold heat on 70 felt drafty heart ran all night making loud noise in room.
Could hear ppl in the Hall.

The woman who checked me in was not pleasant. She didnt tell me how to get to the room. She handed me my room key and walked away.
Also, i requested a high floor and the accommodation said it was input. Looks like they couldnt accomodate for my husbands 30th birthday. bummer!

Bedside alarm was set to 6am
The side table alarm was set to 6am which was aggravating as the stay was intended to get much needed sleep as a night away from our newborn.

Wedding weekend
Wedding event held at the hotel and stayed two nights. Great reception area and wedding, dinning space. Very modern and clean and decorate for the winter holidays. Staff friendly and available. Room comfortable and large and very clean. Slept well, didn’t hear other guests.

I'll be back..!
Attended an Association event at a venue at Patriots Place. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. Parking was easy. The bar was busy, but very well staffed. My snack and beverage were served promptly. My room was great with the slight exception of the oddly dim lighting. No reading in bed that night...Check out was quick and I was on my way. Great experience.

We got there on Friday and Friday evening realized no hot water in the shower call downstairs. They said there was no one there to fix it from the outside and we could move rooms. we did not move rooms that night so the next morning I asked them again if they could have somebody do it then they someone showed up. It really made for a very uncomfortable time

My thirteen year old grandson and I went to Gillette to spend time together and to pay our respects to our Veterans at Boots on the ground. The hotel was in a perfect location to experience all Gillette had to offer!

Beautiful but Expensive Getaway
It was a great getaway to see a NE Revolution game and celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Hotel staff made our visit special. Restaurant does not have a lot of options for allergy friendly foods. Sunday buffet is very expensive and not included for guests. Beautiful hotel, but be ready for extra fees.

The hotel is beautiful and front desk service is great. My only disappointment is that I changed cards for payment and they held both amounts on each card. I called and nobody was able to give me a response I left a message and yet until today I have not received a call back.

Pretty overpriced for what you get. Reservation was for a king and they gave us a double queen (they blamed Expedia). Services are limited, no room service and you can’t even call the front desk from the phone in the room. Beds were firm. It is very noisy, both in the hotel and outside. So basically no sound insulation. It was clean and the room was updated. Spacious bathroom too. If you really need preferential parking at Gillette it might be worth it.

Only negative is the pool needs to be heated. Pool area is awesome except the water is cool. Turn the heater up please

Great hotel
The Renaissance is a beautiful hotel in the centre of Patriot Place with all its shops, bars & restaurants. The pool & gym are great facilities and laundry can be done at the hotel next door which is a bonus. The staff is outstanding - super friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ok, but worth the money?
Pros:
1. Parking was easy
2. Clean hotel
3. Good location for anything Patriot's place.
4. Restaurant was part of hotel
Cons:
1. Overpriced buffet breakfast. Avoid it and go somewhere else. We had apps and drinks the night before and that was good, but totally disappointed in the breakfast.
2. Staff was not overly friendly.

really nice stay just a few hiccups
customer service was excellent.
tv was not working properly. Tech looked at it, could not fix. they switched us immediately to another room and gave us a pass for free full breakfast the next morning.
That room, the bathroom light short circuited and then we could not get the light to go on. we were leaving that day anyhow. Forgot to let desk know. service from start to finish was great. That to us is the most important.

Location is what we paid for , beds super comfortable , tub took half hour to drain and there was no water pressure at all- A/C didn’t get cold thank god the window opens to get cooler air into the room. Stayed in Room 217 - there’s a spot light outside the window on an over hang that is on all night . If we stay here again I’ll make sure we aren’t in this area

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable accommodations. Thought it was very convenient that it was so close to the restaurants at Patriots Place. Our room included breakfast but when we went downstairs they told us it would be a little bit of a wait. There were a few tables that hadn’t been cleaned yet and it seemed like they were short staffed. We decided to go elsewhere which worked out fine. Overall nice time, would come back.

Our stay was perfect. There is so much to do at Patriot Place and we had easy access to restaurants, shopping and countless stores. The hotel itself is clean and quiet with a nice restaurant/bar that we could escape to.

The hotel itself was very cute and clean. The room was fine. We couldn’t find much about amenities within the room so we didn’t know what was there. We tried ordered in room dining (as it was stated on the tv) but apparently they didn’t have any. The restaurant was severely lacking. The shower was also not great, either burning or feeezing with no pressure.
