Stayed in a room with a handicap accessible shower. After showering, the entire bathroom was covered in water. The carpet outside the bathroom was soaked and water was seeping along the baseboard. Grout and dirt was coming up from between the tiles in the bathroom. Not pleasant

I'll never forget the kind staff at this hotel.
The staff (especially at the front desk were incredibly kind and guest focused. The older woman that worked the overnight shift, remembered that I had requested yogurt in the morning. However, the room itself was not clean. There were crumbs and something solid (?) under the bed, and a toothbrush left by a previous guest on the bottom shelf of the nightstand.

great place and great stay with a little shaking.
I stayed here for 3 nights. I stayed in room 228. The room itself was really clean. Not much of a view from here but that wasn't a concern for me. The only interesting thing was the vibration in the floor. Not sure where it was coming from but it vibrated the floor and bed enough to be very noticable. Other than that issue is was a great stay. I might have missed it but I didn't see any coffee available during the hours outside of breakfast.

We were very unhappy that when we asked to have our room serviced the response was "we require 24 hour notice." They did end up doing it that day but when you are paying over $300 a night for a suite you expect better service. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. Will not return to this hotel again ever.

Fabulous Stay and Location in Yuma.
I've stayed at this hotel several times and love it. Their breakfast is great - there is a buffet with fresh cut fruit, bagels/toast and juices. Much nicer than typical continental buffets but you can also order a custom breakfast that is hot and fresh cooked. I have also eaten dinner and it is a good option if you don't want to go out. It is close to the highway, but quiet, has a nice pool, access to walking trails and within walking of some delicious restaurants and shops downtown. The hotel and restaurant staff are exceptional! I highly recommend.

Overall, our stay was not bad, but I did expect this hotel to be a little nicer/newer/cleaner than it was. The bedding was uncomfortable. I did not realize it when booking but the breakfast was not free. It looked like the same standard fare that is almost always free now at this level of hotel. (We only bought a bowl of oatmeal, but that was your average food service oatmeal). Some of the staff was friendly but others were somewhat rude.

Just be aware that in Arizona no masks are required right now during Covid. Even with the front staff who was coughing a bit. Otherwise the hotel and facility and fitness center were great.

Great location, lots of parking and felt safe in the area. Also it's walking distance to Main Street with lots of great restaurants and a cute coffee shop!
Location itself feels a little dated, hot tub hasn't worked for a long time. Everyone who worked there is nice though! They don't have a lot of staff so if you want extra towels, blankets, room service you have to go down to the front desk or restaurant to pick it up. Also, they don't do room service unless you request it. I think that should be mentioned at the front desk when checking in since we were a little surprised our room wasn't serviced. Super close though to the Dunes (15 min drive), the Territorial Prison and fun restaurants!

Extra charges make me skeptical about hotel/hilton
Pretty much as expected ... was over charged for room $(211.58) , so, guaranteed rate (175.75) apparently is not guaranteed. Additional $1 charge appeared on card which i have no idea why. Always had honest dealings with Hotel and Hilton but now I am very skeptical. Some changes apparently need to occur by me or them.

They gave me the wrong room but I only found out after I had put rose petals and started a bubble bath with candles because it was the night before me and my wife's wedding that was the first thing that she noticed when she walked into the room that it was the wrong room so we had to go up front and spent 45 minutes getting a new room that was contaminated by a another family who was given the wrong room as well and they blamed everything on the fact they was booked through Expedia when I ask to speak to a manager regarding the situation they said that they had nothing to speak to me about because it was expedia's fault

Poor Management
When booking a hotel it is important that there is a properly working Jacuzzi and we book a hotel based on that added criteria.
The Jacuzzi jets at this hotel weren’t functioning correctly and had very little to no pressure and the water was to cool as well. Only one of 2 elevators we’re working with a busy crowd. The hotel has a posted sign that if anything isn’t to our satisfaction; they will immediately make it right “guaranteed”.
They need to take that sign down. Nothing was fixed during our 3 day stay.

ok hotel bad Tesla charging station
This hotel is a Tesla charging station. That is the only reason we stay there. But they have closed their public restrooms so travelers taking a break while their car charges can’t use the restroom or get a drink of water. Other businesses seem to have figured out how to clean their restrooms. They did replace our tv when ours wouldn’t work. Pool is closed and gym also.

