I loved staying here & will definitely return next time I’m in Arizona. This was the perfect hotel for a long stay (stayed 1week). The suites are very clean, spacious & full sized kitchens with literally all the accessories you need/want from pots, pans, plates, etc. to cutting board, wine opener, dish soap & even a dishwasher with pods stove, oven, & full sized fridge. Tons of drawer space, big closet & the closet mirror was a nice touch. It was bigger than some studio apartments I’ve seen. Property is big but quiet & well kept. Breakfast area was nice and big breakfast selection. Room key needed to access the property which made my stay here feel safer. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was no bathroom fan. Highly recommend this property.

Bland breakfast buffet
The Hotel was great. Our room had a cooking smell from previous guest. When room was refreshed odor was gone. Very comfortable room and great location to all freeways. Only issue was the breakfast buffet had no flavor. Very bland. Good selection, but not very tasty food. Otherwise our stay would have been 5 stars. Very friendly staff and extremely fast and efficient when called.Would stay again.

Would had been a great stay but Expedia lied and said the room we booked was a in room washer and dryer and wasn’t. So we took our clothes up 2 floors to wash and dry them. Not what you like to do on vacation. Also we were charged $10 extra for parking by the hotel which wasn’t told to us upfront. Don’t book unless you contact the property directly and definitely ask if parking is free. Normally we are happy with our stays but not very much about this one. Rooms were definitely cleaned and beds very comfortable so if the pay parking doesn’t bother you or need a in room washer and dryer then this room is good other then those problems.

The room and property were really nice. It was a good location for what we needed. The pool is heated and the hot tub was a plus but the jets did not work, they just blew bubbles that soak you but absolutely no pressure what so ever.

Great place to stay
Thoroughly enjoy staying here. Close to airport but not noisy. Close to freeway so easy to get around the area. It would be nice if the breakfast area wasn’t so crowded.

The overall property was very clean, it had a good breakfast, pretty easy to get too as well! Staff was friendly. The downside which seems to be common these days is that there was no daily room cleaning or clean towels unless you ask for it! Not even a daily emptying of garbage. They were prompt though if we did ask.

Average, issues, and parking is not free
The heater in our room did not work and the employees were no help to us. When we woke up in the morning our room was 60 degrees and we had our two-year old sons with us! Further, I received a text notification that our room was ready and when I got to the lobby front desk, they said we’d have to wait another hour because check in was not unable 3pm. However, I’m a rewards member with the company and get early check Ins and they didn’t honor this, even with the text notification.
Also, PARKING IS NOT FREE. Parking is misrepresented as included with your room and it is not; it’s a separate fee, $10 per day.
Breakfast was okay (but horrible coffee).

Wonderful hotel.
Hotel was awesome and the staff is great very nice and accommodating, the breakfast is great a little something for every taste. Definitely will be booking every time we are in Phoenix. The whole are feels safe and inviting.

We were down in Phoenix for a medical procedure for my dad. They were very accommodating, and when my dad's medical condition took a turn for the worst, they were very sympathetic and were willing to work with me as much as possible. It was a very stressful time for me and I was grateful to not have to navigate complications with where I was going to stay.

I am a Senior, and when I asked for a bathmat for INSIDE the tub, to prevent falling, I was told that None Existed. Therefore I was unable to take a shower, which was horrible! I actually FELL in another Marriott in June, and was not about to risk that happening again. Please buy some mats!

My husband and I were visiting from Detroit and had an excellent experience at the property. The cleanliness was noticeable and the customer service was amazing! We felt at home. We were greeted promptly by a gentleman named Guillermo. Guillermo was awesome! He was very attentive, had a pleasant personality, and most of all answered all of our questions with patience and a friendly attitude. We were extremely happy to have encountered Guillermo and was happy to stay at a Marriott brand hotel. Because of Guillermo and our overall experience we plan to return to Phoenix and stay at the Residence Inn Phoenix Airport.

