Very nice staff and rooms. Happy with our strip view upgrade. Very walkable and mall next door. GREAT location. Thai restaurant on site delish! Was January so only 50’ and raining, did not use pool. Highly recommend this hotel!

The bedding needs to be replaced. The mattresses have completely sunk in and feel very uncomfortable. The curtains are on a remote and they don’t work half the time.
The staff is quite grumpy and could certainly use some training in customer service.
I am disappointed as I have stayed here before and this was never the case previously.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The room is extremely outdated, far from the appealing images presented in their 3D rendering photos. The disparity between the visuals and reality was disheartening. I feel misled by the inaccurate portrayal of the accommodations. The lack of amenities in the room was surprising, and the fact that they charge $24 for each water bottle, seemingly complimentary, is quite misleading. It's easy to unintentionally incur additional charges. Not to mention, I got an Americano for $7 from one of the coffee shops in the Promenade. I rate the hotel one star only because I don’t have another option.

Room was not ready on arrival at 3:30pm even checked in online many hours before. Frontdesk pushed to assign us the smallest room with small windows. So be careful at the frontdesk.

Cleanliness . No one comes to clean your room . Even after repeated calls hardly someone will pop up . I never would go back or recommend this property to my family and friends . It use to be my favorite not anymore . Not place for cleanliness , hygiene. Staff are very rude . We can write a book let’s not waste time . Worst worst worst property

Nice Hotel but Needs Some Work
I'm not sure why I was expecting more from a high-end hotel on the strip, but I wasn't as impressed as I had hoped. The room was very dusty when we arrived. Shelving and tops of lamps had a good layer of dust. The TP dispenser in the bathroom was loose and kept sliding off the wall. The shower setup was weird and kept throwing water out onto the bathroom floor. We ordered breakfast the first morning and they didn't get our order correct so my husband didn't get his food at all. We paid $18/night for parking on our keycard and for 2 days the keycard didn't even work properly and we went to the front desk repeatedly to try and fix it. It took 2/4 days of staying there before they got it right. Then when we checked out they told us we had a $30 food and beverage credit and it didn't show up on the receipt. Resort charges are ridiculous here but it is on the strip so I get that. Overall, we won't stay here again. We have stayed at many strip hotels and for being so nice looking outside this one was a bit of a disappointment on the inside.
Pros: the food was great. Lots of food options downstairs and it was really good food.
Cons: Dusty rooms, lots of little things not working properly, super expensive parking and resort fees.

Check in was terrible, telling me I only had 1 room when I had two. Check in said nothing of any amenities; she wasn't even pleasant while I panicked to find a confirmation she would accept before she'd even look for the 2nd room. I couldn't add the 2nd room I booked with hotel.com or check out of that room, but they sure made a point of sending me the resort fees bills of $113 EACH. There is NO reason to stay at such an angry short tempered and non amenity resort.

Not bad but my expectations from a 5 star hotel were higher……
The rooms are not cleaned properly, in fact they just change towels, throw out trash and make the bed.
But the carpet is dirty and not vacuumed, your feet will be dirty all the time, the curtain in our room was VERY dirty, a lot of stains and even it was partially torn off, the maids did not fix it in 3 days. The restaurants in the hotel are quite mediocre, quite expensive and not particularly tasty for this money, we had to go to other hotels to have dinner. So in general it’s not so bad but for 5 stars hotel it could be better.

Great hotel that needs some tweaks!
Great hotel but my tv didn't work. It kept blinking off and on. My curtain was broken off the track and wouldn't open. Spa products were great. My one issue is that none of the stores were available after 6:00 pm to buy a simple bottle of water. Vegas, as I've known it, is a 24 hr town and everything in this hotel except the casino closed at 6:00 pm!

The room service was beyond horrible. I asked for an extra blanket for my kid. By 2:30 am after waiting an hour for it I called back. The lady on the phone was super rude saying it has not been hour but 56 minutes! Finally got the blanket at 3 am!
Next day I turned on the light before leaving the room at 10 am for the room to be cleaned. By 7 pm that I got back the room was still not cleaned. Called housekeeping and manager was supposed to call back. I waited 40 minutes without getting any call. Had to go to front desk as we were about to miss our dinner reservation. Waisted 30 minutes there and finally they said they will send someone up to clean the room.
We also ate at their salt &Ivy restaurant. Food was bad, service horrible and 2 peoples meals were forgotten! Never again will I stay in Aria. We go to Vegas regularly and this was the worst hotel ever.

This was a great place to stay but the heater in the room would kick on and it sounded like someone was slamming the door open and closed. It happened so many times and would wake us up and startle us during the day.

ARIA resort is a premier place in Las Vegas. Right on the south strip, easy walk to sports events at T-mobile or Allegiant stadiums. Rooms are quiet and fantastic. Wife loves it because of spa and easy access to high end shopping. College age daughter recommended this place because of access to dance and party locales. ARIA is the top choice in all of Vegas.

Couple of issues in our room. The sheer was broken, so we had to close the blinds manually. The make up mirror light switch is broken, this one is hard to detect for staff unless they are using it. Door stopper is broken and about to come off. One of the sink faucets is rusty, could possibly get replaced? Most staff are friendly, but a few just did not seem to care. Not saying they are rude, just reluctant to talk to answer any questions.

The Aria is a huge property. Navigating it was a chore, without signs or any ways of finding directions on where you wanted to go. Be that getting a coffee or getting out to the strip. It was particularly difficult to get to the Strip, again as there are no signs or directions and all roads lead back to the casino floors. Which oddly enough, I never saw. I felt like I spent a lot of time looking for things, which I could have used doing fun things in the hotel. While it's nice, clean, modern, and the rooms were great - it's just not convenient to explore Vegas from - and maybe that's the point of the hotel.

We were staying here for 4 nights, out of which only 2 day the room was cleaned. The pricing for the minibar is insane, with a bottle of water costing 24$. In order to use the fridge you also have to pay extra. Oh and don’t forget about the sensors so you can’t even touch anything or you will be charged as well. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided. The greediest hotel I have ever stayed at.

Experience overall would have been good. However, we were checked in to a room that had not been cleaned since the last guests. The room was very dirty with several boxes of leftover takeout smelling. We got a room change but unfortunately the first impression soured our trip.

I booked two rooms for four days and neither room was ever cleaned during the entire four day stay! Yes I called and requested cleaning service multiple times. I ordered a $18 gourmet chicken noodle soup and received $2 progressive canned soup. I went to front desk to take action twice with no action and long stories that staff taking time off for the holidays, which is totally understandable; however book less rooms as full paying customers expect full service. Overall this hotel missed the mark by far.

we had problems at the check in. The room assigned had a view to the roof entrance of the hotel. We asked to be moved to a higher room. Aria put us on the 18th floor with better view, but the room curtains were broken as well as the frame of the main lighting control panel. we when to sleep until 1:30 AM. Next day they fixed all the problems in the room.