The pool was closed. Was not allowed to smoke on our private patio. Had to pay $8 for a breakfast that you could get at any fast food or restaurants for $5 and still paid full price for the room

We were not impressed with the cleanliness. The elevator walls were smudged like they hadn't been cleaned in months. I took a picture of a piece of rotting food in one of the corners of the elevator. The rooms were smaller than the photos. There was too much furniture in the room making it hard to move around. There was a homeless guy living on the bench by the train.

Pass on this Hilton Garden Inn
1. Toilet broken entire stay.
2. Guest Laundry filthy and in very poor condition (2 of 3 machines out of order and the other absolutely disgusting).
3. Louis (Manager) rude, incompetent and condescending - should NOT be interfacing w/ the public in any capacity.
4. No USB Charging in room or anywhere in hotel. 5. Wi-Fi was a complete joke. HHonors Wi-Fi (and) Hilton ‘Premium’ Wi-Fi were each good for about 10 minutes of weak signal at a time.
6. Building looked old and run down.
7. Hilton needs to re-train this Franchise owner and his/her staff (and) hold them accountable to maintaining Hilton standards.

Great Room and Hotel
The hotel was clean and bright. Room was clean and love having microwave and fridge. Never found the ice machine and COVID19 is to blame for the pool use situations. I would totally come back to this hotel.

The room was very nice, clean, large, in room coffee. No delivery menus which should have been a forethought in the site of current restrictions. No food on site, so if you don’t have a vehicle forget about eating (unless you want to taxi in search). No food chains or restaurants in the (walking) area. If you’re elderly or just have problems standing for long periods (they had everything taped off) no where to sit to wait for your taxi) they could have kept seating or made different arrangements with social distancing in mind. If you needed to go to the restroom while waiting you have to go all the way back to your room as the had the bathrooms closed on the main floor. Dog pee’d on the floor and the owner tried (was willing) to clean it up but couldn’t because the bathroom was locked up. Absolutely no in-house amenities (with the exception of bottled water,coke, or Dr Pepper at $4 a bottle) The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. I thought being a Hilton it would be well taken care of. The outside property hasn’t been cleaned in months and looked worse than any Bates Motel I’ve passed by. Never staying at a Hilton again. Back to Holiday Inn Express for me.

Great place to stay in Colorado River
I came for a 2 night stay for river tubing with friends that I do every year. This was my first time staying in this hotel. The front desk receptionist was welcoming and very accommodating. We arrived a little after nine on a Friday night and we need to switch our room to a 2 bed and the receptionist switched no problem, with no charge. We were so grateful and she was so informative about the hotel and nice. The rooms were very clean and well conditioned for the heat that commenced throughout the weekend. However, the only disappointment was that there was no complimentary breakfast because the dining hall was closed due to coronavirus. This was the only downfall during or stay. Otherwise, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were pleased with the proximity to the river. The hotel was overall very clean. We stayed for 3 days but housekeeping did not come to clean the room. We are assuming do to COVID? We were out most of the time so we didn’t mind as much. The pool was open for reservations which was nice but the hotel restaurant and lobby restaurant were still closed. They were sanitizing the keys but don’t know how often the luggage carts were cleaned. Overall we had a pleasant stay and happy to get out of California.

The property is located adjacent to a walking/multi-path that follows the river. It is walking distance to downtown Yuma and several fun shops. The staff was friendly and outgoing.
Two drawbacks:
1) It would have been nice to know that a wedding was scheduled in the convention center in order to be prepared for a severe lack of parking.
2) The breakfast set-up was a little confusing. It was advertised as a buffet that included eggs, bacon, etc., but you had to order hot portion of the meal from the window.