The place is beautiful and the service was with a smile. The only negative would be the breakfast. Fruit flies in the bagel compartment and I wasnt crazy about any of the food.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport and the freeway were very convenient during my visit. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. I didn’t avail myself of the daily breakfast buffet, but it looked and smelled delicious.

Overall this is a good hotel. The room was large, had a full kitchen, bed was comfortable and the shower was good too. The big hit for me was it’s a location with not a lot of food options so you have to either have a car or get a service to deliver your food to you. Also no shuttle to the airport which is also a bit inconvenient.

Close to the airport, the room was spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was not over-the-top friendly, but nice overall. I would stay at the property again.

The hotel staff was super friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. The property overall was clean and in nice conditions. The only flaw I have to say is that there was no A/C in some areas like the elevator (getting to our room) and some hallways inside the hotel that lead to the pool and gateway areas.

Daniela at the front desk was awesome! She offered us water, and even asked if we had a preference of what floor we would like. How courteous! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and all temperatures were just right. My only request would have been for bacon or sausage instead of mini corn dogs.

Nice room, very clean. A few of the drawers didn't work (kitchen and bathroom) but that was a small issue.

I rented 2 suites for 2 nights. IT WAS NEVER CLEANED, neither of both suites.... so much for renting a suite with you.
When I return in the pm and I complain about it, it was said to me that cleaning people wasnt working at that time of the day so they couldn even take out the trash.

Nice stay. Friendly staff. Four stars because I had to request bath towels and washcloths three of our four day stay. Dishes weren’t fully washed when we got in, they were put away but with crusted food on them. Dishwasher worked great. It would have been nice if they had allergy friendly options for breakfast. Zero gluten free or dairy free options. Bananas were nasty and rotten. Not much healthy options offered. AC worked great in the intense heat. Everything else was clean and nice for us. I would also suggest they block off rooms that are not pet friendly. My son has allergies to dogs and his allergies were slightly acting up from the bed sheets. It also stays in carpets, so to accommodate people with allergies, they could do some improvements.

We were there on the hottest day in twenty five years but the air conditioner held up great! The room was well laid out and large enough for two people and the refrigerator was the perfect temperature for cold waters. The only issues we had were that the toilet didn’t flush easily (had to hold the handle down) and the TV channels were very limited. Also, the elevator was super hot inside and it was difficult to access the front desk area from the room. Overall though, we would definitely stay there again.

This was a great little spot. I would definitely return. The room was spacious and clean. Full kitchen was a nice touch though I was only in town for one night and didn't need to take advantage. Pool was nice. Breakfast provided was hot and the coffee was good.

Everyone the staff was great when I first checked in on June 30th the guy that was working at the front desk helped me take all my bags to my room so I thank him for that I think the manager when I extended my stay he matched my price with Expedia so thank you very much and the lady that was helping me get a credit card matter to go through I thank her and to all staff thank you very much I stay was was very pleasant and excellent D.L

We stayed at this property for a couple of nights while we visited Phoenix. Everyone in the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. There are tons of restaurants near it and local attractions as well, plus its proximity to the airport makes it really convenient when you need to leave.

Comfortable stay
It was comfortable, nice to have a kitchen in the room, I greatly appreciate the air purifier in the room and the shower filter. It would be awesome to have a filter on the tap water in the kitchen. The breakfast served each day was very convenient and easy to grab and go. We would stay here again. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Staff and amenities were great and the front desk upgraded our room at no cost and let us check in 5 hours early, which was amazing! Property is within reasonable walking distance from the PHX Sky Train as well as the public bus and light rail, which is what we chose to use during our visit to Phoenix. Would definitely stay again!

I prepaid for my room but my credit card was overcharged twice. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathroom. My check-in time online was at 11am, but i came back 3 times before the help desk told me i couldn't check-in until 3pm, however i didn't receive the text notification that my room was ready until 9:21pm. The help desk staff was friendly but all other staff i passed in the hallways weren't at all.
